Place was under construction and wanted to change ac unit

We know that you are working very hard to upgrade this motel. We appreciate the dedication to service while you are in the middle of deconstruction. However, you need to do the following to secure guest approval and reason to return: A) Prior to making a reservation at your motel, you need to let people know it is under renovation (which will prepare guests and will enter knowing what is happening), B) That the detour to get to your motel is not appearing on Google maps, C) You need to clean up as you renovate: mow the grass in the courtyard, pick up dog poop, and all the demolishing garbage that hasn't made it into a dumpster, and D) Make double sure that the rooms you do use for guests be the very best they can be: our room had laundered towels that looked dirty, the tub needed to be cleaned, the remote didn't work on the television and the light didn't work on one side of the bed. We want to applaud your hard working crew, who worked until about 10pm, probably after they had worked at another job all day long. They were polite and wanted to be helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's a lot of upgrades going on ,so there was some trash piles going on.the website doesn't list it ,but they do have a pool, only cons were the grasshoppers were a bit outta control,no coffee or vending machines but they do have a store right down the street a bit.overall can't beat the price and I would stay there again.

When I arrived, no one was at the desk. I waited one hour before they showed up. Apparently the manager had taken ill and didn’t call anyone to take his place. A nice gentleman, who was not on shift and could not get into the computer, did arrive and was trying to make contact with someone else to get the appropriate login information to be able to access the computer. Nonetheless, it was totally unacceptable not to have anyone man in the desk for a solid hour. The room had a trashcan that was still full, and the bathroom counter had not been wiped down. There was a bed, made of bedrock. On the bright side, I was located poolside with a beautiful view of the drained pool, with no fencing to lock out, wavering wandering kids. Other than these few things, it was a great night!

The ground was very unclean. There was trash everywhere.

I will never go back. Staff was not responsive. Cars on blocks in the parking lot. Did not feel safe.

They are doing some renovation here but still renting out the rooms in which there are real problems.

This place is disgusting. Nasty broken down bed. Dirty floors. Dead and live roaches. Holes in the walls. Dirty, crusty towels. TV didn’t work. Overflowing dumpster, broken down vehicle on blocks in the parking lot. Stray animals around the property. If you’re looking for that third world feel, this is your place.

Upon entering the room, the AC already had it nice and cool. No problems in the room except the lavatory sink faucet dispenses warm to very hot water, but not cold water.There were a lot of cigarette butts and other clutter in the parking lot, but the staff was in the process of cleaning it up when I was there.

They are in the process of redoing the rooms I take that into consideration and are working out things overall not bad

The bathroom was so dirty they had marks all over the door still look like hand prints the walls was the same way.

Literally have blood stains and pubic hair on the bedsheets. I don’t believe they were changed or cleaned.

We had to clean the floor in order to walk on it.

The property and facilities are not clean or safe. I have stayed in Motel 6's before- I understand and expect humble, but generally clean and working accommodations and facilities. That is not what I got here. Soon after arriving I noticed the beep of a smoke alarm with low batteries in a nearby room. I informed the staff member at the front desk, & the one positive note I have is that the staff member immediately took care of the issue. He did not add new batteries to it, however, & I could hear another smoke detector further down the hall that needed its batteries changed. He noted that one of the alarms in one of the rooms he checked didn't have batteries in it at all. The grounds of the property are covered in trash. No door knob for the bathroom door, just a towel shoved into the hole where it should have been. Toilet seat was held together with duct tape. My bath towel was covered on someone else's hair- not one or two strands, but many! The last straw was the floor. Steam leaked into the main room while I was showering, so the floor was wet when I got out. I left the bathroom, & when I returned & stepped onto the bath mat I left brown footprints on it. I inspected the floor where I found a lot more hair, no evidence of sweeping. I took my bath mat & pushed it along the floor from the bathroom to the foot of my bed twice and the mat came up filthy. I have photos of this. I left after the first night despite not being able to get a refund. Do better by your customers!

Wow. I don't even know where to begin. If it hadnt been late in the night, i would've definitely gone somewhere else. I considered actually sleeping in our van, but it was full of personal items. The room was absolutely gross. Bathroom falling apart, mildew growing all around the tub and shower, shower curtain was orange. Shower rod had more rust than a car in the junkyard. Sink didn't drain, like until the next day. I splashed water on the floor while trying to wash my face in the sink and when i used a towel to clean it up, you could tell the floor hadnt been mopped in a very long time. I will say that the water was hot, shower head had to be held while showering because it was falling off the wall. There was so much that it became unbelievable. Boogers on bathroom door, which had not even been wiped down. Who in the heck is cleaning these rooms?

Bed bugs

I have stayed at cheap hotels before, but this by far was the worst. The bed had dirt in it, and the curtain would not even shut all the way. The toilet would not flush. The place was just nasty and dirty. I got there later in the evening and noticed how nasty it was and went down to tell them. The guy was rude. I told him how dirty it was and he told me I needed to talk to Expedia. Although, I did not pay for the stay through Expedia. I’m still waiting for my refund.

My stay was good cause the tub was dirty and the sheets were nasty curtain had peek holes in them didn't have no ice container the door came off the hinge and mold on the ceiling that was covered with paint and could smell it. I would like my money back cause I was totally unsatisfied.

Wi-fi did not work, and cell service was horrible. Room was clean, but had a musty smell. Bed frame moved a lot.

The property looks abandoned. Smoke alarm missing from the wall. Tv didn’t work. Fridge smelt like mold. Would not return or recommend.

