It was well maintained and had many options available to guests. There was a pool, outdoor grills and fire pits you could use. Each room had temperature control so each person could have their room as warm or cool as they wanted. There were extra towels in each closet for bathing and separate ones for the pool. It was really nice and vey close to restaurants , shopping and Norte Dame. I'm glad I found it. Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel! The suite is furnished very modern and so spacious. It is clean and the quietest hotel I’ve been to. The only issue we had is the hot tub was out of service and the hot tub was an amenity I booked for. The room did have a huge bathtub.

I love this place. We found it last year for AYOP and its where i plan on staying every year. The extra space of the suit with the separate room and living area and lots of counter space make it prefect for my kids and I to eat in and relax after a long day of competition. The pool is a good size and since it's covered, great rain or shine. The putting green and bocce ball are fun little extra that the kids loved too. All the staff was wonderful and so accomodating. 10/10 recommend, especially for the price!

I was totally blown away with this place. I was only spending one night and my biggies are for a place to be clean and a safe area. Because it was not a home game weekend the price was fantastic. I had a one bedroom suite. It was a great size, lots of storage if I had needed it. The bathtub would fit three if you wanted it to, double sinks, separate area for toilet and bathtub. I am quite spoiled with my Sleep Number bed at home but this bed was great. I had a balcony that looked over the courtyard with the bocce ball and putting green. Two chairs and a table, plenty of room. It had a full size fridge, two burner stovetop, huge microwave, kitchen sink, and a small dishwasher. They had plates, cups, cooking utensils, pans, etc. Everything you could need. Bar chairs and room to eat there. Couch, huge TV in both rooms, coat closet. I was the first room next to the elevator and an air system control room but it really did not bother me. The entire place is full of Notre Dame memorabilia which even for a non sport fan like myself was cool. Tons of parking. Staff was really nice. I looked in on the gym which looked nice. I did not go see the pool/hottub area but I could see the glass bldg from my balcony and it looked nice. Staff was great. Big snack purchase area. Breakfast is for a fee and I didn't go down but I would guess it is great. Has a pool table room. No pets allowed. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping, eat at Fatbird, amazing.

We got stranded in SB due to a Snowstorm. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were very accommodating, from the coffee bar to the pool and spa area. During the check-in, there was an issue with my credit card. The staff and management immediately resolved the issue, causing no stress to me or my wife. Allowing us to have a very pleasant and comfortable stay

Loved everything about the hotel! The pool was nice and relaxing, the spa was great! Very nice size!! The room was very nice and clean! The only complaint I have is a major one the shower/ bathtub didn’t properly drain so the tub filled with water as you showered and it was very gross leaving film & nastiness for the next person trying to shower in a shared suite

The property is mostly clean and in a good area. It’s always overwhelming to choose a hotel not knowing if it’s a decent area. The halls, lobby, and room was all fairly clean and has been well kept. Though, we did have a white powder on our counter in our kitchen area when we arrived. One of the hand towels also appeared to have been used. And as I sat on the floor with my kids doing their hair, I thought my daughter lost the back to her earring. Nope it turns out someone dropped theirs. Then we noticed quite a few crumbs through out on the floor. My daughter kept thinking she dropped a Polly pocket piece and it was a random green or brown crumb from something the previous person left. The room was mostly well kept though. It wasn’t run down or anything. Well maintained. But it just seemed someone didn’t clean thoroughly. The pool though. We wanted to stay at this hotel because it had an indoor pool. It was actually fairly cold in there and you could feel a breeze from outside. And the water was somewhat salty and I don’t believe it was a saltwater pool. It just didn’t seem clean at all. My husband actually made excuses as to why we couldn’t go to the pool since the first time we went. He even kept us out later so we could tell them it’s closed (since our room was next to it we had to walk by or could hear people in it). Oh our windows were slightly open and unlocked when checked in too. We would probably stay again, just hoping our room was overlooked from cleaning fast

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and further improvements were being made while we were there - fresh paint, and the parking lot looked recently refreshed….getting ready for football season, I suppose. The king bed was surprisingly uncomfortable for a Hilton. I almost always choose Hilton for comfort and cleanliness. The sheets were clean, and pillows seemed to be new, so, yay! But the bed was really hard, and the bottom sheet would not stay in place. It wrinkled, pulled and moved with me. Interestingly, the pull-out couch was much more comfortable. My teen daughter, who usually hates those (for good reason) actually preferred to sleep there. The bed just needed a better pad. Still, it had what we needed. It was in a great location. I would stay again.

