Crowne Plaza Indianapolis-Airport by IHG

The bartenders and servers in The Outer Marker Lounge were fantastic and very open and friendly. A couple of the younger front desk girls as well as one of the gentlemen need some additional training in hospitality as well as how to process payments as I was double charged for my first booking which took two days to refund. Personality was completely out the window. There were three additional folks I interacted with who were competent and very nice. The remaining staff were nice but you need to staff up the restaurant for morning breakfast as the buffet carried no basics such as butter, salsa, ketchup, etc and by the time you catch someone your breakfast is cold. The people working in the kitchen were great and very friendly.

A couple staff members positioned at the front desk may need a little extra training but the majority of them are great!

Breakfast Buffett was great. But that was about it. We booked 2 rooms. One room, there was a blower left in the room and the AC off. We called & nobody came to get it. We left it in the hallway & it was still there when we left. Our bathroom door didn’t shut, & we could hear the people next door fighting at 2am. You couldn’t even see out some of the windows from paint being smeared. The other rooms AC wasn’t working. And they had electrical covers off with wires everywhere. Definitely not worth the price we paid to stay.
