Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown

Breakfast was great.

I booked double suite room. For myself my husband and two kids. The two bed were supposed to be queen size. Who puts twin size beds in a double suite??? I paid almost 1k for one night and this room. $941 to be exact. Just because of a concert at Lucas stadium. For what? my husband is 6'7 he didnt even fit in this bed. I had np room to sleep so slept on a mini tiny sofa. This is absurd. It should be illegal to charge that much money just because of a concert thats near by. Do not recommend. Wont be coming back. Also A/C - Heater works so loud that its impossible to sleep. Absolute nightmare. It would have been cheaper to fly out after the concert than stay in this hotel. Breakfast ? Just looked at it, didnt even try anything. For paying almost thousand bucks per night, this hotel should be ashamed.

I found a soft drink bottle with some drink still in it under the TV stand and used sheets in fold out couch. Not pleasant for s new visitor.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the shower gel was empty. The metal piece at the top of the door was broken from its hinges and had to manually be put back into place in order to close door to the room. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. They even had breakfast open early to accommodate runners in the mini marathon that day.
