Great location and decent size space for Paris. Small supermarket close by, metro options 4 mins walk, washing machine a great bonus, although no where to hang clothes to dry (I like to air dry). Well equipped kitchenette, comfy beds including sofa bed. We stayed top floor and the lift was noisey when used by others, and sleeping on the sofa bed and not in the bedroom made it a little annoying. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

Sejour juste parfait sous tous les points . Je peux vraiment dire que l equipe est au top . Logement neuf et ultra propre . Aux petits soins vraiment ayant fais beaucoup d hotel je recommande celui la absolument aller y les yeux fermé. Rapport qualite prix imbattable .encore merci a ts le personnel

Très bon séjour. Quelques remarques neammoins. Très difficile de régler le chauffage Salle de Bain, mal placé, il devrait etre fixé en hauteur. Mauvaise lumière pour le rasage, le visage n'est pas éclairé. Une tache sur le canapé et des éraflures sur la table de la cuisine. Sinon bon séjour.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l'une des chambres, d'abord à 3 adultes et 1 bébé et ensuite à 2 adultes et un bébé. L'impression globale fut bonne avec un appartement bien équipé et pratique pour ce court séjour. En revanche nous avons pu noter une propreté moyenne et un état de dégradation sur les peintures et les meubles (tâches sur le canapé, ampoule manquante, etc) qui viennent nuancer un peu l'expérience. L'appartement était bien celui sur les photos mais avec un rendu globalement moins bon sur l'aspect visuel. Globalement, nous avons cependant été satisfaits de notre séjour.

We recently stayed at this apartment and love the neighbourhood and its convenience (5 minute walk to Jourdain station). The property is spacious and is thoughtfully furnished. Reception was super friendly and communicated to us effectively on how to access the apartment as we were arriving late. We also had a great chat with them the next day. There's a great Vietnamese restaurant (Pho Hanoi Pixérécourt) just round the corner. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant stay. I really liked the neighborhood It had everything close by, from restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries, small cheese and wine shops to the metro and buses a few minutes away, which connected well to the main center Paris attractions. Very convenient. The accommodation itself was very nice and new, loved the bathroom the most as it was brandnew. The room decor decor was beautiful and minimalist. I really liked it. It was also very quite at night, which was great for a good night sleep.

Pros: great location, excellent cafe and boulangerie nearby, very good transport link. Efficient desk. Cons: impractical to have shower and toliet separated, toilet needs hooks for towel. Small apartment. Thin walls. No bowls for cereals etc. Some of this is easy to fix.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nicely renovated hotel with apartment-style rooms. It was clean and well maintained. Zack from the hotel was very communicative and friendly. Just a note to double check which room you’re booking if you want a washer/dryer. Not all rooms include one if that is important to you. There is a laundromat a block over tho if you need it. The area is very much a neighbourhood of people living their normal lives and not a busy tourist area, giving us a more laid back feel. The area has a variety of people and restaurants and shops and farmers market 2-3x a week. Some areas around the hotel were kind of sketch tho. There was a lot of graffiti and garbage in the streets, and homeless or otherwise challenged people which made us a little uneasy going out later at night or to certain areas. Be aware of your surroundings. The transit for the area is good, however, the main metro #11 was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there, so making transit plans took some extra time and manoeuvring. Not the hotel’s fault, but just a heads up to people looking in the area.

Appartement 42 très charmant pour notre séjour. Très fonctionnel avec cuisine et frigo. Notre grille pain a fait sauté le disjoncteur mais notre Moby boy à été réactif. La chambre principale est spacieuse et confortable au niveau de la literie notamment mais pas celui du canapé convertible. Nos filles ont donc moins bien dormi. Par contre, le seul point noir est le bruit extérieur. La qualité du double vitrage est donc a revoir. On a bien conscience que l’on est en ville mais le bruit des camions le matin de bonheur était très désagréable. On avait l’impression d’avoir la fenêtre ouverte. Peut être que pour des citadins avertis, ça ne poserait pas de problème mais pour nous ça été compliqué. Point positif : petit commerce de proximité facile d’accès à moins de 5 minutes et bouché de métro à 8 minutes à pied.

