Holiday Inn Boston - Cambridge Area by IHG

The breakfast was a buffet and great. The dinner was limited and not so good. Hence why i gave 4 stars. Have dinner elsewhere.

The hotel was good, but the carpets in the room felt dirty. I didn’t really want to take off my shoes. Beds and towels and bathroom clean.

I enjoyed my stay there very much. The shuttle was great. Plan on staying again.

Hit with an unexpected $150 fee plus Mass taxes. Never told debit card only .I had cash :( I really wanted to use the restaurant/bar but was never told there was not enough staff so it was closed. Room hot as hell. No instructions on A/C. Numerous calls to start A/C. Remote control hard to use so calls to desk x 2. Hours for breakfast were posted wrong. Needed help with getting picture on tv x 2. Blew lamp trying coffee maker. Not enough creamer for 2 people so i drank black. Other issues as well.
