Property had easy check in. Staff at front desk was very friendly. Walking distance to waffle house and other food places including Starbucks. Was only 9 mins from hospital. Plus they had a casino inside the lobby in a separate room.

Room was in poor condition. Sink detached from counter top without touching it. Towel holder was barely hanging on. Tub was very slippery. Towels are terrible rough and small. No fridge and felt unsafe at night. Casino will take your money. Lol

Very old and dirty. The bed was so hard. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Asked for extra towels and it took 2 hours to receive. We had to call 3 times. The pool was so green and full of trash. We had a crack head knocking on the door at 430 am asking to use the phone

Bad: Smelt like cigarettes, dirty outside and in room, burn marks in blanket, rusted tub, dirty smelly lobby Good: Staff was nice and professional

The 1st room the ac/heater was pulled out from the wall, could see out side. They gave us a new room. It was missing the fire alarm( did let them know), it needed a maintenance man to go in there and redo the trim and caulking around tub, the sink was letting go from below. The bed was quite hard, and the pillows were like pancakes. We stayed because we knew we were going to be gone all day. Parking kinda a nightmare. They also allowed dogs that bark. Someone feeds half dozen stray cats. If you need a bed and shower this is good price. A plus: refrigerator, and coffee in the office in the morning. Thank you.

Walked into office and could not breathe for the smokers playing slot machines.property was not family oriented. Seedy characters all over the place. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

No frills stay for a reasonable price. Property is aged with limited amenities, dangerous & slow internet and very limited tv stations.

lol No fridge, call manager she said they’d bring one. No one showed up. We called twice. Old beds, definitely need an upgrade. Choose this particular hotel because of bar room on premises. It’s closed permanently. Cafe is too. Bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, stuff all over it. Staff was friendly.

We had to request new sheets because someone else's bodily fluids were still on ours. The bed was hard as a rock. They had filled in the pool with sand so that's no longer there. The tub was dirty. There was literally just a bed and a tv barely hanging on the wall. Nothing like the pictures at all.

Signage wasn’t visible and the office is in a separate building, so it was a bit confusing for checking in. Other than that, it was good.

Dirty looking towels. Bath tub peeling paint. Takes 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water. Bed sheets were stained. At 4 am construction started outside the room with a concrete pump and generator.

It had roaches

Had to change room no remote then the room we change to had roaches and the ac was so loud that we could not sleep and the bath tub had paint in it the door had dart on them and the pillow was not clean could not see yours self in the mirror I will not stay at this hotel again

I was completely disappointed. my towels were filthy, There was a drunk man lying outside his room and the police had to be called. The door frame in the room was busted. The night staff was extremely rude.

Cockroach in room

Blood stains in the pillow cases, cockroaches the size of house cats, the AC/heater was begging for help, and the TV may as well have not even been in the room for how well it worked! One little bar of soap in the bathroom, no coffee, microwave, ice machine, or fridge. We checked out and went to another hotel because this place isnt fit for animals much less people. Then they have the audacity to charge $80 a night for this!

The bed sheets had urine on them, the room was crawling with roaches, people hanging out in the stairwell doing drugs and a prostitute that knocked on the wrong door. We ended sleeping in the car after we killed multiple cockroaches.

It was very dirty, nasty, old and outdated, holes in the blanket. Bathroom was ugly, chipped paint

The bathroom was totally disgusting! I wouldn't take a shower for fear of what I might be standing in/on. The bathmat was filthy and pieces torn off it. The grout was so awful and grungy lookingThe floor tile in the sink area connecting to the bedroom floor was broken and missing a huge chunk--so much so I worried about tripping over it and falling. The walls and door frames were dirty with nails and screws showing without paint. I understand it's an old building but there were water stains on the ceiling. The curtain on the window didn’t cover the window well so people could see in. NONE of the charging connections worked! I was tired and looked forward to a shower! Wouldn't dare! I've stayed in so many Motel 6s that this truly shocked me.

Easy off and on to I-20. If you travelling and need a quick place to stop and sleep this was perfect. Soft bed, hot shower and back on the road. Starbucks and gas station right across the street! (Room was re-done but still missing a bathroom fan and fire alarm, TV didn't work well)

I stayed here the previous week and had good experience. Returned this week & check in went okay, then I got to my room. No refrig or microwave, no chairs in the room, wi-fi did not work. As a salesman I need to do a couple hours a night reports on the computer. No chair for the desk? Went to from desk and lady was non-responsive: We have no chairs in the rooms currently, the frig & micro waves are on order; people complained yesterday that the wi-fi wasn't working also. Told her I needed wi-fi & chair to do my work & I'd have to go elsewhere if their not available. "Too late to cancel & get refund". Drove to truckstop to get wi-fi to do my work. Will not stay here again.

