O quarto não era limpo diariamente, tinha que solicitar com 4 dias de antecedência, recepção péssima, fizeram 2 bloqueios de US$ 300, no meu cartão e não quiseram e nem fizeram o cancelamento de um deles, estou discutindo com o provedor do cartão e com o HOTEL. Isto caracteriza desonestidade e colocaram em dúvida minha idoneidade, por ambos prestadores, Hotel e Cartão, bapesarbdeneu provar as irregularidades. Cagebda manhã muito ruim, espaço muito pequeno para a demanda, tivemos que conviver 4 diárias com banheiro e quartos sujos. Papel higietinhamos que solicitar, abastecimento de café no quarto também. Toca de toalha somente quando solicitavamos. Não havia Gerente no hotel para apresentar os desvios. NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUEM ESTE HOTEL.

I had to stay a week downtown for work and moved to this hotel for leisure. The downtown hotel was fine, but this place was nice. Everything was great. Spacious room, clean, microwave, QR codes for hotel information, restaurant list, great breakfast. Lots of restaurants, CVS in walkable distance. Airport shuttle guy was nice. Front desk folks were friendly. Im glad i stayed here.
