Admiralty Inn & Suites - a Red Collection Hotel

The hotel was clean but needed some updates. In a good location, breakfast was decent. The gym had no weights but it had an empty rack for weights. Worth the money.

The bathroom stink of cigarettes … parking was awful with solar panels above you no room for two cars..

We hadca great weekend stayed. The pool are was great and a good size, not over crowded and we had a great time with the family!

I loved habing the indoor and outside pool options. We ×ere also close to the beach.

This is an older building, sound proofing is weak, but no noises heard after 10 PM, so no real complaints. Bathroom design could be better, and water pressure was a little on the weak side. Indoor pool isn't great, water was pretty cloudy. Convenient location. If you like staying at a less modern motel, you might find this place very charming. Overall a nice stay.

Nice clean rooms, decent location - it’s close to the town center, about 30 min walk. Free breakfast was good, just regular continental fare with boiled eggs, diy waffle cereal muffins etc. Staff is courteous and helpful. Pool looked clean. The rooms open to the center pool area which was a nice

This property is in a great location as it's close to both ferries that go over to MV. Also, it has an elevator, plus the room we were in was quiet - couldn't really hear anyone around us. We had a handicapped room - very spacious. Included a small couch, a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. It may not be the Taj Mahal perse, but it was reasonable and just what we needed.

The shower did not get hot. Looked like bodily fluids on the chair. Pink pill was found under the sink. Breakfast was below average. Staff was not personable. But the location was good and the price was reasonable. I was just in town to run the marathon. If i was staying longer I would have looked elsewhere.

A very cold windy night and the heating unit thru the wall was excellent. Whole experience was good. Room very clean and up to date. Pleased experience.

The jacuzzi tub was filthy, got woken up both mornings, one morning they were cutting grass, the other they were doing construction right outside our window, the bed was super uncomfortable, overall not a great place to stay.

We had a huge very nice room. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Would stay there again.

It needs some updating. There are odd odors on different places. Linens have stains, it’s dirty and I would not return.

Unfortunately my room was not properly clean! Floor was dirty, table was dirty, the outside of the microwave and the small fridge was dirty, hot tub was not properly cleaned. I had a lot of problems with the hot water in my room! Netflix would not work!

It was perfect for my family of 6! We loved how spacious it was. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The only negative thing was the breakfast selection could be better. But overall a great stay!

The beds were terrible, every time you moved it sounded like steel drums underneath. The pillows were those awful “vinyl” feeling ones and were very uncomfortable. The room size was very spacious, clean and nice for a family of four. Rooms were updated but the lighting was very institutional and harsh with piercing white lights. Offerings at breakfast were fine, standard continental, but the coffee was awful. We went to McDonalds or Starbucks to get coffee each morning.

Definitely can tell the age of the property, the door to my suite barely opened and closed, it looked like it had been kicked in at some point. One of the beds has a metal base that makes a lot of noise Everytime you get into bed. The spiral staircase in the room is being held together with black electrical tape. The staff has been wonderful and the room was clean.

Pros: The beds were a highlight—large, comfortable, and great for a good night’s sleep when the room conditions allowed. The location is also a major plus, being very close to the ferry, which made it convenient for exploring Martha’s Vineyard or other nearby attractions. Cons: Unfortunately, the negatives were numerous and impacted the overall experience. The upstairs bathroom’s shower door didn’t close properly, making showers messy and inconvenient. The upstairs bedroom had a mobile AC unit placed in a litter pan, which was not only odd but also incredibly loud. It either froze the room or left it swelteringly hot, forcing me to wake up multiple times each night to adjust it. The upstairs bedroom’s skylight was only partially covered, letting in early morning sunlight that disrupted sleep. The staircase to the upstairs was a serious safety hazard—rickety, taped together with duct tape, and requiring a waiver to use, which felt unsettling. Downstairs, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, compromising privacy. The shower there only dispensed scalding hot water, making it impossible to shower comfortably without risking burns. The room key repeatedly deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to reactivate it, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, the property felt run-down, with a dated motel vibe that didn’t match its 3-star rating. For $1,660 for three nights, the price felt exorbitantly high for the quality and maintenance issues.

Overall a good experience.. yes I would stay again! The room was clean and some things have been updated but other things could use replacing. The couch was not the best and the spiral staircase was older. It definitely could use replacing as one of the stairs were loose and many of the balusters were held in place by electrical tape that was painted over, but was still solid enough to be functional. The WiFi was not the greatest and the tv kept freezing. The outdoor pool was great!

My wife and I had a very nice one-night stay at the Hotel. Front desk allowed us to check in a bit early which was appreciated.

Room was large and clean. Looked recently remodeled!! Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was advertised as continental but also had a waffle machine and eggs. My only con was on check out we were trying to bring our luggage down the stairs to our car, the lady cleaning the rooms had her big cart blocking the way we told her we couldn't make it through and she didn't move the cart. We had to drag our luggage back up the stairs and go around. Also when we checked out my invoice they gave me and the invoice emailed me had a 400.00 difference. I called the hotel on the road and the lady at the front desk seemed confused and said she was checking into it. Still waiting on a return phone call. Customer service was my only con on this hotel. Believe me I'll be working on this with my credit card company.

Vending machines empty. Or darn near it. Vending machines would not accept currency. Front desk refused to give out water,key had to be reloaded 4 times in two days. Doors would not secure. First floor windows left open during the night in hallways, No visible security . Bathroom robe hooks fell off during shower, generally felt like it was about to close down . Wont do this again..

We've stayed here several times. Staff is always accommodating. Pools are fantastic. During a slower week, we were even upgraded to poolside building for convenience for the kids. Prices are very fair. Breakfast is an awesome perk!

No welcoming staff, imagine you say good morning and they so clearly ignore you. Asking for couple towels or tissue box, they made you feel like you are asking for something absolutely wrong!!! I won’t repeat that stay even if it’s free !!!

The sheets had some minor marks and the pillows were hard but I found this place to be good value for the money. It was respectfully quiet, easy check in and out, and in a good area. Staff were nice. Lots of parking and close to the ferry.

For the value you can’t beat it when taking the ferry to the vineyard. Stayed the night prior to spending the day on the vineyard. A quick uber ride to the steamship and parked there all day.

Property was in a very convenient location - near downtown Falmouth and the ferry to Oaks Bluff.

Vrty clean and comfortable! No eggs at breakfast 😒 but still other choices available. One downfall was the floor by one of the pool entry doors sinks in causing a trip hazard. The carpet hides the soft spot.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was uncomfortably hard as were the pillows. Breakfast was minimal and no one was around.

The hotel is nice. The only thing that I recommend is that they need a variety of foods for breakfast. We were not pleased with the selection they offered.

Older motel that has been updated some. It was clean and convenient in a nice location. The rooms are big, so they could add some couches and chairs for comfort. Also, they have no towel racks and the bathroom is oddly arranged with the sink in the room and not in with the shower and toilet. The included breakfast is very minimal.

The hotel was clean but needs to be updated. We stayed in a townhouse and it was extremely limited in where to hang clothes, no place upstairs at all. The breakfast was the bare minimum you could provide, no lids for the coffee either. Staff was universally pleasant and friendly, which is always welcome.

Great hotel overall, rooms are clean and roomy. Didn't have any concerns at all. Breakfast the only missing part, wasn't a full hot breakfast, just had some warm egg, but nothing else hot (no meat or potato).

Hotel did a great job with the renovations. Didn't like having the sink out side of the water closet area . It felt strange to walk out in another area to wash your hands. I guess the rooms were always laid out that way before renovations . The breakfast room was nice and new. Breakfast was good. Good variety of items to choose from.
