It was quiet and clean. The hot and cold water faucet were switched: Hot was cold and cold was hot. The shower water temperature could have been hotter. The parking situation is very tight, especially if you're driving a van.

Good value for the cost. Complimentary breakfast pretty weak but great diners nearby. Understaffed like every other service business these days. No one was skimming swimming pool so we just dangled our feet. Rooms clean and no smell, but air handler pretty noisy. Glad we had our earplugs!

The room was very clean and was perfect for our 5 night stay. The beds were comfortable, great shower, awesome refrigerator and the guests were very quiet. The pool was refreshing for a midday swim and the location is convenient to EVERYTHING! This was our "home base" as we explored Cape Cod. It\'s an easy drive to all the beaches, We also visited Provincetown, Hyannis, and Martha\'s Vineyard during our stay. There are two nature parks right across the street as well as restaraunts, kayak rentals and fishing from the bridge. You can walk up the street to Packet Landing Park and view the harbor and visit the Bass River Mercantile, which is a great store to see. This is a motel in a beach community, so it\'s not super fancy. There was a little kitchen area right outside of the office, which all guests can use to microwave food and get morning coffee, as there are no microwaves or working coffee makers in the room. The only complaint is the loud air conditioner, but that seems typical in older motels. The property is nice enough, but I feel like a little sprucing up and better placement of the outside ables would make this place perfect. I feel like it\'s not being used to it\'s full potential yet. All in all, I would definitely reccomend and would stay again.

This is a budget accommodation that delivered exactly what I was expecting. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool was clean. It’s not fancy, decor a bit dated, but the folks were friendly and i felt comfortable and safe there. Convenient drive to West Dennis beach. Very reasonable price for summer on cape cod. Would definitely stay again if I needed a budget friendly option.

They say they offer breakfast. Which is bagels and toast. And they ran out of bagels. The room had a smell to it. Toilet barely flushed. I was afraid to go. The walls were paper thin. Parking lot small. Only good thing, was it was close to the beach. Price is to high for what you get

Sheets were dirty (DIRT). Manager had to change them. However, if housekeeping didn’t bother ti change the sheets I could t help but looking to see what else was neglected. Refrigerator was sticky, and carpet was dirty. The room had a horrible musty smell which I decided to deal with. I had a show to go to, and got back after 11. Zero parking. Not ONE SPOT. I had to park against a wall after paying for it. I was so upset I left in the middle of the second night and drove back to Jersey. I was smart enough ti take pictures and contacted Expedia, they tried to talk to the manager of the motel, and ask if he would do a partial refund to which he blatantly refused (wasn’t looking for one but Expedia was). Nope, never again.

Hotel appeared outdated, and bathroom was dirty (toilet paper was left in the toilet, so clearly it hadn’t been cleaned). Shower had marks and was either dirty or hadn’t been touched up in quite some time. Beds/bed linens were clean.

The room had crumbs in a couple of spots and the furniture was worn down quite a bit. The ceiling in the tub/shower had an area that was crumbling. The bed was fine. There was a lack of outlets near the nightstand.

As soon as we walked in the room, we were hit by this horrible musty smell like the room hadn’t been used in forever, there were three spiders hanging from the ceiling in the refrigerator. Freezer combination was filthy. If the room was cleaned, the way it supposed to be cleaned. None of that would’ve happened. We stayed one night woke up at 6 AM and left because of the tropical storm when I got home all my clothes stunk like that musty smell.

Parking is tight and the lot is difficult to manuever. The room was well stocked, but the carpet could have used a cleaning. To be fair, it didn't look or smell bad, but it felt tired under my feet. The bed was comfortable but there was a lot of light bleed from the outside. The air conditioner was functional but took forever to cool the room a couple of degrees. I'm a light sleeper so needed my light mask and ear plugs to sleep soundly. My wife had no trouble. So, I must be a hot house orchid. Would have loved coffee in the office. The room coffee was drinkable but you go through it very quickly - 1 cup regular and one decaf. Id step into the office and smell a wonderful brew, but that was the desk clerk's personal brew. Too bad. This was no frills and a good location for exploring the Cape. I'm just a picky person when it comes to a few things I noted above.

