Pool was out of order, for a holiday?!! This wasnt posted anywhere on expedia or the hotel website, and upon checkin also didnt inform of it, until about an hour after, they posted a sign

Very attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good selection of and lots of healthy options of food for breakfast (hot and cold). Very close and easy to get to the Xfinity Center. Very nice outside area and pool.

Firstly there is an unpleasant chemical smell coming from the A/C system that was truly awful. Luckily I had windows that opened or I couldn’t have spent the night. The place seems tired and not well thought out with large brown containers (?garbage) by entrance in back. The poll wasn’t working.

The place is fine. It is nothing special but gets the job done for a family of 4. I really get annoyed that they charge $7 a night for parking. The people at the front desk can’t even explain why. This is a suburban hotel, nobody would ever be parking there for any reason other than they are staying at the hotel. I’d rather you just charge $7 more a night for the room and not tell me you’re charging me for parking. It’s not a lot of money, it’s just the point that it is a garbage practice. ( p.s. , it’s no where near Gillette stadium, so that excuse does not work)

Enjoyed the pool and gym. Staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was appreciated. Beautiful grounds. Updated bathroom. I will definitely be going back!

The hotel smelt horrible. There was a foul smell from the moment you walked in the lobby, throughout the hallways. When opening the doors to the room you are punched in the face with the horrible smell. I spoke with another customer and he had the same complaints. The pull out bed is complete garbage. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Sorry for the harsh review. With prices today you need quality for the money you are spending and this was not money well spent!

We stayed on the bottom floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants walking above us, but the staff took care of the issue and we had a great stay. One dish rag had a red stain on it and didn’t look like it had been cleaned, just re-folded. Other than that it was ok

First, they gave me keys to a room that was occupied already so I had to go back and get new keys and get a different room. Also, the mattresses in the room was terrible and it smelled like pee but other than that it was OK.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Bed spring was with broke or worn out. Sheets had pen marks on it and did not seem fresh. No mirrors besides bathroom. AC shut off during night. Extremely warm

The room was dirty and smelled of urine. Floors felt wet. The vents looked like they had never been cleaned, curtains were ratty and there was a random air machine on the table. The tub looked like someone with dirty greasy shoes had stepped in it. We were so tired after a day of traveling and medical appointments that we just went to bed and were out of there early in the morning. I have stayed here several times before without issue. It needs an update.

Staff is friendly. Our 2 bedroom was immaculate. But... the hallway rugs smell. I would suggest having an impartial individual walk the halls and gather imput.

The hotel felt like a retirement village. Room 234 was very noisey and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast is complimentary which is good however there is no gluten free options. Coffee was good.

The room was great with plenty of space for just myself. The curtains were perfect for watching movies and it was overall peaceful! The one complaint I had was it seemed there was always noise coming from somewhere. Maybe the walls were thin or something, but I could at times hear other people’s TV’s or conversations. Other than that, great stay for a solo trip!

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was great for our party of 5. Loved having the two bathrooms and kitchen. Staff was very helpful. Very convenient location close to Wrentham Outlet shopping. Great restaurant nearby. The one and only thing we would change is the living room couch area. Not enough seating and the couch was cold hard plastic. Other than that, the beds were great and room was quiet!

Few suggestions. Change shower curtains, reek of mildew. New beds, that bed was concrete and spring city. Why have a fire pit if the area it is in closes at 9pm, people want a fire pit when it’s dark, not daytime. Major reason we booked this hotel, and it was not available to us when we wanted to use it

The hotel is situated in a very nice quiet area. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was loud and the bathroom fan was loud. The air conditioner was located in the window so to close the curtains you had to cover up the air conditioner. This seems like it could be easily solved.

We didn’t have a remote for the tv. When we went out staff said they’d have someone drop off one. When we go back no remote. That evening and morning we asked again as tv didn’t work at all. Never got the remote and no one ever came to help. Kind of a bummer. All else was nice.

Wonderful hotel! Very helpful staff, clean updated rooms, quiet area and amazing breakfast! Cannot say anything bad about it. We drove for 13 hours and just wanted to sleep. Upstairs guests were so loud and wouldn’t stop. Molly was so very helpful and managed to get us into an upgraded room on the top floor. We were so thankful she was so understanding and helped us out. We appreciated it more than she knows!

Check in was great ( the person at the front desk was very welcoming despite checking in at 10:30 pm) The breakfast attendants were very nice and helpful But at the check out in the morning about 6:45 wasn't great ( nobody at the front and I said hello... 3 times and she came out from the back like I was bothering her ) when I said checking out and she said ok I said please email the receipt and she said it is and that was it NO eye contact and NO thank you... I just want the residence Inn to know ...

Room was adequate. Check in was a nightmare. Booked 2 rooms, they tried to get us to take 1 room for 4 people. Finally pushed enough where the magically found our "second room." The whole thing felt shady like they maybe over sold the rooms. There was a big concert in town so it wouldn't surprise me if that happened. Left another review that was being sent to the property manager and didn't recieve any response from that either.

Very dated decor. When checking in asked for additional pillows and blankets front desk had to find some. Breakfast which was supposed to start at 6:30 they were still setting up for a 8:00. No regular coffee. Asked for ice water women could not understand request had to get help to understand. Have stayed here before decline in service quite noticeable

Great hospitality! Breakfast was good everyday we were there. The shower could have been better we would have to run it for quite a while before we could get warm water. Other than that it was a great stay!
