The shuttle service into the various parts of the city was helpful!

Low overall rating is only due to the amount of hidden fees. It isn’t disclosed anywhere but there is a 47 dollar per day parking fee and a 100 dollar per night hold on your funds totaling almost 600$ due at check in. If you ask about free parking in the area you will be informed that “you can park out front if you’re ok with your car being towed”.

Pool and hot tub is an awesome plus!

It was easy and fast to check in and Staff were very nice. The pool and hot tub are perfect and are open till 10pm.

A perfect place to stay for visiting in the area - kind and accommodating staff in all positions! Easy garage access, delicious meals including incredible breakfast buffet and Jazz band dinner with Debo Ray performing!, welcoming environment, great views and please don't miss the lovely pool and hot tub with real jets!

Loved the Free Shuttle that they have a schedule for of the times going to the Aquarium,Harvard Square and Copley Square .Every employee from the front desk to housekeeping was helpful and friendly with any questions that i had.Loved the parking garage very convenient. Definitely will be staying again.

Nice facility, less expensive than many of the other Boston hotels. Like that they offer free shuttles

The property is close to the Harvard campus. Very nice rooftop bar/restaurant.

Many of the computers in the business center in the lobby were not working.

Nice roof deck for drinks and dinner with a lovely view of Boston. Suite room was very comfortable with a river view.

Beautiful and clean hotel

We kept getting stuck in the elevators at very inconvenient times and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs or walk down 10 flights because the 3-9th floor wasn't working, our room was dusty and hard to breathe in which caused my friend to have an allergic reaction. But other than that it wasn't bad. Most likely we wouldn't go back.

I had a few issues with this hotel specifically. I don't normally leave reviews and I always say I don't mind paying if I get what I pay for but I did not.. Don't get me wrong the staff was great but the room itself was horrible. 1. The shower didn't drain properly so you'd end up standing in a foot of water while showering which can feel gross. 2. The shower head was partially broken so if you didn't have the shower curtain closed all the way, water sprayed all over the bathroom. But, the curtain rod is curved so the curtain slides down regardless... 3. The bedding/pillows was EXTREMELY dusty. If you moved in the bed or sat down, dust and feathers flew from EVERYWHERE. 4. The tv is VERY outdated, only got 4 channels. 5. We booked a river view but a majority of your view is wall as the windows are only on the side of the wall, PLUS the curtains don't even open all the way. Also, the hotel says they have water stations but they are only in the gym and pool which can be very inconvenient if you need a drink of water throughout the night or what have you. Normally, I wouldn't complain but for the price this hotel charges, it was NOT worth the money whatsoever. Please stay somewhere else.

My overall stay was amazing. The only issue I had was that the shower in my room was backing up because of a clogged drain, which was caused by hair. I took it upon myself to unclog the drain with a provided wash cloth.

I appreciated the shuttle service and the cleanliness of the facilities, however the bathroom in my unit had mold on the ceiling. I checked to see if it could be wiped off and it could be but never was.

Service was great, room was quiet with great river view. Appreciated the free parking, convenient walk to grocery store and river trail.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed 2 nights in the king bed suite which had a separate bedroom from the living area. The room was very clean and quiet. Our room overlooked the river, which was nice. We did not pay for the breakfast option. Just a note that although the website listed the couch as a pullout bed, it was not a sleeper sofa. It was a large couch so our son just slept atop the cushions despite not having extra bedding. Overall, a very nice stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Located close to Harvard Campus. Shuttle was great. The wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling. Room a bit “dated”.

Great view of the Charles River and downtown Boston from our 8th floor room. Family suite was perfect while we were in town doing college visits with our son. He loved that the living room had a Murphy bed rather than a pull out couch and we could have easily fit our family of 5 comfortably.

Air-condition to loud

The hotel is clean and has a nice design. The shuttle service e.g. to Harvard square is handy although it does not return between 3.40-6.40 pm. Breakfast is great for American standards. Extra bed in three person room was surprisingly good. Biggest problem is the bar in the middle of atrium. If your room in by that atrium hole (ours was in 11th floor), you will hear A LOT of noice.

Internet was gone the last two days.

Staff was amazing and felt super comfortable at this hotel.

The stay was awfull. No TV service, terrible smell of electric fire throughout the hotel with no explanation, staff unresponsive, fire alarm in room goes on and on and on with the shower on. Will NEVER stay again and DO NOT recomend

Another property that can do both, have fun and provide a service. I was really surprised when I walked in the front door, nothing what I expected. This property met my expectation and then some. There was a few nuances but it really was all in fun. Nothing what I experienced in other hotels. It's really all about the staff, if the staff has high integrity and decency....you come out a winner! I was a winner at this property. I don't typically give an excellent rating, a lot of people say excellent...this means everything is perfect and this isn't what life is about. Perfection is an illusion, what matters is, if something is wrong, how you handle it is what matters. I give the staff an EXCELLENT rating and the one cookie I had LOL! I had FIVE.

We had a wonderful stay for my birthday. The place was clean the staff was friendly. It was a short drive to the aquarium and other Boston attractions. However plan to pay an extra $100 fee per night at the hotel that they say they will refund at the end of the stay. (I have yet to see that refund!)

