We booked this hotel solely for it's usage as an airport hotel. We needed to get to the airport before 6:30AM. We ended up waiting for their shuttle bus multiple times, but it was always full and didn't have room for our family of five. The pool was fun. The food in the restaurant was good, but the if you plan to use the shuttle, make sure you go extremely early.

the airport shuttle was a terrible disappointment. I booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle - we arrived at 4:15 am to take the 4:30 am shuttle to see there was a line out the door. There was no way we would all get onto the little bus. And bus doors stayed closed - in the end we took an Uber to the airport. Very disappointed in the hotel.

When booking this hotel, we purposely made sure that there was a hot tub and a pool available for the kids to play in when we were not out and about. Unfortunately, they were both out of service. One of the elevators was also out of service, and sometimes, we ended up waiting 20-25 minutes to get on. One of the shuttle drivers was amazing and went out of his way to get us a map of the subway was so kind of him.

Very busy hotel. Sold out of all cold drinks at the front desk counter. Followed the signs to the vending machine. No vending machines anywhere on property. The guest laundry, the dryer was not working. The bar restaurant, the card machine was not working. Could not get a drink. The locking gate for the parking lot, (must call the front desk to have them open the gate-not working. Paid a very high premium to stay in a Saturday night, close to the airport. The entire property needs a do over. Not a good experience. The room was modern and clean. No issues with the room.

It was probably the worst hotel we stayed in. We understand it's an airport hotel and didn't expect it to be 5 star but it wasn't cheap and I wouldn't give it 1 star. The room smelt...there were stains in the bath, the tap was coming out of the wall and to top it all breakfast was served in paper plates and plastic cutlery.

The staff was great! The breakfast was really good! The room was clean but noticed what looked like a condom shoved into a gap between the ceiling and wall… they sent two maintenance guys up to the room to remove it but a language barrier prevented us from getting details as to what it was, other than that the stay was not bad. There was also something crusty on the remote to the TV. The location is not near anywhere you could walk to for food as it is on an extremely busy highway and everything is across said highway, but they do have a little bar restaurant with a limited selection of food items and drinks that was convenient. The airport shuttle was extremely helpful!!

please change the dirty carpeting, it ruins the entire hotel, as a GOLD member I travel around the world with Hilton, this was a disappointing stay. The staff is your best asset, but they need additional support to answer phones AND other staffers to manage the busy registration desk.

This hotel was close to Boston Logan airport, and was needed for an overnight stay between flights. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The condition was good, with only one item - a towel shelf was ready to fall out of the wall, which was reported to the front desk upon check-out. The breakfast was fairly standard for this type of hotel, with plenty of options, adequate seating, and a quiet atmosphere. The internet, however, was terrible. It was easy enough to connect, but the connection dropped continously, at intervals of 30 seconds to 3 minutes. This happened even at 3:00 AM, when theoretically the number of people accessing the internet is less. And, while we didn't drive to the hotel, there appears to be a $20/day parking fee. If I'm giving the hotel my business, charging additional amounts to even travel to the hotel, I find ridiculous.

I needed this last minute after weather cancelled my flight. I chose it because of the free breakfast and hotel shuttle. I couldn’t use the free breakfast because I was told it started at 6am. When I can down at 5:25am it was out already with guests using it. The big thing was I came down at 5:25am for the free shuttle at 5:30am and when I checked out I was told I just missed it. There were people waiting outside but didn’t think anything of it. Needing to get to the airport I booked an Uber, which was super quick. As I was leaving I saw customers loading into the hotels airport shuttle even though I had was told I had just missed it. The rooms are fine. Nothing special could use some updates. Walls are thin. My neighbor got home at 1:30 am and could hear a lot. One of the only rooms left was an accessible room. I didn’t think anything of it until I get in and realize there’s no closet. The hangers are on hooks across from the toilet and the full size ironing board is laid up against the bathroom wall. There’s really nothing in the area that’s walkable (you’re on a highway) but it’s a 10-15 drive to the airport for one night it was fine. Just wish I would have known about breakfast and the shuttle still being available.

