This by far was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. I wasn’t expecting a five star resort but I was not prepared for what we saw. First the security bar was broke and when I requested another room I was told that the other room was the same way. Other room? There were only 4 cars in the parking lot! I was very uneasy but being we had no where else to stay we delt with it. Then we walk into the bathroom and there is black mold by the sink and in the corner by the tub. The shower curtain was absolutely DISCUSTUNG! Full of mold and mildew. I didn’t even want to shower! I thought that was as bad as it could get until the next morning I find a bed bug on the bed and one in the bathroom. I will be calling corporate and the health department to file a complaint.

Door to the room did not lock. Found a bug in the room. Toilet did not flush well. Bathroom door knob did not work properly.

The rear entrance had a key/card security lock but the latch was broken so anyone can get in. And the room extra security lock on the door ( the chain lock) was broken. It appeared as it was forced open at some point

The sheets, blankets, and towels were stained. The mini fridge has pink juice spilled all over inside the door and the room smelt like pee and smoke. Also there’s no elevator.

The staff was very friendly however the property was run down unkept and they provided no to little breakfast the hotel was fine for very low rent but we had paid wy to much for way to little

This place was disgusting and nearly deserted. The folks running the hotel look like children, because they are, the possible child labor situation going on there seems all to real. there was a little boy out front seemingly doing maintenance and the person that checked us in was not more than fifteen years old. we checked in and got to our room and proceeded to read horrific reviews about bugs and a myriad of other problems with the hotel. we promptly checked out within 15 mins after we checked in. it felt extremely unsafe and that folks were more or less living out of the hotel. the most sad point i want to make is the kids running the joint, they are kids and are having to do the arduous task of running a dilapidated hotel in the middle of nowhere. im not sure what the child labor laws are around here but i would not be surprised if they are in violation. They were perfectly friendly and nice, but no kid should ever have to be in charge like that.

Ice machine was working well. Bed was comfy. Shower curtain - filthy. Bathtub drain - slow, mostly plugged. Grounds/property - trash, cigarette butts, knee-high grass, random military airplane in the lot. Window screens - many were loose or broken. AC - worked OK. Coffee - so bad I went to Burger King instead Weeds growing through the concrete. The envelope for the room key was from a Super 8 Hotel, not ABV inns. The notepads were Super 8, not ABV inns. The AC units had grills falling off the exterior of the building, found one in the landscaping Nightstand had Hindu religious material in the drawer. Fabric on the recliner was threadbare. Smoke alarm in a nearby room was chirping due to a dead battery. AC unit held together with Duct tape. Bathroom vent fan made a horrible grinding noise. Expedia should not promote substandard properties at any price. Ever.

The only thing I liked was the location. The room had a terrible bed, no blankets, smelled of smoke , even though advertised as non smoking. Shower had no pressure, shower curtain barely hanging on rod. Pillows on the bed very old and flat, smelled like smoke. No amount of febreeze helped. Trash behind desk where there weren’t enough plugs. Cords plugin to one outlet with some kind of extension cord. Glad it didn’t catch fire. Paid a going rate for an F rated room. Very disappointed. Some kind of powder all over bathroom wall, rusty faucets and no drain in tub. Disgusting. Sorry. Please do not stay here.

The waffle maker was covered with built up black pancake batter and had not been cleaned forever. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom, debris behind the bedside tables, the toilet seat had been painted over many chips, the tv stopped working, the carpet was dirty, the sheets were stained. I paid $92 for a room worth $25. Drive to the next town.

When additional towels were requested at 5am they were provided, though communication was difficult due to a language barrier. - At 6:05 AM there was no sign of activity or breakfast preparation in the front office, so we left. Breakfast availability may have been scheduled for later, but I forgot to ask at check-in. I didn't see the breakfast time posted anywhere. - Given all the above, this was way too expensive. Good: - Wi-fi was strong and fast.

The reviews are accurate. Stay at your own risk. The hotel is dirty, and the face towels are stained and worn out. There is nothing good to say about the stay.

