Room were clean and the staff was very nice

I recently stayed at this property for a Navy Pass-In-Review (PIR) graduation. While there were some thoughtful touches, several logistical and cleanliness issues made for a challenging stay. Pros: PIR Spirit: The hotel was nicely decorated for the Navy graduation, which provided a welcoming atmosphere for families visiting the base. Cons: Parking Logistical Issues: The parking lot is shared with both a restaurant and a local DMV facility. If you are visiting during the week, be prepared for extreme congestion. Finding a spot can be very difficult due to the high volume of people and traffic in the shared lot. Cleanliness Concerns: My room’s maintenance was disappointing. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival, and there were several visible spots of mildew, which is a significant health and comfort concern. Final Verdict: While the location is convenient for those attending events at the base, the shared parking situation and hygiene standards are lacking. There are several nicer hotel options located just a short distance from the base that may offer a more comfortable and seamless experience. I would recommend exploring those alternatives for future visits.
