The room was dirty stains on the headboards sheets where dirty. So many cigarette butts outside the door, they could have been carpet.

Dirty floors in room. Trash everywhere in parking lot. Walls are paper thin and pets in rooms all around us. Person left the TV on all night so no sleep for us. One rickety chair in room. Pass this place over if you are booking in KC.

Nothing unique. No parking Air conditioner did not work Bath tub would not drain toilet was clogged would not flush, bathroom faucet was broken, floor was dirty House keeping could not find a plunger. Desk service was not friendly No parking all spots were taken Dogs barking all night Not a pleasant stay

Property was easy to use, convenient, spacious, staff was friendly, had lots of amenities.

Reserved ground floor unit for elderly access and ended up on the 3rd floor. NEVER AGAIN will we stay at this hotel. What appeared to be homeless people hanging around the grounds. Spartan looking entry and front desk area. Stupid people running the front desk. NO ELEVATOR in view. Horrible experieince.

The outside was clean and modern, the floor in the room was dirty. Bed has had much use, swayed in the middle. The front desk clerk was helpful.

The property was not what I expected from the pictures. The outside was not very clean and it was obvious that people were living there and were outside smoking and hanging around the building. They had loose dogs and one even ran up to my two year old. We entered the room and the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped after the last guest. I was surprised the bed sheets were cleaned. The door locks were not in very good shape but thankfully we made it work for two nights. There were stains on the walls and the bed was not in very good condition. Aside from that, it was just my two year old and I and you could hear people being loud through the thin walls and could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I didn’t feel very safe while walking outside due to the many people sitting around and standing outside everywhere. The toilet began having issues and it would not flush properly and it then overflowed and went on to the floor. The experience was not pleasant and the deposit was $200 so we were unable to be refunded or go elsewhere. Will not be going back.

Low security. Stinky. Didn’t have the right room for us. Employees were great!!!

The space of the room and ease of booking were very nice.. but the lack of people skills by staff and having very few mini amenities was depressing to say the least. Also coincidentally food delivery was a nightmare here. And finding the front door from the parking lot entrance was a maze.

Cockroaches, cigarette butts and train whistles galore. yuk

This was, by far, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. They had lost hour prior to us, checking in. They said they would call us when the power came back on, then the guy that took our number went home for the day and we never got a call. When we checked in, the key card machine was not working. So they told us they would bring us a key once it got back up and working again. Thank God we were only there for one night, because we never did get a key to our room. There were no dishes in the room and the floor was filthy.

Roooooooooaches!!! Left early because of it and my skin was irritated because of the room, ect. Water may be too hard or something idk.

I've stayed at a lot of motels this one was very dirty especially when they have on the website they renovated in 2020. There was no renovated room. The room was filthy, cloth chair at the table had material coming off, cloth chair was just filthy and bathtub had the paint peeling off.

We reserved at extended stay as it was reasonably priced for one night and I thought it had a good reputation as a no-frills hotel. It was not clean, the chair was sooo soiled we had to put the bedspread over the chair to use it. Sheets had stains, bed skirt stained, kitchenette very dated & looked like it has never been updated. Never again!

The nonsmoking room smelled so bad a smoke I had to get Lysol and a smoke candle. Floor so dirty I had to clean it with dawn and towels were black when I was done hair all in shower just the worst hotel . Wish I could upload the picture

I booked 4 nights, I had to book another hotel the first night. The first room smelled terrible, like rotting meat. The floors turned my feet black from walking on them. The bathtub was dirty with soap scum and dried skin. When i informed the front desk, i was moved to another room. The new room was the same smell, bathtub was disgusting, and floors still turning my my feet black with dirt. I checked out after the first night, and still had to pay my full booking and another hotel. Do not stay here!

The shower did not work the bed was broke and the phone in the room did not work it was broke and they didn't accommodate me for any of the trouble there

It was a good place only down side was traffic was loud at times.

The people next door would go outside and sit on the steps right by my door and smoke cigs and chat. Super noisy.

We were frankly shocked when we opened the heavily scratched door to find a room that hadn't seen any upgrades, other than the flooring, in 50 years.

A wonderfully large room with a kitchen. Clean and warm, upon walking in. Great service, would stay again!

Although very small, room was adequate. The so called provided breakfast is a joke, It consisted of push button provided coffee and miniature stale muffins. I appreciated the price but will not return.

Picked for location. The room had no plates, flatware or glassware for an extended stay. The decor and paint looked like 1990. I was embarrassed to host my guest in those surroundings but he tells me the bed was fine. It was very basic, fairly clean but I will not return.

When we got to the hotel to check-in, I was told they were overbooked and my reservation was 1 of the 3 they had to cancel. They said they tried to call to let me know but were unable to reach me. No message left or call received. Advised they checked all Ext Stays in KC area & all were booked. However, Hotels.com showed several Ext Stays w/availability. Very unfriendly & offered no info for other hotels in area to begin a new hotel stay search.

Staff was awesome and delightful checking me in

Front desk, Trisha was super sweet and hooked us up perfectly!

They oversold it even though i prepaid it weeks before. Ahd they overssold the next one i went to even though they sold me a room by phone. So i had no room from two of them. And the person at the front desk said they had never experienced "oversold" until they worked at Extended Stay

Checked into room only to have the room already occupied. Horrible experience.

Dakota and Joseph were both kind and very accommodating. Was treated as a friend didn’t feel like a guest has a homey feeling when being assured by the property staff love it.

They put a $200 hold on my card when I checked in. This needs to be explained when making the reservation.

At 11:37pm I was called and informed that they were overbooked and they canceled my reservation. How do I get a refund?

The door had a huge gap and always looked open. The boxspring was completely broken. The toilet paper was dirty. Aside from that, the front desk clerk was nice. The highway traffic made for pleasant brown noise.

It was a good place only down side was traffic was loud at times.
