Fairly big hot tub open to midnight was nice. It's right off the highway and priced right. Bedding was soft and clean even if the building is getting a little long in the tooth. Great staff and a surprisingly good breakfast for the price.

Located within walking distance of Hooters restaurant, easy to locate, close to shopping, spacious room. Pool and hot tub were closed because the ceiling had collapsed into the pool, there was a distinct pet odor in the room, we bought Febreze pet odor neutralizer and used it liberally but was not able to get rid of the smell, carpet had many stains. elevator was not working the day we checked out and we were staying on the second floor, we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs, nobody offered to help.

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool and also what seemed like good overall reviews. Checked in only to find out that the pool has been closed and undergoing renovations for the past two months! No where in their website said this. I felt like they should inform guests prior to checking in or at booking. They expected us to go to another pool, Quality Inns, which is about a five minute drive. No thanks! Also, the room smelled musty and old. So badly need of a renovation or upgrade at least!! Do not book here!! You’ll regret paying for it like we did!

Great place to stay on our way through to Kentucky I always appreciate a hotel that has a pool that is open later than like 9:00 at night this should be a standard in the hotel industry. Breakfast was great I have no nothing negative to say about our stay

Older property. There was a nasty film over the water in the hot tub. The carpet was stained and dirty. The breakfast didn’t offer any eggs/meat/protein at all. However, the bed was comfortable and I liked that we could open our window for fresh air.

This is a really solid hotel right off the I-70... especially if you are travelling with pets. Very convenient, staff is professional and kind, price is impressive.

I can't recommend this hotel because of the following: our room had filthy carpet, and filthy curtain cornice. The ceiling was dirty. The bed was very close to the air conditioner making the bed cold. The pool water was dirty and probably full of bacteria. The bathroom smelled like mold. I was charged for my small dogs AFTER my reservation stated total included fees and tax. Staying here is definitely not worth the charge. I will not stay here again and NOT recommend it.

I woke up at 1sm to find a bedbug on my pillow. I was moved to a different room. Staff was helpful in relocating me, but tried to say it wasn’t a bedbug because they are black and this one was reddish brown. It was a bedbug.

Very nice front desk staff. Lobby and hallways were clean. Room seemed damp and smelled of cigarettes. Refrigerator made a gurgling sound all night. Carpet needs shampoo. My sock were dirty from walking on it. Water pressure in sink and shower was pitiful.

Only there about 30 mins. Daughter had a bed bug crawl on her. Got up and left immediately. As were told the front desk another person came in and they still checked them in and didn’t say one word to them about the bed bugs.

Room in poor shape. Door was warped. Three different key fobs and only one worked once. Hair in bathtub. No soap anywhere in room. Pet friendly room with long drapes and bed skirt, obviously been urinated on. Bed almost tipped over when sitting on end. Happy to leave.

The wifi was intermittent. Some family members could connect and some could not. My Chromebook was unusable without wifi. Pool looked good but I never got there. Hotel is squeezed in with other business. Parking can be an issue at times. Setup and location is great.

Room had some issues but not too many that a normal customer would have noticed but since I was a GM at a hotel for several years, I notice all the dysfunctions in a hotel. The car wash behind the hotel made notices when cars were entering the automatic wash which when the room was supposed to be quiet you could here it. Beds were comfortable, loved their bed covering (not too thick & not to thin), rooms were basically clean. My bowling teams had three rooms rented this past weekend, some enjoyed the hot tub and said it felt great. When I checked in, front desk clerk was away from desk (she did have a note up) & came immediately. There was an issue at check in, clerk told me I she needed my card to pay for the room (I reserved the room in January and had already paid for it) she then told me she would have to figure it out, so she must have called her manager, she walked away from front desk, came back and told me, everything is ok and finished my check in (so check in took way longer than it should have). Next morning at checkout the guy was eating in the breakfast area, no note at desk, breakfast hostess told him I was at the desk, he walked over there, he was licking his fingers behind the front desk while talking to me (very unprofessional). So my checkin & checkout were not a good rememorable experience (there supposed to go smoothly) that's the first thing a customer experiences at your hotel and the last experience, both make a difference if a guest will return.

The girl at the counter could not log in to the system and let us wait for the manager to come. We had to wait more than one hour to process check in. This motel is as good as motel 6 in my opinion. Not good! I won’t stay this place again.

Just ok. First of all staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely would give the staff 5 stars! Beds were comfortable. However that’s about where it ends. Condition of the hotel is slightly worn down, needs updated such as fresh paint and such. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast nothing special, however the first morning we went down for breakfast there was only 1 person running the front desk and the breakfast area. He did his very best to try to make sure everything was taken care of but he’s only one person, and several items were out and needed to be restocked. That man deserves a raise! He was so friendly even though he worked so hard!! Finally the parking was TERRIBLE!!! Very small parking lot. We got back to the hotel from our activities around 11 pm both nights and every spot was taken. There is overflow parking at the restaurant next door, but I am a mom alone with 3 kids and did not feel safe having to walk across the parking lot of 2 businesses to get inside. Overall the stay was fine. It suited our needs for the weekend, but I probably would not stay there again.

The area is about what you would expect for this class of hotel. But there are food options near by which is appreciated. Brought my dog and really appreciate that they don't charge you what amounts to a second room fee for a pet.

Right off the interstate but quiet, plenty of restaurants and shops within short drive. Hooters TOO close 🙄

Room didn’t have any issues, just didn’t feel as safe since we were 3 women traveling alone and you could definitely hear fights and gunshots breaking out just near the hotel. Staff was fine, breakfast wasn’t bad either, just felt a little too unsafe in all honesty but had more to do with the area than the hotel.

The blackout drapes do not cover the windows, so the room was quite bright from the parking lot lights. This made it very difficult to sleep. The breakfast was really limited. No eggs, no sausage or bacon. Low quality muffins and baked goods were offered. Thank goodness there was oatmeal. I paid $200 for this room and am really regretting my decision to stay there.

A bit over priced for a room that was nothing special. A hard bed that felt like sleeping on plastic, and flat pillows. The free breakfast was terrible. The only eggs were scrambled and dry. No meat.

Country Inn and Suites is now owned by the Choice Privileges chain and you can tell this property is not being kept up. Breakfast was inedible - probably the worst I've ever had and that's saying a lot. The mattress was uncomfortable - the front desk clerk had trouble checking us in. Only positive is that it was clean - the pool looked sketchy. Look to other hotels in the area.

Overall a nice stay. Conviently located just off the freeway but the room was quiet. Bathroom lighting was too dim. Bed was quiet comfortable. The free breakfast was decent and you can get a cookie upon arrival.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk reception and staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was just OK. Could be better. Not much options to choose from. I expected more from Country Inn and Suites.

The room seemed clean enough, but everything was pretty run down. Everything felt really cheap, The pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn't get to partake, and the breakfast area looked clean with good quality food (we also did not partake due to sleeping late. The later check out was nice. The room layout was questionable, at best. I ordered a suite with a pull-out couch and was provided that, but in the bedroom, there were two beds.... facing each other. Would not recommend staying here.

The staff was amazing breakfast was good and the afternoon COOKIES 😋. The room was good but the blackout curtains looked like moths were eating them but for the age of the hotel it was well maintained. My guest and I were stopped by an undercover agent which was what I felt an unnecessary stop and it made me feel uncomfortable for the rest of the night being there alone I guess the area was not the best if needed undercover agent so I will not stay there again especially if I'm alone.
