Not clean, rude, needed handicap room and had us on 2nd floor with no elevator

Employees and staff very polite. Room a little dirty but not disgusting definitely needs some work. Toilet coming away from floor. Some light fixtures didn't work and some coming away from the walls.

Mgr. was accommodating and friendly dealing with an issue with the reservation I thought I had a pet friendly room, but I did not. He allowed us to stay anyway however, upon entering the room, I found dead bugs. The skirt on the one bed was dirty and the top of it had some other kind of gunk on it air conditioner would not adjust and stay on for the Hot conditions in the room. Bed was comfortable linens need updating.

Room Smelled of ckeaner very strongly left doir open to air out. Breakfast had very little not even milk. Overall hotel was ok for a place to sleep.

Little no no breakfast, stains on sheets, appeared to have blood or food on multiple areas of the walls, trash from previous in drawers, writing on the walls.

they might want to clean the room better between guests. very dirty. never seen so many flies

The room was clean and roomy. The air conditioner worked great for it being 92 degrees. We needed a room for the night and we took a chance on this hotel and were very happy with our choice. The check-in was very easy and the front desk person was very friendly.

The room was absolutely disgusting Uncle when I checked into it when I asked the manager at the front desk to switch me to another room or have housekeeping come clean that room they refused so that was the room that I booked and that was all I was getting and that I had to deal with it

The room was clean. I am always bothered by a bathroom that is quickly repaired sloppily. Caulking is not that difficult but a really poor job was done.

The room was very old and in bad shape. The floors were filthy. The bedspreads had huge stains ( 3 foot diameter stains) The linens were old and flimsy. I didn\'t dare step on the floor without shoes. The tub wasn\'t clean. I wiped away dirt from the edge. Despite being a non smoking motel, the room smelled heavily of smoke. Patrons were standing right outside the doors smoking. "Due to understaffing" the room was not cleaned during my multi-day stay. I would definitely not recommend this motel. Really nasty place.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was quite limited.

Hotel is right next to the highway. Bottom of the door does not have anything that touches the floor so basically you hear all the noise from the highway as if the door was open all night

The beds are the most comfortable I've slept on in any other hotel!

The lady who greeted is was super nice and patient. She welcomed us warmly and was efficient.

The staff was very unfriendly, unprofessional and argumentative over a guess suffering from prostate issues who ask for a public bathroom that is lacking which we understand but he showed no sensitivity to a human being needs whom he told to wait until the room is available yet he took about no exaggeration 25 minutes to complete the checked in. My brother went to the car and use a bucket we had. This staff started screaming and became very abusiive for no reason. Furthermore, the the light in front of the glass of the faucet vanity stoped working and did not come back until next morning! The staff line never answered to rectify that! The counter corners were dirty with some white powdery indicating no one has wiped this recently. There was not an iron for winkle clothes and the staff does not answer the phone at 12 pm on a Sunday morning. We had to go to the event with winkle clothes. Overwhole, the place location and condition is not horrendous but service is totally lacking. The claim of continental breakfast is totally a joke with a loaf of bread that everyone will be digging their hands in that bag, a few rice crispy anda broken coffee machine that barely works!!! No service at all!!!

Even if i put a sign on "do not disturb" they wake me up earlier to do the room, I\'m not happy.

Check in was smooth. The hotel is located near many shopping and dining options.

Friendly staff/manager. Walmart is a 1 minute walk. Convenient location right off the highway. Will stay here again for next year's race.

Conveniently, right off the highway and right next to Walmart, for all the stuff you inevitability forgot to pack.

The hotel is close to the highway and in back of a shopping area that is safe and we’ll kept.

The free continental breakfast was not served. The coffee machine was broken abd they didn't place any food out. The manager was friendly and was very helpful when we had an issue.

Overall my stay was alright, however they did not offer a continental breakfast when the property page through which I booked said there was.

The front desk staff was friendly and kind. The small continental breakfast was nice, besides the coffee machine. That was terrible coffee. The room needed a good cleaning, nothinh about it was considered clean. For a place to sleep it was worth the price.

Checking in was good. But the room was filthy. No coffee pot, the blow dryer didnt work, 1 roll of toilet paper, The lock on the door was broke room 120. the bathroom was dirty and did not have baseboard trim. the towels were so old that was like shop towels. the breakfast was embarrassing. did not take any of the to go items as they were pre packaged very small items .