The mattress was smaller than the frame and kept moving every time I got off and on the bed. I have stayed at many Motel 6s over the years and this was the worst one of all.

The heater did not work in the room. The stay was miserable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Checked in got to my room cable didn't work. Plus the room didnt have a refrigerator like it said it would. Called front desk she moved me to another room. The air conditioner didnt work plus no refrigerator but the cable worked. Went up to the front desk after that she moved me to another room supoosedly that was renovated. Went in air conditioner worked cable worked no refrigerator. I wasn't happy hopping from room to room after a 5 hour drive.

This hotel is scary. Definitely did not feel safe. The room door was uneven and there was a one inch gap from the bottom up past the door handle. No peep hole needed bc you can see right thru it. There were road workers there having a tailgate. My room was between theirs so it was loud. Had my pups shook all evening. Shower is dirty, old. There were food spatters on the wall. I was ready to check out in an hour but partner didnt want to travel anymore. I left very early bc it sucked. I tried to return room keys but lady on front locked office just looked at me. I slid keys in between the doors and couldnt get out of there fast enough. I will never go cheap sight unseen again. Place should be demolished, entire area around it gives slum or hood.

The tub was rusty and had no plug in tub. Could see down the drain. Refrigerator didnt work. Bed was hard as a rock. Very noisy

I will say that this trip I was a bit disappointed, first off at check in I waited for an hour because the front desk clerk was in the back, I never got towel my entire stay even after going to the desk during the day to ask for towels and putting in a complaint about not getting towel

It was a quick stop for an overnight sleep and shower in the morning. But the room was clean, the hot shower was great with plenty of water pressure. The area had penty of fast food options and a gas station with cheap gas to fill up before hitting the road the next morning. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick and simple. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever passing through the area and need a place to sleep for the night. De

I booked and pre-paid for room at 3 am for the rest of the night/morning and later made a 2nd to cover me for the rest of day . Because I arrived after 4:30am they informed me I was considered a no-show (even though I pre-paid in full) and would have to wait until 3pm to check-in. When I’ve pre-paid at 3am the room should be available for me until 11am check-out. (Never had this happen) They made no attempts to accommodate me and were very condescending. The female stated I had over 24 hours to let them know I would be late. I explained I booked the room at 3 am not for the following day but the rest of the night. They both said “that never happens”. When I showed the email with times to prove it. She said, “It doesn’t matter”..“That’s why I tell people not to book there late, because you may only have 30 minutes to get there and check in before counted as no-show.” I thought that, “never happened”. Warning: DO NOT BOOK HERE LATE and expect to get a room even though you are CHARGED IN FULL. The man said “You don’t stay in hotels very much do you?” REALLY. This is my 2nd year as a Diamond member thru Wyndam and 2nd year as Gold member through Hotels.com. (I book around 100 nights per year most in Bossier City.) I stayed at this establishment 26 NIGHTS in 2021. I cancelled my reservation for the next night and went right up the road to Super 8 was checked in immediately.(As always with Wyndam) This is the 1st bad review I have ever given. I will never book here AGAIN!

Quiet and near everything

Area, plenty of places to eat. Its right off of I 20.

It was very easy to get to from the interstate and restaurants were very convenient.

I felt unsafe. The door jamb had been broken before. It was repaired but seeing the brokenness of it made it un nerving. It was not new but an older repair. The room was clean, no complaint there.

It was ok. Didnt like the location but couldnt beeat the price.

This property was fine. It's not the best Motel 6 I've stayed at but also not the worst. It was affordable. Good location. Easy check in and check out. Most of the other guests (based on cars parked in lot) were from out of State. Noise was minimal. Shady characters were minimal. Area was more retail, rather than residential, which was good, plenty of amenities nearby. Never felt unsafe, never saw any bugs, room was clean. Spent one night and slept fine, no issues. Overall, I would stay here again.

Not a terrible stay for the price. My room was kind of renovated but the bathroom was not. The bathtub was painted with latex and peeling. Didn't understand that but ok. Not trailer friendly but conveniently located next to Taco Bell and Waffle House.

Best part was the Waffle House next door. Strong smell of deodorizer or bug spray on the bedding. My bed clothes still smell like whatever they sprayed on the bed.

Everything was great. The new lounge especially.
