Quality Inn near Parc Natchitoches

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I reserved a single king bed and was put in a double queen room. The neighbors were noisy all night, every night. Parking is awful here. There are only a few spots that will fit a larger truck.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this property, except that it’s older and the doors open directly to the outside but that is what it is. The lady in the office was super sweet and helpful. Overall a just fine stay to see the Christmas lights in Natchitoches.

Its a nice place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Parking is a little tight, but its a peaceful spot.

The building was very old and not in good condition. Had I known the rooms only had outside entrances I would not have booked. At checkin, we were not told the breakfast hours, and there was nothing in the room telling us that information. I had to call the front desk to find out the wifi password also. Though outdated, the room was quiet and reasonably clean.

Mostly workmen in utility trucks, which took much of the parking. Light above bath sink did not work, making shaving and makeup application pretty problematic. Breakfast was good and included juice, coffee, sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Front desk person was cordial.

Fire alarm kept going off. The bathroom towel rack fell down when I touched it. Telephone didn’t work kept having to drive to front desk to ask for services

The young lady that was checking people in didn’t want to be there and it was very obvious. She had no desire to help or be nice whatsoever. We always stay here when in town with no problems, this time the only problem was the room cleanliness. I had to move the chair in the room to make room fir things and the STUFF that i found under it was disgusting. Lets not mention the a/c filters.... just wow. The pool is not well maintained either.

We had a very nice visit. Jessica ( front desk) was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff is superb. Only one complaint..it was hard to find parking spot due to all the big trucks belonging to the workers doing renovations.

It was a clean and comfortable room.The parking can be tight. Other than that it was nice.

Sheets had small stains on them.

They had ROACHES!!!! The room was cleaned and everything, but once we turned off some of the lights, baby roaches started coming out then adult roaches started to. So, my mom called the front desk and told them about it.. asked for another room. And it was no hesitation, she moved us to another room. That room didn’t have roaches though. I’ll never stay there again. Ew

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and sweet as can be. The room was dirty. There was dirt on the floor in the bathroom. The vent in the bathroom had a big gap between ceiling and vent. I stayed two nights and the next day the room was not cleaned. I would have at least expect the thrash to be thrown and fresh towels and wash rags. I really don’t think that the sheets were clean.

Toilet wasn’t clean, vent fan in bathroom was squeaky and noisy, towels were small and cheap and they couldn’t keep up with the breakfast. It was pretty much empty. We stayed in room 229.

Front desk room and bedroom smelled clean.

I liked that the eating area was kept clean and room was in great shape. Very clean overall.

Bathroom was dates and toilet very dirty. Whole place dates and musty. Stains on bedspread.

Room smells of smoke. The carpet and bathroom were dirty. The floor of the bathroom had debris, blood spots and ashes. Not good

The non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and the rooms were sub-par cleaned!

Both the coffee machine and microwave were unplugged with no easy was to plug them back in so had to be moved to other locations. Breakfast service was to start at 6:00. At 6:30 only half of the food was out and the "cook" didn't really seem to care about it. The price that we paid for the room was probably double what it should have been considering everything.

Stayed overnight on a motorcycle trip. The staff was great and let is park our bikes under the awning while it was raining. Room was clean but in need of some TLC. Breakfast was OK. The biggest complaint was a homeless person sleeping on the back balcony and a pot head smoking outside his room door. They need security to address these things.

Not a bad place to stay for a quick overnight trip. The pillows were a bit odd (small and square) and the bed a bit lumpy and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall a good value for the area.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay here. Can\'t say we will return. Certain elements have remained good, however, the price has risen a bit and the quality has suffered in the past 2 stays. First all rooms are non smoking and pet free. The first room we went into had a very strong smoke odor. There was a dog staying next door. Apparently the front desk was aware of the dog. Ok, well... The next room was not clean. There were 3 very obvious mens shirts right by the heater/air conditioner. Hard to miss. At this point I thought the heck with it. Just dump in the trash and nicely mention it to the front desk on check out. Tried that the next morning. Did not go well. The women at the front desk in trying to troubleshoot was constantly pushing back. The fault was not the staff, but mine. "The room was not ready or due to us moving." "Claimed due to us moving they would have to do more work." "When we also mentioned that parental controls were locked on the TV, again my fault for not calling to fix." I was merely letting them know. She then left it with "some people just can\'t be pleased."

We left after the first night. Just rotten people to deal with, and it took an hour to check in, had to switch rooms, and they blamed Expedia for a lot of it. Charged us for the second night even though we checked out at 930am. Again, they blamed Expedia again. Told us using 3rd party bookings was our biggest mistake, that we had no rights. Virgina at the front desk was the rudest.I have traveled with Expedia for 10 years and never been punished like this before for using your service. We just went home, big disappointment, not to mention lost money.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Excellent staff

I had reservations and it still took awhile to check in. The minute I opened the door to Room 126, it smelled the cat pee! They moved us to a different room. Older motel that has been painted over. Breakfast was decent, but if a group walked in, you had to go ask the front to replenish which took awhile bc there was usually only one person working. Toilet moved when you sat on it. AC is not cold. Just an average stay.

When we got checked in our tv didnt work. Well wasnt programmed. The nice coerk from downstairs came and fixed it. We had planned on sleeping in being its our day off. Lol not happening here. Cleaning crew was geating on our door at 8:30 am. Check out is at 11 !!! So im up ready to shower. Fell in the shower . It was so slippery like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Then i went down to get my drivers license the clerk forgot to give me back and on my way back to our room a man sitting in a dark color truck with dark windows rolls his window half way down calling out to me to come to his vehicle. I kept walking .he kept yelling. Indidnt go back outside without my husband. Didnt feel safe. When we did go out to leqve he wasnt in his vehicle which means he possibly is staying their. Be aware !!

I liked the location which was near the city of Natchitoches, LA. The breakfast was a plus. I noticed that the bathroom floor was dirty in the corners and the entrance door was difficult to close.

Quiet and convenient

We stayed here to sleep over one night on our way down to Louisiana. We stayed here because the price was right and even though there weren't a ton of pictures on Expedia the rooms looked okay and that is exactly what the rooms were, okay. The property is a little ran down and on the outskirts of town but by the highway so it was convenient. For a one night quick stay the hotel did it's job for what we were looking for.

It was in a nice location right outside town near gas stations and restaurants. The only downside for us was the air conditioner didn’t cool the room to our liking. Overall the place was great for the price! We’ll stay there again if in the area!

I liked the location which was near the city of Natchitoches, LA. The breakfast was a plus. I noticed that the bathroom floor was dirty in the corners and the entrance door was difficult to close.

Few cats hanging around. Banging noise all night from ice machine Room was clean and good for 1 night. Breakfast was adequate. Nice staff

The coffee pot in the room had a horrible taste to it. The coffee in the breakfast area was even worse. Not much of a breakfast, so we went out to IHOP. Won’t be staying there in the future.
