No hot water the duration of my stay

Stayed the 1st night,n there wasnt any hot water,we just thought maybe it had to heat up again.Checkrd in for 2 more nights,was extremely tired so layed down for a bit.when i awoke there still wasnt any hot water soi seen a maintenance man in the hallway n told him there hadnt been any hot water at all...he stated.."nobody told u"? Told me what i asked.he then told me that the whole building had been out of hot water for over 4 days now n that upon check in the staff were supposed to inform us that there hadnt been any hot water in the whole building for almost a week now n they did not know when they would have any hot water, and possibly offer any other options or i could have at least had the option to take my money and go somewhere else.i was apalled by this when he told me this. BECAUSE NOT ONE PERSON TOLD US OF THE HOT WATER PROBLEM. NEVER GOT TO SHOWER OR EVEN WASH UP SINCE THE WATER WAS ICE COLD THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE!!! IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE PROBLEM OF NO HOT WATER AND THEN NOT BEING TOLD, THEN THINGS WLDVE BEEN GREAT! HOWEVER CUZ OF THE PROBLEM OF NO HOT WATER AND NOT BEING TOLD, AND THEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF ALL SHE SAID WAS SHE DIDNT KNOW WHEN THE HOT WATER WOULD WORK AGAIN,AND THAT ITS BEEN DAYS NOW WITHOUT IT,,SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD BE FIXED. HOWEVER.....she would let her boss know that we were not happy that we were never informed till 2nd day there when i inquired about why it was no hot water, 443-6 R 4

I had a good experience at the Hotel. No issues, except the elevators were noticeably slow and unsteady.

Primary negative -- JUST when I was about to shave and shower at 9am (after a LONG day of travel the previous day), the water was only cool, and ONLY A TRICKLE. SO very frustrating. It was literally impossible to take a shower. Just as I was about to leave the room at 10:30am, the water came back on as normal. When I went to check out, I noticed a letter at the front desk explaining the water outage. If a letter had been slipped under my door, or IF I had been notified when I checked in the prior evening, I would have showered at 8am, before it was affected. It really left a negative impression after an otherwise very enjoyable stay. I'm planning on making a reservation and returning on Monday, Oct. 6th, and can only hope I won't experience the same issue. Of less significance -- The floor in the breakfast room was UNBELIEVEABLY sticky. Even though it might be a potential safety hazard, I believe someone should have taken 5 minutes to mop the floor. I felt like I was tracking sticky substance all the way back to my room. On the positive side, your breakfast selection was quite impressive. I'm currently at a Hampton Inn in Exton, PA, and your breakfast was considerably better. Even with just a few minutes left, the scrambled eggs were being replenished.....most impressive. 5*

They had no hot water. Cancelled at check in

Small, dingy hotel located on the edge of a shopping center. Parking is in the alley behind tge hotel or in the parking lot of the shopping center with no security cameras observed. No pool or gym.

I didn't like that there was no work out room or pool. everything else was good.

Elevator was broken the whole time. Bath tub plug is broken so we took a shower in a puddle of drain back up. Chair in the room was stained with who knows what?

The entire hotel was out of hot water and I did not find it until i was already there for check in at 115 a.m.

No hot water

Mold on the ceiling in the shower area and mold on the mirror above the sink. Carpet was coming up off of the floor and cabinet doors were broken.

Smell of smoke and vinegar in room…staff came up and sprayed but did not improve conditions

The hotel was in a decent location. It is near a lot of shopping, and restaurants. The check in process was simple and easy. The really big issue is they have bed bugs. My family of 4 was bitten, EVERYONE! Othewise it would have been a decent stay.

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Someone was always cleaning.Very friendly staff. The breakfast was hot and delicious.