This hotel is in my top list of dirty hotels. Stained sheets, dirty walls,floor, bathroom mirror. It’s old, run down, noisy and just overall not a place I’d stay again. King bed with 3 flat half sized pillows

Our disatisfaction started with the condition of the room; lights didn't work (had to plug them in), loose toilet, no linens, soap and shampoo so clogged it wouldn't come out. This became small in comparison when we started noticing bed bugs. We notified the front desk but received zero concern to the matter. Not only did we end up sleeping in our truck but we're out money for the laundry to wash as a precaution, nee pillow, blanket etc.

Dated hotel Breakfast is bad

If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep this is the spot. Overall, clean, basic, carpet a little sticky, but other than that, it's good stay for the price.

Both days, breakfast was stale bread, stale corn flakes, the juice was also old, nothing was refilled…there was no one to attend to it…really bad, needs better cleaning too. Some lights did no work in the room…Wi-Fi was great.

Room for as crowded with furnishings. Big chair!

We stayed two nights, the property is clean and the staff very accommodating. Nights were were quiet, bed was very comfortable.

Ghetto like. Lacks maintenance. Pealing wall paper repaired with scotch tape. Stained towels and blood stained sheets. No place to plug electrical items in. Noisy electrical device turned on and off all night. We asked to be next to door because we had lots of luggage. We got put in the worst location. Keep looking!

The hotel did not honor the prepaid reservation, nor did it offer the tour of room which was reserved.

Everyone we encountered were super nice and helpful. Me and my sister stayed there so I could visit my family all the staff and owners were awesome and super helpful and friendly.

Manager was very friendly upon check in and came to our room to put more liquid soap in the dispenser, great service!

Experience was nothing exceptional but was clean & staff was friendly.

I've been staying at this hotel for around 25 yrs as it is located near my family. It was never a great hotel but in the past 2 years it's really gone downhill. The carpeting in the room was so disgusting with stains everywhere that I kept my shoes and socks on the whole time. The bed linens and towels are also very old and stained and the pillows are awful. Everything appears to be falling apart and the same since the very first time I stayed here 25 years ago. It doesn't look like anything has been cleaned or updated. There didn't appear to be more than maybe 3-4 other people staying there and the property is in serious need of a renovation. It looks like a family runs the place but the gentleman who normally runs the front desk was not around and I guess maybe his young children are managing the check in and check out. The girl had to be woken up to check us out. It was definitely not worth $70.75 a night. We won't be staying there again. I'd rather pay more and make the drive to the Peru area. It was sad and depressing.

We arrived 10 minutes after booking via Expedia. No one came to the door, no one answered the phone for me, my husband nor expedia. Then they denied my request for a refund saying I was a no show. I was absolutely not a no show, I came about 10 min after booking and no one would come to the glass nor answer the phone. We used the phone they said to and it sent it directly to voicemail. We knocked on the door and on the lobby glass. We hollered, and called the hotel from our own phones all before reaching out to the help team at Expedia. Once I reached out them the Expedia rep attempted to call them and no one answered.  We had to travel another 30 min down the road and get a different, more expensive room later in our trip than we wanted because they refused to come to the door, answer their phone, or give us a room. What ultimately happened was theft because they took our money but REFUSED to provide the service they said they would.  It is unacceptable for them to deny my refund and unacceptable that after seeing the conversation I had with Expedia's rep they would accept the hotels refusal to refund as a case closed and allow this to happen to your customer. The entire situation is awful customer service.

People were nice however, we booked a smoking room and paid 50 additional for such and werent given it or provided reimbursement. The shower rod was hanging off the wall, the towel bar also, the ac/heat did not work, we were not offered any other accommodations or refund!!! And are now given the runaround.

Safe and quiet place to sleep. It's all we needed and that was delivered.

Fantastic overnight! Remote area with 2 gas stations, 2 fast food places and the Omega, a Mexican restaurant/bar with slots next door. Soundproof and spotless room, the bathroom was most impressive, even the floor shined! Clean everything…lobby, hallways, stairs, beds. Their housekeeping staff deserves 10 stars!!! Stay here!

Only restaurant closed on Mondays.

These guys are cheap. It is clean and safe. But many things dont work and they do not provide the breakfast they used to. They need to STEP IT UP on the details. Thats what people remember.
