Comfort Inn Romeoville - Bolingbrook

A prior guest had smoked in our room, so the smoke smell was terrible. The hotel was booked for the night, so they were unable to give us a different room. Very disappointed.

Great breakfast - had hot food with rotating option each day! Also had blueberry syrup for the waffles! Pool was great! Only suggestion would be to have a weight machine and not just a treadmill and exercise bike in the workout room, but that's minor.

Excellent, nice breakfast, quiet, comfortable and clean.

1) After staying numerous times @ this location I Do Not like being charged $100 for “incidentals” each time I stay. I was charged twice for this on April 8-10 due to a error with the check-in equipment, to which I am still trying to get (1) $100 charge removed from my statement. (NO OTHER HOTEL THAT I STAY AT DOES OR REQUIRES THIS) I’m tired of having to check my credit card account to see if this charge was removed after each stay! (2) No phone in room to call the front desk. (3) Both reading lights did not work. (4) This is the 2nd time now I had to go to the front desk to get their wi-fi system to work. (5) Had to get desk help to get the TV set to work.

Something you might consider implementing is a monitoring system of the breakfast area. There was a couple in the breakfast area that took ALL of the food and took it up to their room. There was no food left for other guests. They literally cleaned out the bread products, all of the fruit bowls, the refridgerator, etc. It seemed like the breakfast attendant did try to say something to them (in another language I don't recognize) but they didn't care and continued to load up all the food.