Took awhile to get picked up at the airport. I had called several days before arriving to confirm the shuttle hours & was reassured all I had to do was call the hotel & the shuttle would head to Logan. It was not until I called upon arrival that I was told to go to a specific door (not on the baggage claim floor & a ways along the terminal). Then when I flagged down the shuttle after 40 minutes, the driver seemed surprised to be picking me up & asked if I had called! The return to the airport was a much smoother experience. The staff was helpful when asked: Grace found me extra pillows when I checked in & both shuttle drivers helped me with my bags & walker. There are NO recycling options in the rooms or the breakfast area. The rooms could use some TLC: the shower head/nozzle flow adjuster ring came off in my shower; fortunately it was on a decent setting. The toilet seat was missing a cap on one of the bolts. The bathroom & desk mirrors both had corrosion along the lower edges where cleaner had gotten on the frames. The edges of the roller shade were frayed. Breakfast was pretty good, but a better brand of yogurt would be nice - those little Yoplaits have almost no nutritional value. Assorted jam options would be a good improvement over grape jelly. The location was about 20 minutes from most of the Boston area (via ride share).

Shuttle picked me up in 60 seconds at 11:00 PM from Logan. Check in at the counter took 1 minute - no kidding - with 15 peple in the lobby. The fastest check that I have ever experienced.

The overnight front desk worker was not helpful from the moment I called to request the shuttle, after arriving at the airport... Through check in, and the following morning. The employee could not tell me where to go in the airport to catch shuttle, I ended up using Uber. I arrived in BOS around midnight, called the hotel to request the shuttle service. Employee told me to go to a numbered area, but couldn't provide information as to where in the airport that was. He advised me that I should find someone in the airport to ask. Upon check in, the same employee was unaware of the bottle of water/soda and snack for Hhonors gold members. Also could not verify my request for Kate check out. Overall, employee was unhelpful, especially for someone who has never been to Boston. The daytime employees are much better. In fact, I forgot my earbuds in my room after checkout and housekeeping found them and held them for me. The property itself is older and appears to be partially renovated. This is definitely a hotel that's no frills.

This hotel was the definition of if you put lipstick on a pig anything can look nice. It was disgusting… Walking in the place looked gross and these women in front of us were checking in and the front desk told her they never had a reservation, but she had a confirmation number. The only thing they could say was sorry it must’ve been canceled. I requested a bus for pick up and 30 minutes later it still not arrived. I was hung up on twice each time after I called inquiring after being told it’s on the way. The breakfast area looks like a buffet with spillage all over and none of it cleaned up. I was there for a total of eight hours and was more than happy to leave. Walking on the carpet in the room, felt almost sticky like it had never been washed before. Overall, never again.

We pre-booked a room for our return trip back to the states as we were arriving in Boston after midnight and would have a 3 hour ride home. We arrived at the hotel and were told they overbooked and no longer had a room for us, despite us reserving the room weeks ahead of time. Management was not helpful, on the rude side. Cleanliness of the community areas was not to par, trash cans overflowing, coffee station was a mess, bathrooms were dirty. For nearly $200 a night and a hotel many travelers visit often, this property needs a serious overhaul of staff. Will never book or recommend. The only positive was the shuttle staff drivers, they were fantastic.

Waited at airport for shuttle for 30 min while shuttles for other hotels went past before giving up and getting a taxi. Reception then said we needed to have requested it. Not ideal and found out too late. Only one of our two booked rooms were on the system, and while the lady on reception was perfectly nice and professional this was a major pain after a day’s travel. Eventually resent the Expedia reservation via the app and this seemed to trigger something on their computer. Rooms weee fine. Breakfast was VERY tired. I’ve been at Hampton all over the US and this was by far the worst. Suggest other customers try one of the other Boston airport hotels. Likely to be better than this one.

It’s not easy to across the street as no pedestrian crossing available in front of the hotel. We had to take detour to go to the opposite road which close to the shopping mall. Except for that, it’s convenient for the business person who is going to go to the Boston Logan airport for the early flight.

We stayed here at the end of our vacation, flying in from overseas. The option for to/from the airport transport. The great breakfast options were wonderful. Having food and drink available at the hotel plus having a big clean room and comfortable bed made for a very relaxing stay before heading home on our final destination. The staff was great to deal with as well. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was fine, just an overnight stay near airport. However would probably not stay there again since there was literally nowhere to go without a car to have anything to eat. The dinner menu at Hampton Inn was very limited. Plus, the hotel did not even have a vending machine for drinks or any type of food. The breakfast, however, was good. Loved the waffles. The guide on the TV did not list what was playing on each station. You had to literally bring up a station and see what was on. That was a real inconvenience. So for over $300 for one night, I would recommend a guide on the TV that works and some type of vending machines in the hotel since there are no restaurants close by.

Good stay, Free airport shuttles, free breakfast. Beds were good. Only complain is the pool was a bit cold and dirty. Hot tub was closed. Keep in mind it’s not free parking. Other than that good stay close to airport.
