The staff was very friendly and professional. When I had an issue with my room they were very accommodating. The gym was well equipped and I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was near two shopping areas. The price was reasonable too.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room, big tv, nice restaurant. Great breakfast buffet offering, steak tip dinner was yummy! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback, pool closed till 2025 and latte machine was wtg to be fixed.

The hotel fulfilled its purpose of going to sleep after a long day. There are a few things that I noticed during my stay, 1- The room was so hot, no matter how many times I would lower the temperature, it was always hot and I was literally sweating at night. 2- There was no pool available 3-The staff was really nice 4- The morning breakfast waiters were really welcoming and attentive 5- We really wanted to upgrade our room but basically was told no

Easily located just off the expressway. Free on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Dedham Corporate Center commuter rail station which was one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. We bought a weekend rail pass and rode into Boston during the day. We also bought the concert pass to attend a concert at Foxboro. Awesome experience as well. We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton very much and will probably stay here again. Two things to note: website mentions local shuttle service but apparently that has been discontinued. Legacy Place is a short walk (15 min) so it wasn’t that big a deal because it was a beautiful day. Secondly, unless you’re a fan of feather pillows that flatten to wafers, bring your own pillow.

Hotel is beautiful don’t get me wrong but I honestly wish housekeeping did a better job cleaning. The shower head was very rusty, there were peanuts and toenails on the floor, and the duvet had holes in it and one of the pillows didn’t have any pillow protection. Eventually housekeeping came and cleaned up the shower head and vacuum the floor but I didn’t notice the other issues till I removed all the sheets off the bed before checkout.

Got put in a room on the basement level that felt dingy to be begin with, AC not working so it was hot and muggy, and then woke up to a mouse running on the floor. We got out as fast as we could go say the least.

The check in process was an abomination ! I had a reservation but upon arrival I was told they didn’t know if they had a room for me. At 10:00 pm, with my disabled husband, we were exhausted and needed a room. People arriving after me were able to check into king sized rooms. I asked for any room available even though i requested a double, I said I would take a king but was told they were premium rooms and had to be saved for potential guests. This check-in process took about 1/2 hour before a room was found for us. Totally unacceptable service. Totally dissatisfied with Hilton and this property.

Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The room was clean and lovely with a great view of the forest. My only negative was the heating. It was cool in the room but turning up the heat triggered a fan that blew cold air. It made my stay a bit uncomfortable.

What a mess! The room key system was down, so escorts were necessary to take guests to rooms. Check in w/1 person working was very slow! Then arriving home at night, back on line to get a key. One person behind the desk at checkout. I couldn’t wait, so just left my key at the desk. My 2nd time at this site and last time there was also a slow check in w/o enough staff. And wedding guests expected, so why wasn’t staff prepared?

Stayed for my husband’s birthday and it was a disaster. No towels, no bedding for the kids, phones went unanswered, and when we went to the front desk, staff promised to fix it but never did. Another employee hung up on us, and a third argued and then walked away instead of helping. Basic hospitality was completely absent. Never again.

Frank @ the front desk was amazing! All the other staff we encountered waiting the 3.5 hours before checking in early were kind, most were friendly and I observed everyone doing their jobs with positive attitudes (smile, talking to co workers, greeting & interacting with guests)

The property was perfect. Very clean room, gym facilties were great. Location was great. Free parking was a plus. Only negative experience was the check in process. I called the night before to ask if the hotel was at capacity and was informed it was not. I shared I would like to receive an early check in and they told me to ask in the morning. I came in the morning and Frank did not allow early check in. That was not accommodating at all. I understand that early check in is a courtesy, but it seemed as though they were not even willing to considerate until after 1pm which I found disappointing.

The check in process took over an hour. We do understand that they were sold out both nights due to a Kenny Chesney concert, but we had booked an Uber for 4:00 which should have given us plenty of time after a 3:00 check in ( which we actually showed up at 2:30 for hoping to get in early as they told us we may be able to on the phone that morning) and we had to reschedule our uber last minute. There was a line of 12 plus couples waiting for check in and the person behind me says that is very common for that hotel. I do understand being busy and possibly short staffed, but for a hotel this close to a major venue and most likely always busy, might I suggest an earlier check out time for patrons if you are unable to get the rooms turned over in time for the next check in.

