Lovely stay. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast area was bright and sunny and had a nice selection for breakfast. Thank you for offering pet friendly rooms. I heard they will be putting in new flooring and that will be great!!

The staff here is wonderful!! Clean and accommodating. The laundry facilities were a great asset. Breakfast was the best. Will stay here again and highly recommend this location.

Clean, comfortable. Parking lot was well lit. Breakfast was reasonable. You had to heat it up, but it was fine. I would suggest one more microwave for guest use at breakfast. Staff was friendly. I would suggest that the Super 8 sign be repaired so that it lights up at night. It’s so dark at night that it’s dangerous trying to find turn in.

Wow, what a gem. Not often i find a hotel run as well as this. Stay included a surprisingly decent breakfast and laundry facilities. Convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby.

No elevator is only detractor. I usually don't use one anyway but if you have limited mobility or have a lot of luggage or heavy items it is inconvenient if you're on the second floor. Staff were very friendly.

Much nicer than any other Super 8 I've ever stayed out. Normally don't stay at Super 8 now that I am a bit better off. Only downside is lack of elevator, have to use stairs to get to 2nd floor. Also nice not to have pungent food smell found in many franchised hotels.

This hotel has been immaculate every time I stay there (seven times so far). The staff are kind and accommodating to my needs as a senior citizen. I sleep like a log-the rooms are nicely soundproofed. Will definitely stay here again!

Needed a place to stay for a night as halfway point to home. Didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice. The room looked recently renovated and was very clean. Sheets smelled fresh and crisp. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Bed was extra firm which might be bad for some but great for my back. The wife thought it was fine. The free breakfast was better than some not as good as others but it's free and the coffee was very good. My only very small recommendation is get better pillows. Not a complaint as I slept ok with the ones provided. Overall I would choose Super 8 again.

We rented 2 rooms. They were both dirty- hairs in the beds & showers, a dirty facecloth (actually looked like feces- disgusting) hanging on the shower rod that was not removed by the previous cleaning, ashes on these floor, dirty fridge. I doing know how it got such good previous reviews

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The area is in a truck stop but it was very quiet. The front staff was friendly. I was very impressed for being a less expensive hotel than bigger chains, how nice it was. We would definitely stay again. There’s several restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy check in and check out.

The room was dirty, had black mold and water leaking from the walls. The manager acted liked he didn't care about the water leaking from the wall. Told me the maid would come clean it up. I could tell this was a on going issue because the floor boards where bent and damaged from water damaged. I demand a refund but was told no. Maintenance finally came up and told the desk attendant to move me to another room. Just like the previous room this room was dirty and had burn marks in the sheets. I slept fully clothed each night. If I had more money to book another hotel room I would have been out of there. This place should be shut down ASAP.

We are non smokers, but soon as we opened the door we could tell someone before us had been smoking in the room we were given and it was a strong odor.....The smoke smell was strong enough that after we left and arrived home the smoke smell was still in all our clothes and luggage.... We could tell that the Super 8 staff attempted to cover the smoke smell up by putting scent things in the AC/Heater vents before we arrived, but it didn't work very well....We will not stay in a room that has been smoked in again....These are SUPPOSED to be non smoking rooms

The woman who checked us in was great. The Super 8 Hotels I've stayed in of late are great for friendly service. The room is spacious. Fridge could fit all our stuff. The TV plays all my favorite channels.

The check-in, the service and facility was very nice and kept clean. The room was a very large size for their cheapest rate. The only thing that I really didn’t like, and my girlfriend was the bed was just so stiff. I don’t mind for mattresses, but this one was very, very hard. We both woke up with the lower back pain But other than that it was a very nice facility. The complementary breakfast was surprisingly good. They have these beautiful individually wrapped cakes with almost any flavor you can think of and it was so good. I will stay here again. It is a nice location.

The room was comfortable and clean which is most important. Small things like the chairs in the room was ripped and the TV was way to small for the room. But this would not prevent me from staying again for the price and comfort!

Property was clean - albeit old - No Issue with cleanliness - No Clock in the room - Maybe I am old fashion - but cant sleep properly without a clock to glance at ...lol They have an app - was texted to me a couple of hours before check in - asking for picture id and all the normal check in questions - vehicle - cr card info etc - took the time to complete it - desk clerk ignored it - made me do it all from scratch - TOTALLY UN-IMPRESSIVE - she was not willing to do anything other than have me complete the paperwork from scratch and then copy my id - Then I received another text to simplify check out - Really ??? Ignored.... Property was totally acceptable - disconnect between the app software and local staff was not!

Booked the hotel through hotels.com with the no refunds policy, but when I showed up, the host told us that I was not allowed to stay there because I live within 85 miles. Maybe it was a mixed blessing, the parking lot was full of semi trucks and work vehicles, so it’s a workin man’s crash pad for sure. Despite the unusual and un-advertised 85 mile limit, I still had to spend an hour on the phone to get my refund.

The property was what you'd expect off a highway in Maryland. Saw a small roach in the bathroom but again, roadside motel. I knew what I paid for. Front desk the evening I checked in was super nice. She could tell I was overwhelmed and was very patient. The beds were clean and free of bugs (I checked. Twice). We stopped here on an emotional trip home so I wasn't expecting much and was happy with what I paid for the night. Location was convenient and quiet overall. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. There were several gas stations and a McDonald's restaurant within very short driving distance (the immediate neighborhood is made up of warehouses and distribution facilities, so not really walkable).

It's a very convenient location for anyone traveling on 81 (just a minute or two off the exit). Its right next to 2 gas stations and is just a few minutes up the road from a shopping center with plenty of restaurants and stores. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast is about average in comparison with other hotels. Only downside is that there is no elevator, so I would try to request 1st floor if you have alot of stuff (luggage, coolers, etc) or have difficulty with stairs. Overall its a nice place and I would stay again.

Likes: (1) Wonderful staff. Professional & friendly. (2) Room door access on the inside (safer for seniors or women traveling alone). (3) Nice variety of breakfast food. Dislike: (1) Awful coffee. So weak it was really dark brown hot water.

Needed a place to stay for a night as halfway point to home. Didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice. The room looked recently renovated and was very clean. Sheets smelled fresh and crisp. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Bed was extra firm which might be bad for some but great for my back. The wife thought it was fine. The free breakfast was better than some not as good as others but it's free and the coffee was very good. My only very small recommendation is get better pillows. Not a complaint as I slept ok with the ones provided. Overall I would choose Super 8 again.

Hotel was basically clean but old. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows flat. Room still has carpet not flooring like most hotels now. Staff very nice Breakfast was minimum. Juice machine not working for 2 of the juices

Great value, well-maintained and quiet, very nice shower flow, good-sized room, helpful staff, and a number of breakfast items for one to microwave, such as eggs and bacon, etc., which was something that I hadn’t seen before, but it seems sensible enough asa way to have hot items throughout the morning (I think breakfast was from 5 am -10 am). Plus there were muffins, bread, cereal, yogurts, etc. the hotel is well-marked and just off the highway, so perfect for the short stop that I needed!

The staff was very helpful and wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure our room was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel is under a remodel and some areas have some odor from the removal of carpet and such.

The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. We stayed in room 121 and it was warm, and musty. We cranked the air conditioner down to 60 degrees and the smell got better but I think the carpet was the culprit and it was very pleasant. Shower was good, hot water.

A good basic hotel, convenient to the highway and to shopping. Room was comfortable, and no noise. Serve a decent breakfast. Not much for amenities otherwise, no Restaurant or gym. A good place just to sleep.
