It was a beautiful location, however the pool and outdoor area does not have any shade. A few umbrellas around. I think perhaps some trees or awnings all around the pool would be nice and would make things more comfortable for people. The bed was too low with only a base; it did not have a box spring so it was a little difficult to get in and out of.

Property is "okay", not nearly as nice as the website pictures would indicate. The beach staff was slow and without any personality. The bar staff was very good though. Place was overrun with kids. I would say the property had more of a water wiz feel than an upscale wedding destination.

The room doors slam really hard and I can hear them all night long when people go in and out of the rooms. The quality of the room is very pretty but very poor quality. I like the indoor and the heated outdoor pool.

Great property - BUT, staffing was too light - long lines for drinks and food - the food variety is lacking - needs to be broader - and there needs to be VIP type service on the beach - it would take 1-2 hours to get a drink - it was kind of terrible - the beach is fantastic - and the property has so much promise -

This property advertises itself as a resort when in fact it is an ocean side motel. There are no amenities worth reviewing. The rooms felt run down and dirty even after room service completed their daily rounds. The pool area is small, the pool itself was dirty and the patio surrounding the outdoor area left much to be desired. The only positive review would be the private beach. You must arrive early in the morning to save your beach chairs and the attendants would provide you with umbrellas. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was a small room overlooking the roof and heating vents. It was in the main building on the second floor. There is no elevator. The stairs were narrow and steep, so if you have mobility issues, you would not want to stay on the second floor. Our first day, we went to get towels for the beach and were told they ran out and to check back in an hour. I went back in about 45 minutes and they had already ran out again. I asked the young attendants if they could set aside towels for me and put my room number on it. They smirked and said they were leaving soon. I went back a third time and they ran out again! A nice young woman asked if I minded white towels. I replied it didn't matter, so she went and found me 2 white towels. I would have brought my own beach towels, however, the website stated beach towels were provided. They should have enough beach towels for their guests. After that, I got our towels the night before so I wouldn't have to be chasing after towels. The beach was nice but very crowded our first day. Lounge chairs were stacked very close. Our third day, housekeeping forgot to make up our room, even though I had the tag on my door indicating to please make up my room. I was at this hotel about 35 years ago and I remember it to be lovely. I don't think it lives up to its reputation anymore. We did not eat at the onsite restaurants other than the coffee shop. I thought it was expensive for coffee and pastry, although it was convenient.

Pool bathrooms were full of flies, dead and alive. Room was okay, killed 2 flies and 1 spider, but daily cleanings. Fridge/freezer, ac and tv worked well. Outside pool was closed during our last full day there. Restaurants were pretty expensive, food was okay. Overall I think too expensive.

Beautiful hotel and resort located right on their own beach. Great pool, beautiful scenery. Great for a couple or family stay with all the amenities that you would want including on site restaurant, outdoor bar, 2 pools, and an arcade.

We love the location and beach access but the hotel needs a serious make over. Every year, the fees go up and the condition of the property goes down. This year, they ran out of beach towels before noon. Staff is super nice, however.

My husband and I choose this hotel to celebrate our 20th years anniversary. The hotel offers an indoor and outdoor pools and the location right on the beach is what brought us there. The hotel is VERY worn out and a lack of clean. The carpet in the hallway seems very duty and it’s smell. Our room also was smelling funny. We arrived before the check in time and we were told our room was ready. We were very happy but when we got to the room with our luggage, it was not clean. The trash can was filled with the trash/ food from the previous guest. The bathroom had trash too and it was not clean. We were very disappointed. I also think the hotel could do better for a guest who chooses to stay at the property for a big celebration. We have stayed in a hotel in Maine for our anniversary and was surprised with an upgrade, bottle of champagne and chocolate w/ strawberry. It was very thoughtful.

The woman at check in was rude and unprofessional. The first room we were given had dirt on the floor, stained sofa and mattress, and toilet paper in the toilet. When we reported the issues to a gentleman at the front desk which I believe his name was San he was helpful and assisted us to a different room. The second room the bedding was clean, but there were dust bunnies on furniture and door jam between adjoining rooms. The was a public hair on the toilet and black mold on the door jam between the adjoining rooms. The window was dirty as well making it opaque. If we hadn’t traveled so far we would have left. The whole resort had dirty carpets. Many of the advertised amenities were unavailable such as the arcade. The resort and rooms were not as described online, felt miss led. The resort is also under construction which we were not made aware of before booking. Also there are fruit flies throughout including the Lantern Restaurant.

