It was affordable and near everything for me. There was a Whole Foods next door, Walmart across the street, Big 5 Sporting Goods near the Walesmart. There was a movie theatre approximately 3/4 miles away. A Wells Fargo across the street. And lots of outlets and trendy stores and restaurants nearby. Small gym on the premises-clean. Pool and jacuzzi indoors along with a sauna. some games near the pool area like pool, foosball, and ping pong.

My family liked the lobby area with different levels. The pool area was great with different games such as ping pong, pool, and air hockey. My kids had a blast. I also appreciatwd the ski rental right in the hotel with a good discount and equipment. Breakfast was great with very good coffee and coffee options as well as eggs, protein options, fruit, pancakes and oatmeal.

Impressive hotel. A pool, spa, and sauna. There was delicious hot breakfast with water refilling stations and coffee machines around the property. The front desk staff were incredibly kind. Our room was very clean. No complaints.

The hotel was very clean. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, breakfast had a great selection and the coffee machines were astonishing with option of plain brew all the way to lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate and more. All were fabulous...coffee shop quality. Pool was very nice and the hotel itself was beautiful with plenty to do to keep the kids entertained! Can't wait to stay again!

There’s a dried dog poop in our room. It’s a pet friendly hotel but we did not being any pet. I texted them pictures. Nobody responded or addressed the issue. Otherwise, it’s very convenient, close to eveything.

The pros were the spa, pool, and hot tub area was very nice. The customer service was very good. The cons were it was an old hotel that showed lots of wear and tear. The bathroom, especially the tub was dirty. The drains were very slow. The temperature in the room was very inconsistent pending if the hvac unit was running. It works for a night's stay but the reviews on this hotel seem way too high. It's average.

The check in process was easy and the representative was very nice. But the room was disgusting. The mattress had yellow stains all over them, just covered by the multiple bed sheets. There were ants in the bathroom and the AC did not work.

Overnight stay was quiet and accommodating. The hotel is a bit dated and starting to show its age. Very small bathroom, low countertop and small vanity. Our biggest complaint we would have is the short-short toilets. It sure makes it hard for seniors to have such short toilets. The bathe fan did not work either. We liked the tv and the shower is adequate. Breakfast was better than most. Te hot tub looked inviting but was way too busy for us to consider. It was a good value for an Arts Festival weekends.

Pretty nice place overall. Staff were very friendly. The location isn’t the most convenient or walkable, but it’s a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. WiFi in the room was atrociously slow which didn’t matter to me too much on this trip, but I consider decent WiFi to be table stakes in 2025 so I’d like to see them improve that. Would also be nice if there were a couple changing stalls and a shower in the pool area rather than guests having to change in their rooms and walk through the building in swimwear.

It’s a nice hitel but they stuck us in a basement room with what looked like moth eaten currains that light shone through the holes of at night, windows faced that faced a parking lot, a beat up carpet and piles of dust everywhere. Ironically, that hallway appeared to be where housekeeping keeps all of their supplies and it had a powerful disinfectant smell and poor ventilation. The bed was comfirtable and the bsthroom was acceptably clean. It looks like it used to be a decent room despite it’s unfortunate location and probably the room needs to be refurbished. The hallway ventilation is poor and should be updated.

It was only one night. The room is nice size, the pool and hot tub looked inviting but we did not use. I there is a free breakfast but we did not use. We were disappointed with noisy hallway until about 1:30 AM, and my wife couldn’t find a hair blower. We should have called the front desk for one but didn’t. Management says there is supposed to be a blow dryer in the room. Maybe we missed it but we both looked everywhere.

Room services was really bad and disrespectful because my wife wasn’t speak good English she start an attitude and rushing on us to check out at 11:00am my wife asked for extra 15 minutes but she refused and charged us late fee just for 15 minutes my my brother was staying at the room next door he come and tried to translate for my wife she didn’t listen to him and told him do not interrupt i went down stairs to the reception and asked for a supervisor to complain about the house keeping attitude they said no supervisor available The room service name Stephanie

Absolutely spotless! Not really stocked for cooking but it was beautiful! The staff here are wonderful!!! My check in was great. I was early and it was no big deal. He made me feel so welcome. Nicest guy ever.

At check in the employee did his job but we definitely could feel we had interrupted what he was doing in the back when we came up to the front desk- we felt like an inconvenience. He was helpful in providing a list of places to eat in the area when we asked.

Staff here is amazing. This is a great get what you pay for property. Breakfast is solid, with chobani, milk, fake eggs (but decent), sausage or bacon, potatoes and pancakes etc. Pool and hot tub where extremely clean. Microwave in room was a plus w refrigerator. The property is older but it is clean. Will definitely stay here again. Management (kyler) and All staff are what make this property so good.

Convenient for a ski trip since it is close to the Kimball Junction Transit Station (about 200 yards). Can walk to the shopping center across the freeway, but driving would be better where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Hotel provides a comfortable stay with a pool and hot tub. Breakfast is also provided.

Park City, Utah is very beautiful. Whole Foods right next door. Very convenient. Mister car wash also next door. Also, very convenient. The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was better than most I’ve stay at recently. Bed very comfortable. Very lovely stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place! My only gripe was breakfast was a little underwhelming. Hashbrowns were cold, apple juice tasted funny, and it was really crowded. The pancake maker, while fun, does take a little time to make two (very small) pancakes and a line quickly forms for them. Other than that, pool was awesome, room was cool, and the food options around here are awesome!

Ashely was very nice and able to give us our room a little bit earlier, which was greatly appreciated because we had been driving 11 hours. The property was nice. The room did sorta feel sticky in the air but overall it was okay because we were only staying the night. The pool was nice and we were able to get pools towels from staff. We did stay for breakfast and it’s what you expected from a hotel breakfast, the coffee was good!