Courteous service. Clean room and comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Location was convenient and the area offers plenty of options for food and shopping close by. Although the downstairs areas were renovated, our room was not. 1. Sewer smell coming from bathroom. 2. Brown water out of shower 3. Microwave and phone not working. 4. Fridge cabinet door barely hanging on by one hinge. 5. Mold along sink and drain plug in tub inoperable. Due to the circumstances and cumulative discovery of all of these items over the time of our stay, it was not conducive to requesting a room change. If they were discovered at the beginning of our stay, we certainly would have done that. We did make the property aware of the issues and while they were apologetic, made no effort to make things right to ensure our booking in the future. As a long-term Expedia customer and having experienced several similar circumstances over the years at different properties, it has caused me to wonder if guests who book through booking sites like Expedia are placed in substandard/less desirable rooms compared to those who book directly with the hotel chain. There is a sense that we have no recourse other than to post a less than stellar review.

The bathtub was filthy. The bathroom was small. The air conditioning unit was falling apart. I have attached pictures. The bed was uncomfortable. and you can see the hallway light around the cracks of the door very noisy hallway

Room was very clean and staff were very nice. Day time staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Getting worn down a little

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a refresh. Ned was comfortable but a few more pillows would be awesome.

The hotel needs a remodel. The rooms are so old, the furniture is chipping away, and the rooms have an old almost mildew smell. Plus the bedsheets had an off-putting smell that was hard to ignore. The bathroom tubs were stained at the bottom from being so old. A renovation would really help this place out.

The room 405 the curtain is broken. This is real suck

The staff were very nice and the hotel was fine for cleanliness. It is dilapidated, and all the furniture was threadbare, scraped, stained, chipped, etc. This must’ve been a Budget Inn location before it was a Hampton Inn. It is certainly the most outdated Hampton Inn I’ve ever been to.

Breakfast was good. Great ac. Staff was very friendly. Bed was horrible. Extremely hard and caused back pain.

Ok for a short business trip. In a shopping center so it was loud at night. Trucks picking up dumpsters outside my window early in the morning and you can hear the cars pretty well from the busy highway out front. Very friendly staff and a decent breakfast.

Parking wasn’t good. Also the beds were not comfortable at all and the toilet looks like a baby toilet way down on the floor. It was very low.

It was a comfy room. A little loud in the hall and outside at night.

Small room, but clean and everything worked. Shower head could have been better and one time the water wasn’t really hot. Most of the time it was good though. If you don’t have a car, be advised that while public transit is safe it does take awhile. So you’ll probably want to Lyft. But there are plenty of grocery stores, target, etc walking distance.

Staff exceptional courteous and kind

It was cool nothing out the ordinary from when I stay there. Only problem is they are very contradictory for the release of then incidental funds. One person puts it back soon as you check out then the other person makes you wait 16 days to get it back. Some of their staff needs retraining

i wasn't informed until my arrival of the hot water not working. i still decided to stay. housekeeping opened the door to my room at 9:30am in the morning after only knocking twice. this is the first time i experienced anything like that; they didn't announce themselves or anything.

We arrived at 11:30 and were sooo happy that they had rooms available even though regular check in isn’t until 3:00. The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful!

The room was great, but the staff is where this place shines. They were great!

Was a great stay. However was a bit disappointed to find out that the front desk had given out my room number information to a family member be fore we even checked in! Granted it was a family member but that info should not be given out ever!

The assistant manager and his staff are extremely friendly. Anytime entering or leaving they were always prompt in talking to us, checking on us, etc.

The hotel was located in a very busy area right next to a strip mall. It was also quite difficult to find the entrance.

Good hotel close to the airport. Decent breakfast and helpful staff.

Convenient location. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff are great. Place is clean, relatively well maintained. Love the free breakfast and the 24/7 hot beverage bar in the lobby.

Convenient access to COAST GUARD Shipyard.

Finding the main door was confusing, as this property is part of a strip mall. Roughly 20 minutes from the rental car drop off, so heads up!

Close to all shopping

Good place to stay, close to the airport, with nice staff, and a good breakfast.

Neighborhood was a bit scary

Staff was great. Hotel was nice, but area is a little dicey at times.

The front desk staff was pleasant. The only thing was there were many homeless people hanging out front.

All personnel were very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety.

Felt uneasy riding in elevators with no visible inspection certification; no shut off switch for bathroom fan, continually running; breakfast service was ill prepared to provide breakfast for weekend visitors' ran out of breakfast items and were terribly slow to replenish the food trays.

One of the best complimentary breakfast provided by a hotel between here and Anchorage.
