The lady on afternoon/evening shift was amazing. She was friendly and hustled as she not only worked the front desk but also the bar. They claimed to have room service but I never saw a restaurant. Pool and bar closed at 9 which seemed too early. Very limited choices. A lot of temp workers stay here. Room was hot. No smart TV. Breakfast was not very tasty. Eggs were finely scrambled, bland and left a film in your mouth. Sausage was hard and unedible. Chair in our room was stained and dirty as were the hallways. Many people waited on the one washer/dryer which needed two cycles so plan on over $6 for one load. Only two floors but elevator was super slow. Lots of cameras and felt safe for the most part. WiFi was fair. Price was very acceptable for what you get.

They have a sensor on the Air in your room. If you are gone for a little while it takes about an hour to cool things off. Not a great feature, and this is the first time I have ever seen this. Very dissapointing!! I reserved a King bed and my reservation was made over two weeks prior. When I got to my room it was two queen beds. I called them to see if their was a mix up. They said they ran out and gave me two queen. If I had wanted that I would have reserved it. No mention of a credit or I am sorry. Pool was great!

Continental brft was a bit lacking / expected more selections. Room was clean / quiet but hallways smelled mildew / carpeting old & rather worn. Overall a good stay for the price.

Overwhelming odor when we walked through the door—hate that in any hotel. No smoking means no smoking of ANYTHING. Front desk service was excellent. Rooms were fine but could have been a bit cleaner. Not a horrible choice for a one-night stay when passing through.

Everything was fine as far as comfortable beds and such. There were ants in the room though so not sure if someone had spilled something sweet and it got missed by the cleaning crew or what. They were not overwhelming just a few here and there. The breakfast had a nice variety but the the eggs, sausage, and gravy were all cold even though we got there a few minutes after they put them out. Nice selection of food though. Grace at the front desk was amazing

Place needs a serious upgrade. Carpets are NASTY and stained. From the hallway to your room and in your room smells like old bar/mode. Rooms are half ass cleaned. And the beds completely OLD with no mattress protection on them NASTY talk about bed bug land

The check in was average. The room was disgusting. The floors were dirty; the toilet seat was broken; the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling; the sink was clogged; the refrigerator door was rusted; paint was chipped on the doors; the tub had a rust spot; water was brown. This is all Days Inn expects for their rooms from the people they employ? I’ll never stay at a Days Inn again.

The entire stay was uncomfortable and felt unclean. Used cigarettes were on tables and in elevators. Everything felt dirty. The room did not appear vacuumed and items were under beds. Bathroom sink counters and floors were obviously not cleaned well and had resudue from previous stays. The beds were not only stained, but awfully uncomfortable. The hallways smelled of Marijuana every single day and night to the point it was difficult to walk through. The temperature controls also did what they wanted and did not work most of the time too the level they stated and would randomly turn themselves to something different. Everything felt sticky and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

All of the employees were so very nice, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was very cute! The sitting areas on both levels were unique, very colorful and attractive. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and was constantly being cleaned up and restocked. Our room was really bigger than expected, the bathroom was large and attractive, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We really liked the easy chair and ottoman. Everything was very clean, the hotel was quiet, we certainly felt safe and the price was so affordable! We would definitely stay there again and have told our family and friends about this nice hotel!

Just for the price we paid for a suite we thought it would be a little nicer. Room tv was missing remote , my boyfriend got really sick from the room service restaurant , towels were dirty with marks on them , and the room smelled funny. We were just ready to leave by the morning.

I came in late at night. I booked online when they gave me the key to the room. I was a little suspicious as it was on the main floor next to the public bathroom. When I entered the room through the broken door lock, I was hit with a terrible stench. The bath fan was on and rattling. The bed looked like it had been slept in and the bedding was dirty. There were personal hygiene items in the room. Including tooth flossers on the nightstand. I asked the night manager for another room or to clean the room and he said he could provide neither and then I should go online and try to get my money back if I didn’t want to stay in that room.

The staff was wonderful. Grace greeted me promptly and friendly, got me checked in quickly and professionally. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of towels. The toilet, an elongated bowl, had a round toilet seat. It was about 3 inched smaller than the bowl, kinda goofy. The bathroom floor needed a good sweeping/mopping. Overall, a good stay, I would stay there again.

Only thing I didn’t like was at check in they attempted to “upgrade” me to a suite that had only one bed and then a pullout chair vs the to queen beds in a standard room. Insinuating that they were out of the standard rooms as the reason for the upgrade. When I turned down the upgrade I was quickly given the room I booked. With two queen beds.

I was not able to check in even with a reservation through Expedia. After an hour of the Expedia rep attempting to clarify the situation, he rebooked me to another facility. If a manager had been available the situation would probably have been resolved. I chose this hotel based on its ratings, the general location and the fact it had an outdoor pool. I am not picky but when I spend $102 on a Thursday night I would like to say it was worth it. The positives are: it was close to my family I came to see, the pool was refreshing and fairly well kept and my bed was comfortable. The negatives were: the floors were dirty throughout the hotel and especially in my room, my room had an overpowering smell of air freshener as well as stale smoke and I only had one washcloth. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I had a good night sleep and everyone I encountered was friendly.

Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and spacious. The elevator and room did have a stale smell to it. It was a long walk from the elevator to our room 205. The showers have plenty of shampoo/conditioner in wall containers. The breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were hard, the gravy was pasty, and the breakfast potatoes were hard/uncooked. I would recommend getting breakfast somewhere else. The hotel felt safe and secure. The area is close to shopping and convenient to the highway.

The property was fine for the price. The only issue we had was a disurbance in the hallway outside our room late at night. I believe security or the police got involved. We were already in bed when this started, so we could not go to sleep right away.
