Nice hotel. Layout is odd, somewhat initially difficult to find room. Hallways were absolutely freezing. Air conditioners were on full blast and it was only 40 degrees outside. Front desk said they informed management but they had not addressed the issue yet.

I had a pre-existing reservation. I was assigned a room that had an active water leak from the ceiling (and I used the trash bucket to collect the water), a TV that had a broken cable box, and to my chagrin, when I woke up at 4 am, I saw (and collected for the Front Desk) a live bedbug! They could not switch my rooms (they had no others), so I worked in the lobby for 3 hours. No one has called or refunded the room. They did not seem surprised by the bedbugs or put off by the disrepair of the room. Very disappointing.

Booked thru Expedia. Photos on Expedia show the rooms with a bathtub. This hotel [according to staff at check-in] does not rooms with bathtubs, only showers.

We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was definitely worth the drive there! The staff (especially Amy) was AMAZING. Breakfast was really good as well. Only complaints we have is the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all but it was good enough for our short stay! If we are ever in that area again, we will definitely be booking the King Suite! Great nighttime view of the airport runway as well!

Appreciate the friendly staff and the breakfast. Basic needs are good. The tub-shower combo is unwieldy for the elderly with limited range of motion. I would find a walk-in shower with a handheld shower head much easier to use. The basic necessities are clean but rather limited. It is near the fueling station for the airport so there is occasional intrusion of diesel fumes into the room. Again, basic needs are met.

Room was good except you need to provide microwave and frig. We stay in Hampton Inns all along our route and some have and some don’t. It needs to be consistent and provide them. Otherwise quiet and comfortable.

I had a 6am flight out of EVV. I wanted to leave at 415am and was informed that the shuttle driver would take me to the airport then. At 440am, he still had not showed up. The desk clerk Shayla, saw my concern and drove me to the airport. She had never driven the shuttle before but did it for me. WHAT A GREAT LADY! She is the worker you want...she saw the situation, assessed it and made a decision to help the customer.

My sister and I were born and raised in Evansville and have since moved away, we returned for our mother’s funeral and the staff at the Hampton could not have been more amazing. We utilized the lobby area 2 nights in a row to visit with family and friends, and when we’re probably could have been quieter, the staff never said anything except they were glad we could use the space. One front desk clerk even baked us fresh cookies to enjoy. The room and hotel were clean but we will never forget the kindness showed to us during a very difficult time. Thank you to the front desk ladies so much!

I had a very early flight asked when I check in about the airport Shuttel And confirmed a 4:30am ride to the airport, confirmed it twice before going to bed. I arrived in the lobby at 4:25am asked the clerk about my shuttle, she informed me that there was no one on duty to provide the service I had requested and reconfirmed 2 more times. Had to call an Uber and wait 20 minutes for a ride. The only reason I chose this hotel was because it had a shuttle and didn't want to stress about getting a ride that early in the morning in such a small town Bottom line is I paid way more than I had to for a hotel that didn't provide the service they said they would and on top of that had to pay for an Uber Witch made the hotel in my option suck Will never stay here or probably in another Hilton property again

The hotel decided to mop the floor in the area from the rooms to the main desk during check out. The floor was soaking wet. They out a wet floor sign on one side but not the other. My elderly friend came out of the rooms on the first floor, where there was no sign and went down. She hurt her shoulder and arm. When we went to the front desk and told them what happened, their response was “well there was a sign”. We had to ask to file a report as they offered none. After filling out a report, they checked her out and never offered anything else. Charged her for her room too. Unbelievable.
