The open area in the courtyard was great for visiting with our family group and even sharing meals together. The pool and hot tub were nice. Loved having the vouchers to eat breakfast at Perkins each morning. Nice room that opened out into the courtyard area.

This hotel had so many amenities! Clean room, great water pressure, good mattress, even a swing out mirror in vanityfor make up! We played ping pong in their conference/family game room. Free complimentary water, snacks, fruit, and specialty coffee machine! Plus breakfast voucher for Perkins Restaurant next door.

The hotel is just fine, updated pretty well. The room is comfortable, good TV with Netflix. The carpet in the hallways could use updating. The pool area is great and there is a large area with video games and tables to relax in next to the pool area. Front desk staff fantastic. They allowed me a very early check-in when I told them I was traveling for a family funeral. They were extremely kind. They have free bottled water and coffee. Free breakfast at Perkins next door and a discount on the bar and grille next door. The only issue I have is we paid total $180 for our room and this is not congruent with market price. It should have been more like $130 to $140.

I normally don’t write reviews but this by far is the best hotel in the area. The amenities are great…including super clean pool, hot tub, arcade area, ping pong, gym, complimentary espresso, coffee, and bottled water at front desk. Staff was amazing! Location is perfect with breakfast at Perkins and The Page Bar and Grill is across parking lot. Will only stay here when coming to town!

We had a delightful stay at Best Western Angus Inn this week. I was particularly impressed with the room furnishings...from a microwave to the desk which allowed you to roll out a second lower level...to the comfy bed and pillows and the well-thought-out arrangement of our ADA room. The shower was constructed well so water did not flow out into the bathroom. The pool and the hot tub were both working! I have stayed in higher-priced hotels that did not offer this amount of thoughtfulness.

We were in a 26 foot uhaul and they had a whole lot for truck parking. Also restaurant in the parking lot- Page was excellent and got voucher for Perkins pancake house - also in parking lot for breakfast. Dated but worked just fine for our needs. Friendly folks.

This was a quick trip over the holidays to visit family and I ended up staying here on both the way out and the return. In both cases, the check-in process was flawless and the front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order, so no complaints there. The hotel has a quiet hours policy from 10 PM to 6 AM, which is really nice after a long day of driving when all I want to do is get a peaceful night's sleep. First floor rooms are accessible from the outside, which is nice for loading/unloading. If there is a downside, it would be the "breakfast," which is really just coffee, fruit and yogurt. There is a nice restaurant next door (and you can get a discount voucher) if you want something more substantial. Other dining options are nearby.

I liked the lobby and they sent us across the parking lot to Perkins for breakfast which was really a good meal. However, I didn't like that my room was to the outside with an outside door. I was female traveling alone and it made me feel a little unsettled.

The hotel is older but the rooms are updated nicely. Comfortable beds and nice sized rooms. I liked the outside entrance for ease of unloading and loading the trunk. They also have a wonderful voucher option for breakfast at Perkins next door.

Just a small heads up We had a room by the convention room. They held an event the night we stayed and it was pretty loud outside of our room. They were all out by 11pm then it was quite. Front desk was very nice. Clean room.

Room was nice but had several little issues such as burnt out light bulbs & a bathroom fan that didn't work. Air Conditioner sounded like a vauum cleaner all night. For some reason the key cards would just stop working & had to be reissued twice. Very annoying. Front desk people were very nice & tried to be helpful. There are several close restaurants.

Great accommodations! Clean room, allowed us to check in early with no extra charge. We were stranded, car broke down, was able to get some rest while car was being repaired. Very friendly front desk. They provide free hot breakfast at the restaurant in the parking lot, great perk.

I reserved this room for my wife. It was paid in full. She only needed to cover incidentals, which would be refunded. She stayed at this location for a business trip in town. When she went to check out, the inn-keeper said the card was declined and proceeded to charge her for the night. He implied that the room had not been paid. Knowing this was not the case, I called. After reassuring that the room was covered, he issued my wife a refund. I said it was an error but honestly I expect a little more care and consideration for a traveler.

This was a quick trip over the holidays to visit family and I ended up staying here on both the way out and the return. In both cases, the check-in process was flawless and the front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order, so no complaints there. The hotel has a quiet hours policy from 10 PM to 6 AM, which is really nice after a long day of driving when all I want to do is get a peaceful night's sleep. They advertised bar and restaurant. Had neither. Said included breakfast but thats next door at Perkins. Also for a best Western its not right to advertise as a hotel when the doors on the outside like a motel. When checking in she was very uninformed and when checking out another kady was sweet.

I liked the lobby and they sent us across the parking lot to Perkins for breakfast which was really a good meal. However, I didn't like that my room was to the outside with an outside door. I was female traveling alone and it made me feel a little unsettled.

The hotel is just fine, updated pretty well. The room is comfortable, good TV with Netflix. The carpet in the hallways could use updating. The pool area is great and there is a large area with video games and tables to relax in next to the pool area. Front desk staff fantastic. They allowed me a very early check-in when I told them I was traveling for a family funeral. They were extremely kind. They have free bottled water and coffee. I normally don’t write reviews but this by far is the best hotel in the area. The amenities are great…including super clean pool, hot tub, arcade area, ping pong, gym, complimentary espresso, coffee, and bottled water at front desk. Staff was amazing! Location is perfect with breakfast at Perkins and The Page Bar and Grill is across parking lot. Will only stay here when coming to town!

The staff was very polite and helpful. Worked through a problem like it was nothing and made the day that much easier. Having the breakfast option next door was also nice. The parking was not great as I have a large truck and could not park in front of room, but it could have been worse...

We were in a 26 foot uhaul and they had a whole lot for truck parking. Also restaurant in the parking lot- Page was excellent and got voucher for Perkins pancake house - also in parking lot for breakfast. Dated but worked just fine for our needs. Friendly folks.

Great accommodations! Clean room, allowed us to check in early with no extra charge. We were stranded, car broke down, was able to get some rest while car was being repaired. Very friendly front desk. They provide free hot breakfast at the restaurant in the parking lot, great perk.

We stayed 2 nights in late June 2024 at the BW Angus Inn in Great Bend, Ks. The room was large with all the nice amenities. The free full breakfast arrangements with next door Perkins was very nice, good food and Service. We would recommend this motel.

We love this location, the hotel is very clean the staff is very friendly. Our children love the pool and the courtyard is very fun. We only had a confusing check inn as our reservation mentioned we had “breakfast included” description. When we were checking in we were told the third party made a mistake or that it simply included the continental breakfast option. But a banana and a cup of yogurt isn’t in my opinion breakfast. The person who checked us in provided breakfast vouchers at the restaurant next door but mentioned it’s not a standard practice and that the third party is responsible for that label. If that is clarified at the time of selecting a hotel I can make better choices so that my family gets a meal and I can save time. I wouldn’t have selected a location without a breakfast option. Please make this correction for future bookings. Thank you.
