This place was disgusting, upon entering our room, there was an unflushed toilet full of someones feces..hair all over the bathroom floor and beroom floor.. There was garbage in the drawers of the dresser in bedroom. The pull out sofa was absolutely gross.. the mattress cover was ripped with mildew and coils were poking out of mattress.. When i returned to customer service to voice my concerns the woman at counter got defensive and rude, then yelling at us how she hates her job and people like us, nd she was ready to quit. The manager then came as she then told him we were in the wrong room, altho she worte the room number on key case and on the paper with directions.. AND it opened the door for us.. they then gave us another room.. as we entered it had 2 cleaning ladies running around with some swiffers..this was no better.. the furniture was old and one dresser drawers wouldnt shut.. the mattress on the sofa bed had yellow stains all over it.., the fridge had no handle on it. We then returned to front desk respectfuly asking for a refund, we were there for bootcamp graduation and there was no way i could ask ANYONE to sleep on that nasty couch bed.. He gave me a reciept that stated i had no balance, but i wouldnt have anyway bc i apid for the room.. i will be following up with my credit card company tomorrow. DO NOT stay here.. the hall ways were gross and smelled as well.

The hotel was in an optimal location for our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, although the corridors leading to the room needed a good vacuuming. The breakfast area was very crowded and all the seating was in use. The food was good, but they had a hard time keeping it well-stocked. Coffee and sausage stations were emptied of their respective products. Milk carafewas empty. Eventually, they were stocked again, but it appeared to be challenging to keep it all filled with the large crowd. Still, our one night stay here was exactly what we needed at exactly the right time and location and cost. We will stay here again.
