Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown

The hotel is in a good location, walkable to restaurants, nightlife. The room was worn, but clean. The lobby coffee carafe was empty at 7 am on a Sunday morning, very surprising. Did not have time to wait for a new carafe to brew, as Uber was waiting. There was a dog wandering around the lobby, unleashed, I think belonging to a guest, but they were not near him. Parking is very limited, though there was a valet to help with parking.

Front desk lady was kind a rude, we was charged $85 dollars for late check-out and for some snacks that we supposed took and was a mistake on the hotel, we checked out around 10:20am and they reviewed cameras and the snacks was for a different guess!!! The guy on the phone didn’t like the fact that we requested review the cameras! Overall this is the first Hilton with a POOR customer service! They need to be conscious that customer pay their salary’s! Lady on the front desk not even greeting instead she said “you have a reservation “” vallet parking never asked for assistance guy was on the phone all the time!!! I do not recommend this hotel at all nex trip I will stay on Graduate hotel down the street

Great location, clean room, comfortable beds. Parking on site for $35/night.

Quiet stopover on the wash to Camden Yards. Staff was very helpful.