Rooms are clean but the building is dated 2-story motel. Sufficient parking but tight. Our AC unit could reach 79 or 78 degrees but no lower. Perhaps the freon needs renewal. The king bed seemed fairly new and firm and comfortable. Decent furniture and having a mini-fridge was quite convenient. Continental breakfast was a packaged pastry and a thermos with coffee.

The Owners are exactly what make this place! We were only there for a night. Basically just to sleep before heading back to VT. It was very quiet and we we got a great sleep. Chatted a bit with the owner in the morning (great guy) and off we went. Would definitely stay again.

An old, tired property. Weird smell in the room. Not convenient if you don't have a car (we were travelling by bicycle). No eating or shopping options nearby. Bed was comfortable however.

The room was very clean and was perfect for our 5 night stay. The beds were comfortable, great shower, awesome refrigerator and the guests were very quiet. The pool was refreshing for a midday swim and the location is convenient to EVERYTHING! This was our "home base" as we explored Cape Cod. It\'s an easy drive to all the beaches, We also visited Provincetown, Hyannis, and Martha\'s Vineyard during our stay. There are two nature parks right across the street as well as restaraunts, kayak rentals and fishing from the bridge. You can walk up the street to Packet Landing Park and view the harbor and visit the Bass River Mercantile, which is a great store to see. This is a motel in a beach community, so it\'s not super fancy. There was a little kitchen area right outside of the office, which all guests can use to microwave food and get morning coffee, as there are no microwaves or working coffee makers in the room. The only complaint is the loud air conditioner, but that seems typical in older motels. The property is nice enough, but I feel like a little sprucing up and better placement of the outside ables would make this place perfect. I feel like it\'s not being used to it\'s full potential yet. All in all, I would definitely reccomend and would stay again.

This is a budget accommodation that delivered exactly what I was expecting. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool was clean. It’s not fancy, decor a bit dated, but the folks were friendly and i felt comfortable and safe there. Convenient drive to West Dennis beach. Very reasonable price for summer on cape cod. Would definitely stay again if I needed a budget friendly option.

Good value for the cost. Complimentary breakfast pretty weak but great diners nearby. Understaffed like every other service business these days. No one was skimming swimming pool so we just dangled our feet. Rooms clean and no smell, but air handler pretty noisy. Glad we had our earplugs!

Parking is tight and the lot is difficult to manuever. The room was well stocked, but the carpet could have used a cleaning. To be fair, it didn't look or smell bad, but it felt tired under my feet. The bed was comfortable but there was a lot of light bleed from the outside. The air conditioner was functional but took forever to cool the room a couple of degrees. I'm a light sleeper so needed my light mask and ear plugs to sleep soundly. My wife had no trouble. So, I must be a hot house orchid. Would have loved coffee in the office. The room coffee was drinkable but you go through it very quickly - 1 cup regular and one decaf. Id step into the office and smell a wonderful brew, but that was the desk clerk's personal brew. Too bad. This was no frills and a good location for exploring the Cape. I'm just a picky person when it comes to a few things I noted above.

Rooms are clean but the building is dated 2-story motel. Sufficient parking but tight. Our AC unit could reach 79 or 78 degrees but no lower. Perhaps the freon needs renewal. The king bed seemed fairly new and firm and comfortable. Decent furniture and having a mini-fridge was quite convenient. Continental breakfast was a packaged pastry and a thermos with coffee.

They say they offer breakfast. Which is bagels and toast. And they ran out of bagels. The room had a smell to it. Toilet barely flushed. I was afraid to go. The walls were paper thin. Parking lot small. Only good thing, was it was close to the beach. Price is to high for what you get

Person checking me in was abrupt. She did not welcome me. She did not have the appropriate room for me as I need an accessible room. She did get the text indicating I needed an accessable room but the message was not linked to my identy. She made me feel responsible for this mix up and stated that I should have called the property directly. When I explained that i called 4 different numbers to finally be able to leave a text. She said that she now had to give me someone elses room. This is really not my problem and I felt unwelcome
