Where do I even begin? The advertising for this hotel states “by Wyndham” which name normally means quality. However, the ownership plaque behind the desk says it’s independently owned and operated which besides the immediate odor and filthy surroundings should have made me leave immediately but since I was traveling alone I figured, I could stay anywhere for a few nights if the bed was comfortable. Ok, the hallway carpeting was filthy with stains everywhere as if bleach was spilled-on various areas. Every floor (3) of them were all the same. The aroma of weed and God knows what else was random throughout the building. Some room numbers were missing and handwritten in pencil on the walls. My room was 212 with carpeting stains, only one broken hanger on the coat rack, a broken vanity that was pulled away from the wall and sloped down like a gorilla fell against it. There was mold along the shower/bath tub exterior, not drain stop and dark stains in the tub basin. There were three lamps in the room and the only one that worked was on the desk and missing the shade. Carpet was dirty and stained, baseboard and next to bed was pulled away from wall. Exposed wiring on floor lamp that was leaning against the wall in the corner with bulb socket pulled out of lamp and just dangling. Room blackout curtains were torn and filthy and the furniture was not just outdated but beat-up like a fight had broken out in the room. The indoor pool was filthy. The morning breakfast was bad.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever been in. Holes in the walls. Bathroom flooded during shower, room was very dirty, tv had a snowy picture, missing lamp shades, bedside lamp had thick layer of dust on inside light bulb, holes in wallpaper, stained carpet, walls had what looked like mucus on it,

Room 392 a c did not work no knobs on plane room smelled damp no lamp shade for the lamps and the room smelled musty staff was @ the front desk drinking beer so in my polite voice, stay away from that hotel I left did not stay in the hotel and now I can’t get back my refund stay away

This is the worst hotel, we were there for 4 days and 3 nights. The room smells like cigarettes and the floors feel like someone poured grease on and the hallway floors had bleach marks all on them and the rugs are pulling up from the floor. Our room was not cleaned at all no garbage taken out or sheets changed on the beds. The shower knob felt as if it was about to break and the bathtub was slippery. The breakfast was just minimal. The 2 men that worked at the front desk customer service skills sucked. I asked for clean towels and had the man write down the room number for the staff to come and take out the garbage and leave clean towels, still nothing was done when I came back to my room. and asked when will someone come and take the trash out " he said, my staff is gone and what do you want me to do about it?" Never go there then need training on how a hotel works and that just because a room is occupied you dont clean until the travelers leave you clean every day and you take pride in your hotel. The staff do not take pride at this hotel and they dont care how it looks. Also, there was a bonfire in the parking lot and the door was held open with a piece of wadded paper.