I picked this hotel for a combination of reasons; price, kitchenette, and washer/dryer combo so that we could pack lighter. When it turned out that our washer wouldn't fill up with water and the technician couldn't make it out for a few days, the hotel completely made up for it by taking our clothes to a laundromat since we didn't have time to do that with our busy itinerary. I would stay here again and really appreciate the helpfulness of the front desk guy Zach.

Great location a few minutes away from the metro station, grocery store across the street and variety of restaurants in neighborhood. The apartment was clean with comfortable bed. Zack at the reception is super friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again.

Main living area, couch, and bedroom not as pristine as in photos, but still decent. Very charming area—nicer than expected. Close to metro and shops. Easy walk to Pere Lachaise Cemetery and Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Good rate. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay. I really liked the neighborhood It had everything close by, from restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries, small cheese and wine shops to the metro and buses a few minutes away, which connected well to the main center Paris attractions. Very convenient. The accommodation itself was very nice and new, loved the bathroom the most as it was brandnew. The room decor decor was beautiful and minimalist. I really liked it. It was also very quite at night, which was great for a good night sleep.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nicely renovated hotel with apartment-style rooms. It was clean and well maintained. Zack from the hotel was very communicative and friendly. Just a note to double check which room you’re booking if you want a washer/dryer. Not all rooms include one if that is important to you. There is a laundromat a block over tho if you need it. The area is very much a neighbourhood of people living their normal lives and not a busy tourist area, giving us a more laid back feel. The area has a variety of people and restaurants and shops and farmers market 2-3x a week. Some areas around the hotel were kind of sketch tho. There was a lot of graffiti and garbage in the streets, and homeless or otherwise challenged people which made us a little uneasy going out later at night or to certain areas. Be aware of your surroundings. The transit for the area is good, however, the main metro #11 was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there, so making transit plans took some extra time and manoeuvring. Not the hotel’s fault, but just a heads up to people looking in the area.

Great location a few minutes away from the metro station, grocery store across the street and variety of restaurants in neighborhood. The apartment was clean with comfortable bed. Zack at the reception is super friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again.

We had arrived early to the property with two small children. The gentleman on reception made sure to get us in promptly which was excellent service. Location to the metro was great. Great neighbourhood when we went exploring

직원이 친절했고 20번 버스를 잘 이용하면 시내 진입이 편리했습니다. 지하철역도 멀지 않았어요. 간단한 조리도 가능하고 욕실도 좁지 않아 머무르기에 좋았습니다.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and new. Very quiet for our nap after red-eye flight. Main living area, couch, and bedroom not as pristine as in photos, but still decent. Very charming area—nicer than expected. Close to metro and shops. Easy walk to Pere Lachaise Cemetery and Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Good rate. We’d definitely stay here again.

La camere era pulita e funzionale. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la lavasciuga, ma l'host gentilissimo, che ringrazio, ci ha fornito tutto il supporto e valide alternative.

They supplied everything we needed for our stay so our stay was stress free! We enjoyed this place a lot. It was perfect for our family with a teen(he loved having his own space)! The host even recommended some restaurants near by, that we loved. The place was an easy walk to all the tourist attractions! We highly recommend this place!

Trevligt läge och mycket trevlig personal. Nära till tunnelbanan. Nära till mysiga restauranger med lokal karaktär. En bra paus från turistkänslan i centrala delarna.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Although we arrived early, we were allowed to stow our luggage in one of our rooms until the other was ready. The rooms were clean and fresh. It is located in a neighborhood with access to cafes and shops—a nice escape from entirely touristy areas. There is a small elevator. As seems to be typical when traveling in Europe, there is no air conditioning. Usually, I don’t think that is an issue. Our visit was during an heatwave. Our room cooled nicely in the evening though. Overall, very economical and comfortable place to stay. Thank you!

L'organisation et les indications hors des horaires de réception était précise. L'appartement spacieux et propre, très bien équipé y compris pour la kitchenette (bouilloire, café, grille pain ...) et quelques produits de base bien utiles. Quelques nuisances en fin de soirée dans les chambres alentours. J'ai trouvé le prix un peu élevé mais c'est Paris...
