The swimming pool is huge, twice the size of a typical hotel pool, and the water is clean. However, closing at 9:00 PM is too early; it would be better to extend it to 10:00 PM. There are plenty of parking spaces. The staff are very nice.

called the hotel about two weeks before my trip to request rooms next to each other because this was a family trip. When we arrived to check in, we were told they could not accommodate the request unless we waited about two hours for housekeeping to clean the rooms. Since it was only a one-day trip, we decided to take separate rooms rather than wait. There was also a $50 hold placed on each room for the night, but I was only refunded $20. When I called to ask about the remaining $30, I was told it was a parking fee. Completely fine but the hotel’s website listed parking as $20, not $30. There were a few other instances where I felt the information advertised online did not match what we experienced. Since this was only a one-day trip, I decided to let it go, but overall, the experience felt a bit misleading.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and clean room. I peeked into the indoor pool area and it looked fun for kids. They had a rock climbing wall and basketball hoop area. $20/night to park the car at the hotel, and there were plenty of parking spots. We paid for breakfast one morning ($15 per person for buffet breakfast) and ordered a flatbread pizza for dinner. Wasn't the greatest food but it was decent. The traffic in that area was stressful to drive in so we didn't want to venture out more often than necessary. We walked around Harvard one late afternoon for a self-guided tour. It took us 30 minutes to drive about 2 miles to the hotel that night. The next day we parked at the train station about .5 mile away ($9 parking for the day) and took the train to Boston to do sightseeing.

The little things make a difference. No safe to lock valuables. Soap pump dispenser in shower was empty. Toilet flushing mechanism sluggish. Dirty q-tip on floor. On and on. For the money, one would expect better. Would not recommend unless you simply need a place to lay your head and cannot find other options.