The elevator was too far from room (opposite end of hotel) so had to use stairs to load car. Also room was next to a mechanical room and was noisy from pipes all night. That being said, I had an early check in and that's the room that was available, which I appreciated.

Excellent value when Notre Dame isn't playing a game in the next few days. Our suite had two rooms. One of us could stay up late or get up early without bothering the other. The place is filled with pictures and posters of Notre Dame athletics. We're not Notre Dame fans but enjoyed our entire visit.

I appreciated that it was an easy drive to the University of Notre Dame. There are many dining options around the hotel. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The front desk and service staff were all helpful and sweet. I would stay here again.

Exceeded expectations in every area. Not super happy with such a high deposit, hopefully they don't take forever reversing the hold on my credit card. Front desk staff exceeded my expectations also. Great experience. I would stay here again depending on the quick deposit hold release.

The girl checking people in was extremely rude to some of the people checking in. If it was for her the stay was great. She truely needs to change her attitude when working with the public. I worked in retail for 40 years and as much as I felt like it never disrespected anyone loke she did. So other then your desk people it was a great stay. Really love the place. Room was great and kids loved the pool.

The front desk gets extremely backed up at check in time and the girl at the desk is not very personable. No conversation and barely a smile. My husband and I went to spend some time in the hot tub and first there is nothing but one chair to put your stuff on so we did then there were kids that came down and one knocked my husbands glasses down. No parents either with the kids. We went to leave and 3 kids were in the gym area running on the equipment like it was a toy. A lot of noise in the halls through out the night running and stuff.

The hotel is in a part of town where you can get to multiple things easily. The room we were in must have been recently remodeled because it didn't look anything like the pictures, but it was so much better. We were very impressed with the seperate bedrooms and being able to control the temperature in each one. Beds were pretty comfy. Our views from the balconies were of the parking lot but it was still nice. We didn't have the breakfast or visit the pool, but I'm already trying to come up with an excuse to stay again.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and had a pleasant, quiet stay both times. I’ve avoided Notre Dame game weekends though. The suites have kitchenettes with real dishes, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds and couches. The front desk staff are consistently nice and helpful. This time, Mikaela especially was fantastic. The breakfast buffet, though it costs extra, has a reasonable selection on hot and cold foods. I’ll certainly stay again.

Please remember you asked. The room was great and love being able to get coffee. Appreciate your staff when I was doing laundry. Clothes were left in dryer by a guest. Waited the 30 minutes and then asked told the front desk. They came and bagged items so I could you dryer. That was lovely of them. My negatives are the breakfast. It is very rude they shout and demand your breakfast card. They rush you and come to grab your plates while eating. They are overly loud and it feels like vultures waiting to attack. The food is a zero. I feel they take food from the day before and reheat. Sausage burned, bacon greasy and broken and way to crispy, scrambled eggs dried out, pancakes lousy-I feel they are from a cheap mix where only water is added, the fresh fruit is bare bones, hardly any butter, the Danish are as cheap as can be purchased, oatmeal I would not touch it, like paste, skimpy bowl of cheese… and while down by the elevator we heard one of the women yell to a guest “got your ticket got your ticket?” I would have gone to your front desk and asked for a “voucher” to go for breakfast elsewhere. I know this is a lot, but we have stayed at so many of the hotels in South Bend, Mishawaka, and Granger so I/we have a lot to compare to. The La Quinta on 933 is the best. Next was Candlewood, Comfort Inn and the Ivy Court. Next thing is the tv remote is very confusing to use. Frustrating. Same with the coffee maker. I am the type that reads and uses a manual. Thanks for caring.

The deposit was $200 and they charged $9.95 per person for breakfast on top of the cost for the room. Yes they refund the deposit after a few days but the site should state this

I was really surprised when i booked the Varsity Club. I heard it was nice and it had great ratings, but i really was not sure. The staff was supper friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was catered in. It was a great experience and I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much.