Check in was easy. The room was large but the TV in the room did not work. Called front desk; 40 minutes later I went to the front desk. Was offered another room but it was too far from the parking area for husband to walk and the rooms closer to parking were not usable at the time. Maintenance attempted to get the TV working and 3 hours later, another TV was put in the room. The rest of our stay was without incident.

Could use better blackout curtains. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

Fairly nice and spacious room. Definitely better thsn suoer 8. Simple rooms no couch though

Curtain on window missing hook to completely close, dead small roach in bathroom, dirty rug in shower, cold water knob broken off, floor very dusty, when got to dark room turned on light switch and none came on the lamp was unplugged completely and no blanket on bed and air conditioner set at 66 temp 68 outside.

A working man’s motel. No chairs, broken connecting doors,dirty,bed creaks,no breakfast,no hair dryer,great a/c though. Won't be staying here again.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The staff weren't exactly rude, I have a hard time calling it courteous or friendly though. There were people walking around outside the rooms talking at all hours of the night. Made it hard to really get comfortable. For the price its nice if you like hearing snippets of peoples conversations all night.

The air conditioner did not work. It was 80 degrees in the room. After 1 hour of sweating we asked for a refund and went elsewhere. The mattress was springy, very uncomfortable.

Clerk was great and went out of his way to find a suitable room. Bad news wifi did not work and my cell phone service was terrible in that area of town. Big construction dumpster very close to room

Terrible stay, staff woke us up at 5 am claiming we were in the wrong room. I showed them my reservation and room key. After going back to sleep they came back and woke me up again. I demanded a refund and they refused

Service was horrible. No one was at the desk when we first arrived. Requested a two bed room. She gave us a one bed. Key didn’t work gave someone a key to come open up the first room. Go back to tell her about the room she came open up another door and just put us in there. Was told she’d be back with our key and never showed up. Went to look for her wasn’t at the desk again. Went to get a key in the morning and the guy said no one was in the room. I told him because she just put us in there. Wasn’t anything like the picture at all. Worst hotel ever!

Here is a rate for my stay here. *Check in: 8 the person whom checked us in wasn't rude or anything like that but his dimeaner made for a very awkward silence. *Room: 5 At first glance the room seemed fine. Although the bed was made, the floors and mirrors were pretty dirty and unkept. The sink sprayed water outwards 4 ft anytime we turned it on. The bathtub wasn't really clean the drain had sludge just sitting in it nearly to the top which caused the water to immediately back up into the tub and not drain. We spotted about 10-12 roaches during our stay crawling around our stuff. *Staff/housekeeping: The first morning housekeeping came to our room was pleasant and friendly conversation. Though our second morning (check out day) was the opposite at 11 am staff came to our door rudely telling us it was checkout time, our checkout time wasn't until noon. Which we tried to explain but the person wasn't interested in hearing that and went to get the manager which also came with such rude attitude kpeeking through the window of our room then began banging on our room window, my husband went to the door and spoke to the man when wa a bit loud and having a fritz my husband tried to show him our reservations and the iltime for us to checkout which was noon and at this time it was 11:52, we were almost completely packed and loaded i was using the restroom before we got on the road , when the last interaction with the staff occured. It was a very unpleasant incounter.

Never will have me a clean single room, but did gave me a bigger room, but this trip no trash cans, no ash trays and the communications between the workers are horrible. Today the guy yell at me wouldn't provide me with my checkout invoice RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL I'll NEVER EVER OR SUGGEST AND FAMILY OR FRIENDS AND COWORKERS TO COME THERE. The young lady is nice and another guy also but today this guy I never seen before I'm able to explain he said GET OUT!!! then wouldn't give me a invoice told me to leave and he walk off and left. I'm very disappointed very very DISAPPOINTED

Decent enough for the price. Clean room. Bathrooms need better ventilation. Make sure you keep you ID on you if you lock yourself out, one of the front desk workers likes confrontation. Mr. Ken, is always pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping that I have met are friendly and professional.

It was a good place to stay, friendly staff. We loved our stay.

When I arrived to check in there were many men just standing around outside the rooms. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the only room available was up a flight of steep and dangerous stairs and the room had a strong smoking smell. I asked for another room and there was literally nothing available. I didn’t feel safe staying there, getting my bags to the room, or leaving my car in the parking lot. I instead had to sleep on a friend’s couch. The motel staff couldn’t refund me because I reserved and paid through Expedia. I couldn’t find a way to get a refund through the Expedia, so I paid for two nights that I did not use. This is the worst Expedia situation I’ve ever had and makes me question whether I’m safe to use the app for reserving rooms again.

The room and hotel were really nice and clean. The problem was other guests that were staying there that made me feel uncomfortable. From looking like a drug deal going on when I came back around 10pm, to another approaching me about my personal items. It just felt creepy.

A dangerous dump. We were afraid to stay once we drove to the side of the parking lot. Sketchy looking people in the parking lot—inside and outside of the car. Dumpy lobby with super sketchy security. After we decided we were too afraid to stay, hotel manager refused to refund—even though we never set foot in the room. We were too afraid to get out of the car!

Way to noisy had to call office several times because of loud music in parking lot that office could clearly hear and did nothing until I complained more than once

Horrible. It was appeared to have renting tenants. No iron, no blow-dryer, no breakfast offered, out of coffee before end time (0900) and they just shrugged. I had someone attempt to get in my room but my dog started barking. I yelled and they left. I told front desk and he said “oh ok”. HORRIBLE! I should have left and demanded refund but I thought surely it would be ok for two days. HORRIBLE.

The only thing didn't like was it didn't have a breakfast just coffee in lobby.
