Loved my stay here. Only critique is that the patio gets noisy as soon as folks begin conversing. It felt like the conversation was happening in my room, even with the window closed. I stayed in room 20 and the noise from the lobby woke me up pretty early and the noise machine that was in the room (nice touch) sounded like a jet plane so it wasn't really solving the problem. But the room was great and employees friendly and kind.

Beautiful view of the harbor. Only cons are stairs that are narrow and a bit of a musty smell from the air conditioning so we just opened our window for fresh air instead.

My husband and I stayed here overnight after a show at Soundcheck Studios. Very clean. Right on the water. Nice area to walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby and a coffee shop. Also some cute shops around. We were there in February so it was a little chilly outside but nice area to walk around. They have an outside patio you can sit on in the warmer weather.

We stayed one night prior to our grandsons Grandfriends Day at INLY. There was a nice continental breakfast before we left for school. I dropped. Few things coming down the stairs from our room, unbeknownst to me. I got a call ten minutes after we left to get our grandsons and was able to stop by and pick them up. The only downside if someone has mobility issues are the stairs to the rooms. No elevator. Our room was quite spacious.