I’ll keep it simple. Bugs in the bed under pillows where my kids slept. Yellow and red stains on the sheets absolutely disgusting. Went to front desk to complain about this and was told a manager would call me. Never called. Then to top it off. They charged 344.75 when the final amount I owed was 57 dollars. Never had this happens in over 10 years booking through your site.

Although the room location, overlooking the beach and ocean was great, property overall was not very clean, room floors had many stains and sand inside apparently from the beach area. Windows in our building had not been cleaned in a long time. Building was run down and in need for some upgrades. For the price of the room it should have been nicer, probably would not stay there in the future.

Not worth the money - property is very dated. Pools need updating, sand everywhere, locker rooms were gross. Property needs a major overhaul for $600+ a night. Room fixtures are rusted, sheets are stained, tv had 3 channels, moldy shower curtains Will not return

room good, ocean view with parking lot view, not good we need to close the curtains so they don't see us and we can't see the ocean and in the other side was the shuttle of the hotel parking there too. the rug on the hallway to the room extremely dirty, old, maybe smells, room clean we can see the upgrade, but finish details are missing on the showers. have to run the water like 20 min to have hot water, front desk check in and check out very bad, ask questions and looks like I was bothering the staff, 0/0, restaurant good, buffet need more choices of food, they run out of food and have to wait , run out of coffee and need to wait always so staff can make more. the omelets and the nice lady was perfect. lady on the convenience store very nice.

The beach and pool make the property and we love it and it was relaxing. We stayed behind the property that had single rooms the view of the parking lot not great, it was quiet. Did seem like there had been water damage but was clean. The only issue is that other guests a few doors down were constantly smoking marajuana and made sitting outside unenjoyable. Food was limited but everyone found something.
The beach and pool make the property and we love it and it was relaxing. We stayed behind the property that had single rooms the view of the parking lot not great, it was quiet. Did seem like there had been water damage but was clean. The only issue is that other guests a few doors down were constantly smoking marajuana and made sitting outside unenjoyable. Food was limited but everyone found something.

Sea Crest is expensive. $50/day resort fee that includes nothing except I guess parking and internet, two items today that should be included. The rooms are clean but cozy not spacious. You are paying for the view. Great view but $500 per day view (with taxes and fees), not so sure. This place can be crowded, weddings, conferences, making relaxation at the pool/beach less relaxing. Sometimes the other food venues are closed or have irregular openings. It is apparent they want you to purchase and consume all food at their restaurant ( no microwave in rooms) and other dining options are at least 2 miles away. Privacy between balconies is minimal or nonexistent. You could stay at other places with more nearby conveniences and go to Old Silver Beach, adjacent to the resort for a parking fee far less than the daily resort fee. In February I went with my wife to a Riu all inclusive ocean front resort for a week in Cabo. We paid less in Cabo than a week at Sea Crest. No comparison in service or amenities. Needless to say we will not return to SeaCrest which is a shame as we vacation in Cape Cod annually for a week or up to a month. We will return to one of the wonderful options we have previously enjoyed.

Our room was a small room overlooking the roof and heating vents. It was in the main building on the second floor. There is no elevator. The stairs were narrow and steep, so if you have mobility issues, you would not want to stay on the second floor. Our first day, we went to get towels for the beach and were told they ran out and to check back in an hour. I went back in about 45 minutes and they had already ran out again. I asked the young attendants if they could set aside towels for me and put my room number on it. They smirked and said they were leaving soon. I went back a third time and they ran out again! A nice young woman asked if I minded white towels. I replied it didn't matter, so she went and found me 2 white towels. I would have brought my own beach towels, however, the website stated beach towels were provided. They should have enough beach towels for their guests. After that, I got our towels the night before so I wouldn't have to be chasing after towels. The beach was nice but very crowded our first day. Lounge chairs were stacked very close. Our third day, housekeeping forgot to make up our room, even though I had the tag on my door indicating to please make up my room. I was at this hotel about 35 years ago and I remember it to be lovely. I don't think it lives up to its reputation anymore. We did not eat at the onsite restaurants other than the coffee shop. I thought it was expensive for coffee and pastry, although it was convenient.

