Fix the large step into the building at the back door. There is only a small sign on the door ( that is on EVERYT door) saying watch your step. Carrying my luggage and other items Idid not see the step and fell. Did not sleep well due to pain from the fall

The smell in the hallways was horrible, breakfast room also smelled, didn’t even wanna eat there. The room was small, as was the bathroom. They should get there franchise pulled.

The rooms were pretty good .. out toilet rang but where our kingsize bed as located we didn’t hear it.. the intoom hot tub was huge!! Took a bit to fill ., pool and hot tub were spectacular and clean

The lobby was shabby, floors/carpets were dirty and stained, the upstairs hallway was a steambath, our bathroom was dirty, including a giant handprint on the wall next to the shower, the shower head only worked in "massage" setting and barely that, bedding was stained, pool and hottub are cloudy with "sand" or something - did not even try to go in. The secure door nearest our room was broken and could not enter there unless propped open.

The room was not very clean. The sheets had a lot of random hairs throughout. The bathroom door did not close properly. The room keys quit working the morning of check-out.
