Days Inn by Wyndham Hays

It was a difficult stay. When checking in staff responding that there was no hot water in our room. He asked that we come back next day to change rooms. We went to desk to changed rooms and he said the hot water was working and no need to change. Than at 1am someone was trying to get into our room. Desk called and said we were in wrong room. Then we explained that he told us not to change rooms. We had to be up by 4 to get ready for our 6:30 flight. We were beyond exhausted!

Was charged a random charge 3 days after the fact. When I called to inquire about it, the front desk staff told me it was misc and he couldnt tell me what it was. He said thay the charge doesnt equal to any of the set charges they have. He just said that I have to wait almost another week for his boss to get back and review it. Will not stay again at a place that charges me and can't tell me what it is for.. The pool was closed even though that was noy listed on the website as being closed seasonally. Room was minimal with no extra amenities in the room.

When we checked in, the key that was given to us already had a occupant in the room. They did get us a different room, but then the remote didn't work for the TV. The bathtub was clean but stained. It could be replaced when possible. Other than those things, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Had no hot water

We had no hot water in our room. Called to report & person hung up. So went to front desk & finally was given another room. Coffee weak & gravy like water. Stayed here last year & really like. Maybe new management or something. No more for us!!!