I booked a king suite, and it was ocean view but it was just a partial ocean view. I told the front desk but they said if you want an oceanfront suite then you can book that instead. I told them that’s fine, but they should not market their king suite as ocean view because it is absolutely not an ocean view. You had to go to the bedroom window at the absolute corner to see ocean view. This was very unfortunate

Beautiful views and clean rooms. I happened to break my ankle while traveling the day we were supposed to check in and the staff was super accommodating. Without being asked they immediately found a more appropriate room that we would be more comfortable in. Provided a wheel chair made sure we knew they were there to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we could reach out anytime. Very welcoming and helpful. The views from the room were amazing

The staff at the Sea Crest is ALWAYS excellent. Unfortunately, I was sick while there, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. I will never forget their hospitality this visit. We have stayed there several times. I highly recommend it.

Check in process was poor due to the Seacrest Front Desk Staff were initially unable to find our Expedia reservation in their system. We were initially told we did not have a reservation on a fully booked weekend. The initial front desk staff person asked her supervisor to assist and the supervisor was able to find our reservation. Check-in process to much too long due to an issue of the reservation being under James D as first name rather than just James. Otherwise stay was good.

Our stay was ok. Our room was decent overall but the bathroom was not clean along with the other bathrooms on the facility. When we checked in, we were given the wrong room, we had our daughters with us and the room we were given was only a single room. They “upgraded” our room at no cost. The room was bigger but only had one bed. Good thing we had a blow up mattress. The floors were not clean either. There were a few restaurants on site and the food was decent but extremely expensive. The indoor and outdoor pools were good and so was the beach. They also had an arcade which was fun for the kids. The pools, beach and arcade were the only redeeming parts of the stay. The hospitality was lacking and there were two weddings both nights we stayed which made for tons of people everywhere. We booked the hotel for 3 nights and on the second night, the hotel told us we should have checked out already, because they only received the hotel reservation for two nights from hotels.com. That was not the case, we booked for 3 nights and paid for the 3 nights. We were told the hotel was sold out and they needed to “convince” another couple to stay in a cottage onsite instead, making us feel like a burden and that we were inconveniencing them for wanting to stay the full amount of time we booked. They ended up saying”you can stay, we won’t make you leave”. Overall the stay was just ok, the website was deceiving and the room options were not as pictured or described online.

The resort is nice however if you are staying without your own vehicle beware that you are in a remote area with limited transport. This was a pleasant trip to say the least however spending upwards of forty dollars one way to get to the ferry terminal outgrew its welcome very soon. The resort is nice and very well upkept but needs transportation services via a shuttle to the woods hole ferry terminal.

The property is very nicely situated right on the water. However with a few changes and more help it could be much higher rated. Staff was nice just too few of them. Dining room could not handle the room the one night we ate there. Very similar to The Nonamtum in Kennebunkport. Maybe owners should take a road trip to see what they can do with their facility. Wishing them the best!

It took forever to check-in-My room was in bad shape. The shower handle didn't work so it was either scalding or freezing water. The room needed a new paint job. Shingles were falling off the siding. It took over an hour to get our food which was a simple fish and chips and when it did arrive it was a chicken sandwich lol! Beer was flat so they didn't know to change the keg? I'm not sure.

I only complaint about the property is that they advertised that the restaurants would be open and only one of them was. The coffee shop the pizza shop we’re not open for breakfast or lunch. Only the large expensive restaurant was open. If they had updated their website, we could’ve made better plans for our meals. It left us scrambling trying to figure out where to get breakfast. Other than that, we really loved our stay.

In Falmouth on business and wanted a hotel with restaurant and fitness center. Sea Crest is off the beaten path and very quiet in February, but had nice large clean rooms and a restaurant with great food. I highly recommend the half chicken.

Great for families as everything is close, inside/outside pool and beach. Beach water was clean, small waves, a little rocky area as you walk in but after that it’s soft sand. Pool bathrooms were full of flies, dead and alive. Room was okay, killed 2 flies and 1 spider, but daily cleanings. Fridge/freezer, ac and tv worked well. Outside pool was closed during our last full day there. Restaurants were pretty expensive, food was okay. Overall I think too expensive.

Would not recommend. The lobby is beautiful and it looks like the rooms directly at the pool are newer, otherwise the “resort” is not well maintained. Thin walls. Heard noises we did not need to hear on our vacation. I would not stay again. Sadly, not worth the money.

Property was extremely dirty as well as the rooms. For $755/night I would expect better accommodations and cleanliness. Also room wasn't ready for check in until after 5:30, check in is at 4. Room was never serviced after bring there 3 days even when asked, absolutely not worth the money.
