This property was pet friendly for a reasonable pet fee, unlike others in the Hays area. The hotel itself is visible from the interstate highway, but getting to it was a completely different challenge, and it offered nothing but asphalt and crushed rock for a pet relieve area. Left early next a.m. to get starting on driving day and had only a cup of coffee from the hotel. Probably won't choose this property on next trip through Hays area.

The 1st room they sent me to had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, cups and plates still there, hot in there and didn't smell good. The 2nd room had a pile of scratched lottery tickets hidden in the ice bucket, soap wrappers left in the shower, thick dust on the hair dryer and backsplash and the shower was terribly week. I'm not sure but I felt the sheets were not fresh.

Great hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable. Location is great (right next to a gas station and McD's and down the street from everything else. Located right off the I-70. Wifi was - ok, water pressure - just ok, breakfast - normal free breakfast fare. Can be a bit noisy do to the location off the roadway. About the only negative is the aircon units are noisy.

Located next to the interstate which was nice, room and bed was great.. we was on the 2nd floor and we herd every step from the room above and from the hall.. Breakfast had limited choices but was sufficient.. room key was a problem, wouldn’t work, he changed the batteries in the door but still had problems..

The property was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Normally I hurt when traveling because of the bed, but not here, it was great. If the fan would have ran continuously instead of only when the AC kicked in I would have given a 5 star.

Bathroom needs upgrading- the shower is difficult to figure out and the bath needs anti slip material. Bed was comfortable and microwave worked well. Traffic noise was continuous because of the proximity to main roads. Earplugs required!

This hotel is bordered by I-70 and US-183. It is super close to both roads and the road noise is very loud all night long. Our window was right next to a round about coming off of the interstate and all night long the semis would brake and accelerate around it. Made for a very less than restful night's sleep. The parking lot and the rooms are also both very small. The hotel was worn but clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty lacking as well.

It was very clean, comfortable and most things have been recently refurbished. Some of the furniture and items in the bathroom are fairly old but still working. New sheets, art, paint and carpet really made a difference. Would recommend for the price.

Overall very pleased with our stay at this Super 8. Online reservation was quick and easy as was doing the online check in process. We especially appreciated that we could add the pet fee online so it was all taken care of before we even got there. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink drain did run very slow and we alerted the front desk of this as we checked out. Our only other negative was that the bathtub/shower enclosure could/should be replaced due to a fairly large hole that had been repaired.

I left without getting my luggage, my meds and sleep machine was in the suitcase. The manager contacted me a few hours later, I hadn’t even recognize yet I had left it. I was traveling. The manager took the suitcase to his local UPS and got it shipped to me. He went over and above to help. Great people

This property is conveniently located right off the highway in Hays! It was perfect for one night of rest while on a road trip with a Uhaul. I was exhausted from traveling and the front desk agents were kind and expedited the check in process so I could get to sleep. Room was simple and clean. Nothing fancy but I didn't need any frills! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Liked the room. Everything was clean and neat. Only complaint was the breakfast being very minimal. Most places offering breakfast have eggs and sausage. Had to go next door and pay for good breakfast at McDonalds.

Average and clean. We were just passing thru so it served its purpose. The breakfast was great and staff from the hotel were active in the area restocking and cleaning throughout.

Good for over night stay. Had refrigerator, microwave. Could not figure out how to turn shower on. Clean ,comfy good size. The free breakfast was not very diverse. Didn't eat anything. Only offered cereal, wheat bread, some fruit and yogurt , bagels.. I would stay again if in area. Has 3 floors, no elevator.

This was the best hotel of our 3 week trip! Super friendly staff, very spacious room and super clean! Area was safe and quiet. Extra set of linens was a plus. Breakfast was best hands down many hot options like eggs, potatoes, sausage, green chili. And oatmeal Plus yogurt with toppings, fresh fruit, and cottage cheese, would absolutely Betsy here again!

this motel has a convenient location, close to I-70 exit at Hays. Surprisingly it had no road noise. Room was comfortable, clean and handy from the parking lot. The included breakfast was run of the mill, greasy sausage and fake eggs, but other items to survive on. Check in was great and easy

The hotel is maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only frustrations we had were that the wifi was non-existent and would greatly hinder anyone wishing to do online work, and the hotel is not accessible for anyone who can't navigate stairs. Even the "ground floor" rooms are 3 steps down from the hotel entrance.