Overall, this is a nice property. The rooms are very large and comfortable and up to date. I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and the food and service were excellent. I only have two complaints about my last stay. First, I arrived at 1PM with the check-in time being 3PM and I had to wait the two hours for my room ---- unless I paid a $25 early check in fee (in which case, they could find me an available room). In the meantime, one of my colleagues, who arrived at 2PM, was allowed to check-in without paying the fee. It was clear that they had rooms available; they just wanted to make me wait since I refused to pay the additional fee. Anyway, I felt that a little more grace could have been given. Secondly, my room had a slow drain in the bathtub. It did drain, but very slow, and was more of a nuisance than anything else. All of that being said, this is a decent property and a good value for the money. In spite of the two issues I had, I would stay here again.

Nikki, the Service Manager was awesome. After what was an extremely dissappointing first impression, Nikki did everything possible to change our experience in the hotel, including upgraded suite, complimentary breakfast, complimentary Lyft transportation, a nice charcuterie tray with wine as well as continually checking in on our experience. She was incredible and completely changed our opinion of the hotel. She deserves a big kudos from upper managent.

The person who checked us in was rude. There was no concierge for most of our stay! No airport shuttle and the breakfast was $31 per person. The hot tub’s pump went out. And the shuttle had limited service.

A lot of very weird stuff went down at this hotel .. too exhausting to get into great detail .. but it started after dinner..( where we basically took food to go) mind you I left a 25% tip regardless.. .... I was getting in the elevator after I paid and the waiter came running at me down hall like he was on fire asking me for receipts he ended up having in his hand .. it delayed me 15 minutes and I had to walk back to restaurant and it was embarrassing as everyone was looking .. after waiting for them to fix whatever malfunction they were having I realized I was overcharged so I said something since things already went south and I was waiting still ... they said they would fix it but it never was fixed on card ... ... then when I had to take a emergency phone call I came back to my room 3 minutes later and these weirdos were waiting at my door asking if this door was my room and it was getting slammed open and shut .. I had no idea what they were talking about must of been another room as we were gone for hours .. but my family was scared as people were in front of door acting strange .. I'm military with 3 tours and that started getting my ptsd going .. It was very unsettling .. Lastly when we walked up to roof to take pictures as we were told we could do by many staff the person upstairs was very rude and said I had to leave .. terrible performance by many people here . Your staff at front desk were all great and accommodating but everyone else No!!

Great place and a short walk to HBS.

The proximity to Cambridge and Harvard is second to none. It's nice to be able to walk to most of my destinations.

Amazing location

This is a good hotel if you have a car and can afford parking fees of $47 per day, and if you can afford to take Uber around Boston. There are virtually no restaurants in walking distance. Staff are responsive when there are problems with the suites. It is very clean.

Riverfront was very nice. It was also in a convenient location to the airport and Brigham and Women's Hospital.

There is parking on site but there is a fee to park. It's convenient in terms of location but not very walkable. Room was spacious.

Near Harvard. Not too far from Boston University or MIT also. Very appropriate if you plan to visit any of those places.

The restaurant was open late for those who arrive in town late can grab a bite to eat before bedtime.

I stayed for two night and while my room was spacious, the bathroom was outdated and everything from room service, parking, dining was unnecessarily expensive. Keep in mind there's a delivery and service fee for room service (which is ridiculous) and that does not include tip, so your best bet would be to DoorDash or look for the dining options nearby.

Great hotel. Has a swimming pool and hot tub. All good. I had an excellent dinner at their restaurant. The only thing that bothered me was very minor; the food items they sold at the concession stand near the check-in counter were ridiculously expensive.

The hotel is amazing - however the breakfast staff were terrible - the hostess did not want to sit us although there were only 3 tables occupied - waitress was very pleasant though

Wonderful experience. We splurged and stayed in a balcony suite. So worth it view was amazing. Everything was clean, staff courteous, and breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely stay here again

After a long day if sightseeing in Boston, we decided to eat at the hotel have a few drinks abd relax. Of course its my own fault for not checking the menu, but what a shock to find out there were only 3 Gluten-free items on the menu. One of them being a salad.A bowl of soup and flour less chocolate cake with raspberry sauce and berries. I was rather shocked, our server said , when asked " Yes we have 3 Gluten-free items on the menu. As if that was amazing abd i should be grateful. I got the salad, a huge plate if kake added shrimp ( 4) an extra $12. And the chocolate cake. The salad was ok. When the chocolate cake came, No raspberry sauce or berries. I sent it back as i only like it with the sauce. They didn't have any. So disappointing. And unbelievable in this day and age that you can't provide an actual Gluten-free dinner in your hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has celiac.

Overall a great stay! I wish some of the restaurants/bars would have been open for lunch since nothing is within walking distance and it would be nice to be able to get something to eat during the day, not just lobby food. There was no book/pamphlet/info in the room about what floor everything was located on or nearby attractions. The room service scan/app didn’t work on the website and with the very limited lunch options (3), only 2 were showing up. I had to call, I don’t think the person was understanding what I was saying about the website not working, I repeated my order 3 times and then she called back again to clarify (I was only ordering 1 item). Room was clean, nice amenities. The parking policy wasn’t very clear; when I checked in I was told it would go on my card as an incidental. I validated the ticket, but the upon leaving the garage it asked me to pay, so I paid for the parking twice and had to call to get a refund. The staff was pleasant & helpful. We especially liked our shuttle driver (can’t remember his name).

The facility was clean and the restaurants were great.
