I stayed here overnight, which was approx 6 hours. Very confusing layout to locate my room, many exterior access points, some locked from outside, unable to gain entry. Interior doorways with EXIT signs which did not actually lead to an exit. Motel is non smoking, I coukd smell "weed" early a.m. Felt like i was staying in a human sized maze. Thankfully only stayed as a place to lay my head prior to an early a.m. departure to head to Logan airport.

Hallway smells like weed. And in a room near us someone was getting high the next morning. Ice maker is broken and manager at front desk did not offer an alternative. Hotel is full of construction workers that appear to be staying long term. Does not feel like a safe place to stay. 3 bars of soap and 1 bottle of shampoo. No conditioner or body wash. No liner for ice bucket, which didn’t matter since they do not fix their broken ice machine or buy ice for their guests. Sheets were stained. Luckily we travel with extra sheets and blankets. Also, no hairdryer. I started coughing about 15 minutes after I got into room. While looking for a hair dryer I found sitting water under the sink and mold. Manager was friendly and accommodating at check in but overall the hotel feels very dirty and unsafe. Horrible value for the money!!!

Rooms .were Okay , but no ice machine on site, out of order. No coffee full time for customers. We didn't find the vending machine. So leaves a thirst to people need it. The outside door does not need a key ,I just think it should be locked especially when there is a few businesses that are vacant. Leaving whoever to come in.had a good stay, Thank you

The room had been remodeled and was clean and comfortable, although in the large room there was no desk or chair in addition to the bed. The exterior of the building was rough and needs spiffing up. I forgot to ask about steps (I have spinal stenosis) and there was no way to get to my first floor room without 8 steps and awkward handrails. No amenities or lobby, but it's a 2-star so you can't expect that.

Over priced, outside is un kept, lots of weeds, there isn't any security and no extra locks inside. I am traveling around and had future reservations which I have cancelled. Room was clean. One morning before 7 someone outside yelling profanity. Will not return

Nothing we enjoyed or liked !!! the 3/4 different kinds of bugs in the room, we showed to front desk!!! Staff wasn’t around and was told management would call next day and No call !! Cigarette holes in blankets and stains on pillow cases no blow dryer definitely not a pleasant stay I would have spent an xtra few dollars and booked somewhere else if I would have known!!!

Gave us the key to an occupied room. When he gave us another room, the hallway and room smelled like pot. Cigarette burn marks on some of the blankets even though it was a non smoking room.

This property was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs in the room. There were blood stains on the rugs and walls and even the towels had blood stains in them. There was no hot water. Curtains were falling apart. Lamps were broken. The air conditioner put out musty smelling air. Terrible!

6 am, very noisy people outside on the porch and in the room overhead. TV wasn't working, but was fixed promptly. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Very reasonable for the area.

Aside from a mediocre check in and a run down building, the room was overall clean. We were there for a family weekend and convenient to seeing them. Biggest takeaway- our room key was also given to a total stranger, who UNLOCKED the door while we were sleeping! (Room #24). A mix up at the office?! Thankfully, nothing happened to us and he left quickly!!

The property and area it is located in is old and isolated. It The road it is on used to be the direct access road to the Bourne Bridge, crossing onto Cape Cod. It is now bypassed, so the area is very isolated. However, I did see that some work was being done on the exterior and the room we had was very clean and comfortable. The man working the desk was very polite and welcoming. For the value, I would definitely stay there again.

This place is safe and clean. The old reviews must be from prior management. The carpets, tile and beds are new. My room was comfortable and there was nothing dodgy about it, it seems to be being run by a nice Indian family. The location is good, not far from the Cape Cod canal. The immediate buildings around it are closed and run down but there’s a Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, cvs, restaurants, gas stations, restaurants and a liquor store in walking distance. I was there for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised how much better it was than the reviews. This is October of 2024.

This property was perfect to stay and leave. The room was clean and they were very friendly. This has what you expect from a Motel. The rotary makes it harder to access, but it isn't that bad. I have no complaints. The plugs were good and strong so you could charge your electronics. The hot water and shower was also good.
