Staff was excellent upon arrival and leaving. Logan cleaned the room and it was good!! Only reason i don’t give it 5 stars is because it sounded like house keeping was moving all the furniture around next door which woke us up at the crack of dawn. Overall, I’d stay again! Pool was clean too. 😊

Overall, it was decent for the money. There were a few spot of mold in the bathroom. The ice maker was not working. On the other hand, someone came right out with new towels for the pool after the others got wet from a shower.

We booked this hotel as a place to stay on a mini vacation (3 night) for 2 adults and 3 children. When we arrived we were infomed that the pool was closed (which was alot of the reason we booked their to began with). The desk clerk said that the maintenance guy was already gone for the day (2:45pm),and could not tell us when it would be opened back up. She said that it would probably not be open during our stay. Next the remote did not work, the desk cleck said that we could just use the buttons on side of tv. Then upon sitting at the desk, there was a dust pile with a band-aid (with blood on it) under it in plain view. Then we noticed that humidifier had been leaking water, and the electrical cord was laying right in it. The clerk offered to move us rooms, but that did not make us feel better due to the fire hazard. So after unloading everything and our groceries, we had to reload and find somewhere else to stay. This was the worse hotel I have ever been to while on vacation.

Pool was closed, wash machine broken, continental breakfast was sparse, rooms in poor condition.. door has multi layers of pealing paint, headboard was damaged, bathroom door is too low to floor... can't shut it with bathmat rug, had giant dehumidifier by bed....rooms just tired, no maid service unless you stay 4 days, but feel free to go get your own towels

Staff is amazing, the manager went above and beyond for us. My company does alot of business with them as our main office is 2 miles away. They always treat us great. The rooms are nice and clean and the jacuzzi room is excellent.

This was a last minute, car broke down on the way home stay. However, the cleanliness and amenities that we received from our previous night’s stay with a lesser “quality” and half the price, competitor, far outshined this hotel. The bathroom was filthy, especially the tub. We wouldn’t even bathe our toddlers in it. We stood them under the shower. The floors in the room were so disgusting that when our 3 year old got into the shower, black grime poured off his feet. The TV wouldn’t stay level and when you could finally get it turned on, the channels were all out of sorts and cut in and out, not just working and not, but different channels. It would say HBO, but be CNN, then flip to something else and then back. The AC unit was monstrously loud and woke me up throughout the night. Staff was friendly, albeit far from professional. This was a major disappointment on top of an already rough day.

If you want a clean, mostly kept up place and value then this is good. Bathroom and Shower very old. I'm not very tall but barely fit in the Shower. If someone is 6' they are going to need to duck to take a Shower. The Rooms are small and not a lot of extra's (No Coffee in the Room). Not much choice for breakfast but several Restaurants close.

Unfortunately there were stains on the bedding, the air conditioner had a high pitched squeal that made it difficult to sleep and turning it off exposed you to the sounds of the adjacent interstate and semi trucks all night. The bathroom was tiny and uncleaned. Visible dirt in the tub and on the floor of the bathroom with spider webs in the corners.

This two-star hotel did not disappoint at all. My non-smoking room was on the second floor. It was very clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, there were plenty of towels. The only downside is that the shower is made for children or short people, you have to bend over to wash your hair. It's also a bit noisy from the traffic on the freeway. Anyway, as far as the hotel is concerned, everything is fine.

The room was simple and pretty clean, but not much in the way of any extras, i.e., no in -room coffee pot, no closet to hang clothes, just a couple of hooks. They did provide ample towels and had a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very basic with cereal, toast, bagels, instant grits or oatmeal, yogurt, milk. juice and coffee. Nothing to write home about. For the price it wasn't horrible, but don't expect anything special because you will be disappointed.

This is the second year in a row that I made reservations ahead of time and when we get there to check in they can not find my reservation. Luckily they had a room but I make a reservation for a reason and have a confirmation number and they can find it in your system. They wanted to charge me $50 more than what my confirmation said I wouldn’t pay it so she worked it out . Probably won’t stay there next year when we come !!!

The gentlemen at the front desk was very nice! The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great. Rooms were very clean. Had a small breakfast option but hotel was conveniently by a couple gas stations & a Wendy’s! Would stop & stay again!

If someone is 6' they are going to need to duck to take a Shower. The Rooms are small and not a lot of extra's (No Coffee in the Room). Not much choice for breakfast but several Restaurants close.
If you want a clean, mostly kept up place and value then this is good. Bathroom and Shower very old. I'm not very tall but barely fit in the Shower. There was hole in the wall beside air conditioner. One outlet was shock hazard and no coffee pot in room. Continital breakfast wasn’t that good

We arrived really late, but the staff person was right there to check us in. Room was clean, the breakfast was continental, but worked for us. Everything went smoothly. Would stay there again.

The gentlemen at the front desk was very nice! The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great. Rooms were very clean. Had a small breakfast option but hotel was conveniently by a couple gas stations & a Wendy’s! Would stop & stay again!

The motel itself was and 0k property, nothing special. The room was simple and pretty clean, but not much in the way of any extras, i.e., no in -room coffee pot, no closet to hang clothes, just a couple of hooks. They did provide ample towels and had a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very basic with cereal, toast, bagels, instant grits or oatmeal, yogurt, milk. juice and coffee. Nothing to write home about. For the price it wasn't horrible, but don't expect anything special because you will be disappointed.

Location was good. Room did not smell good when we got there, but aired out fine. A good place to eat within walking distance, but fairly pricey. You need to know that all rooms have an outside entrance. If you are on the second floor, there is only one stairway. The front desk did offer to help bring our luggage upstairs. Property date, but rooms seemed clean.
