We often stay at hamptoms. This was the most run down one ive ever stayed at. The tub was peeling, showerhead clogged, alot of surface damage to the furniture, and the bed was hard and somewhat uncomfortable. Also, the 2 nights we stayed, it was hard to find parking. Apparently this is a trucker hotel as there were several semis and work trucks taking up all the car parking. That being said, the staff was great, hotel was quiet and clean, and everything worked. I would stay here again but not for "hampton prices".

We booked the property because it had a pool. Upon arriving, we see a sign posted saying the pool was closed. It would have been nice to see that on their web page. Friendly staff, comfy beds, okay breakfast.

Picked this hotel specifically for the pool and when we got there it was closed. I know maintenance is necessary it they said it was down for awhile and no mention of this was made at time of booking. Reported to the front desk that the hair dryer didn’t work and the kitchen sink was clogged when we arrived. Neither was ever fixed.

The pool was closed I was informed after check in and was told I couldn’t cancel due to booking on hotels.com. I then asked to be discounted since I couldn’t cancel. I took a trip to visit family and promised small children a pool that wasn’t available which ended in a lot of stress and confusion.

There were loose hairs in the shower and on the sink. The shower walls held smears of the previous occupant's green shower gel.

Hotel is aged, needs facelift. We had King Suite, bed was HARD! sheets were to be luxurious, but were like 300 thread count. We actually stayed here because Hampton always has the most comfy beds & sheets, soo not true at this hotel. Service was excellent though, above and beyond!! Breakfast was delicious!! Overall, I wouldn’t pay that price again to stay there.

Nice beds! Shower head way too high to change, so, shower had something to be desired! Bathroom sink was slow to empty. Not the room we had reserved, but the manager was very accommodating!

My experience at this hotel left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel had serious issues with maintenance. The pool was broken, and we were not notified ahead of time. If we had known, we would have canceled and booked elsewhere. The only reason we booked this hotel room was to be able to swim. When I asked if the pool would be fixed during our stay, the employee said no but that he would note that we would like a partial refund. When we checked out, not only did we not get that, but the manager didn't even ask how our stay was. I contacted the corporate office in an attempt to address these issues before leaving a review. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. They basically told me that things break. They did not address the fact that I was told I'd get a partial refund and did not. This hotel has an issue with customer service and accountability.

Our stay was wonderful! Clean rooms. Front desk staff was phenomenal! Within 15 minutes of checking in they texted asking if we were satisfied and asked if we needed anything. They texted and asked the following day as well. Felt very safe. Convenient shopping nearby with restaurant choices.

I was on the road for quit a few hours and arrived to hotel at 1. I understand checkin is at 3. But your system charged an additional $25 to ny card. If the room i reserved is ready, why charge me for being a little early. I am already road tired, and when you charge me $25 more for a room i am getting already because im early is ridiculous. Not happy, will not reserve with you again. I checked out 3 hours early...are you gonna refund for early out. Most likely not. So, why charge cause im tired and arrived a little early....Gary Walker

Check-in was convenient & staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast bar was best prepared I've ever seen and has longer hours than most, and that's terrific, because when I'm on vacation, I don't want to "rush" to grab food! The lady who took care of the food area was so pleasant, singing as she worked, and had a beautiful smile the whole time. Our large family group was welcomed to meet, play games & talk in the evening, in the food lounge, which was terrific.

This hotel was wonderful! Staff was happy and helpful, breakfast was great (Strawberry waffles are worth the trip alone) beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Only I can complain about is the coffee and hot water were luke warth and not hot. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff is really nice! The decor in the rooms is really really outdated. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast was below average but a Waffle house is in walking distance. Multiple dinner locations within walking distance.

Pretty ordinary experience. Exhaust fan in bathroom vey noisy. Can be fixed with a little effort. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Ran out of tissues in BR. Not worth a trip to the desk