It is the first time I stayed at this hotel in Boston, service was not too great as I expected for a Hilton Hotel. First, when I arrive the person at the front desk gave me a key for a room that was busy or empty but not ready because when I went to the room assigned bed were not done and I had to go back to the counter to be reassigned for another one. Second when I arrived to the hotel after passing the door, it was smelling so bad. And also…I asked for the heat to be on and they told me it was not working yet and work only in winter, first time I hear that plus that night was a little bit cold than other nights As I said it’s not the first time I stayed in a Hilton property around the US and it’s the first time I am not satisfied with the service I receive. But not only there were bad things. Also food at restaurant is good and in the day of my check out I went to buy an Advil at the little market I bought and someone at the restaurant gave me a glass of OJ as courtesy to drink the pill.

While staff and service was great, we had a mixup and I somehow ended up being checked in for one night short of my actual Expedia booking. So I returned to my room after work on the second to last day to find my keycard deactivated, and then a couple minutes later after rectifying that with the front desk, confused and concerned cleaning staff in the room and all of my belongings gone. They kindly went to fetch them for me after a phone call explaining the situation. The cleaning staff was great -- absolutely no complaints there, but I really wish my open food, skincare, pajamas etc weren't thrown into same garbage bag with my dirty shoes. That was a bit of a shocker to say the least. Oh, and the thermostat didn't work, so it was a chill 65 degrees all night every night. But other than that, it was great :)))

Upon arrival the key system was down. We were escorted to our room at first then when we returned we waited an hour to get a key and finally got into our room at 1am. We were told we would have our room for free due to the inconvenience. The next day the attendant stated there was no record of this and I would not be getting a refund.

This hotel is is in the middle of nowhere. If you do not have a car, you will not be able to even leave the hotel. The actual rooms are fine. They overcharge for any food on the premises ($20 pancakes), and try to nickle-and-dime like crazy (water bottles in the room with very tiny "if not a Hilton member, $3" signs on them, limited wi-fi unless you pay extra, only a few channels on the TV unless you pay extra, etc.).

I recognize that this hotel is a bit dated, but the hotel room was comfortable, clean and well put together. The hotel is reasonably placed by the Dedham Corporate Center T Commuter Rail line so it’s an easy ride into Boston. I enjoyed this hotel.

Check-in was smooth and desk staff gracious. The bed was comfortable; big plus. The room was clean but bathroom fixtures and wooden furniture otherwise not in tip top shape. In-room beverage choices abundant but coffee was not drinkable. Restaurant was VISIBLY dusty, and one had time to observe that because the service there was woefully inadequate. Woefully. Items on buffet were cold, coffee was, again, not drinkable, and ordering a la carte -- well, first you had to find a waitress (go out there and find one, interrupting her at her task) then after 20 or 30 minutes go find one again -- who then went to the kitchen and, I am fairly sure, cooked me up two pancakes herself. And for this $18/pp. Really??? The two waitresses were pleasant, but WOEFULLY inadequate to the task. Getting check,, the same ... find one at work elsewhere, interrupt and ask ... we didn't even try to actually pay, just left the slip on the table with our room number and left. Oh, and my husband went next door to snack bar while I waited, waited, waited for my pancakes and came back with a cup of coffee --supposed Starbuck's, I believe? -- that was also terrible according to him. No other dining options nearby. Dreadful experience.

I really liked this hotel but paying as much as I did for my stay, I would have thought breakfast would be included. Instead you want to charge me $18 per person for breakfast. NOT! This was not convenient to start our day.

We stayed here because it was close to my son's house. It's an ok hotel it is dated could use a rehab it is clean My only big beef is the restaurant we went for breakfast, and they were only serving the buffet, and it did not look very good didn't eat there we ate locally
