Indoor pool was far too cold to swim in. There was no breakfast. They didn't have a roll-away bed. The room phone didn’t work. Luckily we arrived later in the evening and left early in the morning and only needed a place to sleep.

No A/C in the lobby in July, doors open, check-in counter is all behind glass similar to a prison, lobby & room reeked of pot/marijuana, wall thermostat didn't work, bar by pool is closed, no ice machines (in July). Went to counter at about 9:15 PM, no one was there. Prostitute/drug addicts walking around outside the hotel in parking lot.

The bedding was stained and had burn holes in it. There were black specks all over the bedspreads that we thought might be bed bugs. Bathroom mirror was filthy and floors were sticky. Smells of smoking in various areas even though it’s a non-smoking property. Pool was closed and vending and ice machines were all broken. It was so miserable that we didn’t stay but 5 minutes, we left the premises and sought a refund. This hotel gets a deplorable rating.

The place was trying to fix itself up but my room had peeling paint and missing light fixtures. The pool was too chilly to use, and the rust stains in the pool didn't make it very inviting. It was also over chlorinated. It had the vibe of a run down residential hotel with no smoke smell. Won't go there again.

The actual room is a typical room for a low-cost hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the actual hotel is in pretty bad shape. You can tell that it was gorgeous back in its day. The pool is amazing. My kids played there non-stop. However, everything else in the hotel is falling apart. None of the ice machines work. There’s no breakfast area or gym. There’s definitely a smell in the hallways. Many of the hotel doors are broken (not the ones that go to your actual room, but the ones going outside or to other parts of the hotel). There’s a lot of people hanging out drinking and/or smoking, or screaming profanities (that part was extra sad…I didn’t feel unsafe, but my 3-yr-old had a lot of questions). Honestly, for the price, I would stay there again if it wasn’t for the other guests. The other guests make the place a tough spot. I had two separate guests ask me to their rooms in front of my toddler. WILD.

The indoor pool was beautiful and warm, the rooms were great for the price and the service was excellent. 50$ deposit and they offer early check in @ 10$ per hour early. Pretty good hotel and I would stay again.

Room was dirty - visible poop stains on the seat. Stains on the pillows and sheets. Musty smell throughout. There’s a sign at reception saying the property is 100% smoke free, which is hilarious since you’re greeted by nothing but weed smoke everywhere in the building. There’s no elevator and the stairwell is sketchy. The deadbolt on the room door doesn’t work. The room door has a clear inch opening under it, which makes it very uncomfortable. Booked for two nights, ended up staying one - just couldn’t fathom staying another night. Also, photos make you think it’s okay- do not fall for it like I did.

The entire building smelled of smoke, mold and weed. The lobby looks as if they poured all of their money into it, had to use stairs to get to the 2nd floor with all of my luggage. The rooms smelled, the bed was hard, I felt itchy the entire time there (only there for 1 night). They ask for a $50 deposit but Expedia did not mention that. Would not stay here again and definitely will not recommend to anyone

Ill start with what i did like. Everything is so beautiful from tue outside and clean so we was very excited to stay bit then we entered our room. I dont know the smell on here but its so strong you can taste it. Also the room is very very dirty. The floor has food and crumbs, this room must be under maintnance because its missing base boards and nails are sticking out . I have my 8 month ild But luckily I'm not a type of parent that lets my child get down in a hotel room and crawl but I'm sure other parents do so it's definitely a hazard. Also the mirrors are Not done they have stuff dripping down them also in the bathroom there's blood dripping down the wall dried blood. The microwave is dirty. The heater has rose pedal spread all over it for some reason I have taken pictures if you would like to see this because there's other things.

The lobby is deceptively pretty. The outside and around the property is less so. It is situated up on a hill, but the road is very rough. The room was ok, but not nice. The curtains had a massive rip, there were no Kleenex/tissues, and only one trash can for the whole room - in the bathroom. The tub & shower were dingy and had soap scum all over. The TV remote never worked. They also do NO discounts (military, AARP, etc) but take a deposit. Will never stay here again.

This was a great room for the price. It was very convenient to the highway. The building is a little dated but they are clearly working to update the facility. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There seems to be a trend in the Motel business where people are buying these motels and they don't have enough money left to maintain the property. The attention to detail that the American market expects is extremely lacking. No ironing board in the room (there WAS an iron), the thumb switch on the desk lamp is gone so you have to screw the bulb in and out to activate the light. Someone paints but they miss their target and paint parts of the hinges or the floor etc. This building is beautiful though. It has so much potential but it needs a cash injection and they could get $120 a room easily.

Hotel has a $50 or $100 deposit (for jacuzzi rooms) that isnt mentioned until check in, does not allow any guests and in general looks terrible inside. The room was 87* inside when we walked into it because they keep the AC system turned off. It took over 6 hours for it to get below 75* after we turned it on. The walls were dirty, the corners by the floors stained, mold/mildew on the walls in the bathroom. There were only two towels provided (both of which were less than a tooth paste tube thick when folded up) and a Single bar of soap (for a twin queen room). The bedsheets felt like sandpaper and the mattress’ marginally comfortable. The mattress toppers (we pulled the bed sheets off to check for bed bugs, which i do at every hotel) were well worn with significant quantities of holes in them. That is all before mentioning how the other tenants and people around the hotel made it feel like a very unsafe area to be. In general, this is by a large margin the absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed in, and i stay in hotels about 18 mights a month, 12 months a year. The only saving grace was hot water and no bed bugs. I paid for two nights and elected to not return for the second night because of how poor the room was, the poor sense of security and the fact the morning after our first night, the mirrors on my vehicle had been moved and damaged.

The hotel is definitely dated. Walked past room on 2 doors down from our room with orange condemned sticker on door. No amenities like soap, shampoo etc. hairdryer not functioning.

I want the refund I should have because I did not stay or make use of the facilities due to a mistake with the booking. The front desk woman yelled at both of us and never told us what she could do to help us. Expedia did not help even though all of this happened before the 3pm check in time.

The lady at the front desk was very try rude to me from the moment I walked in. Then when an issue arouse she would not give any effort to help me find a resolution. Then continued to pick at me every time she got the chance. Definitely felt singled out.

No A/C in the lobby in July, doors open, check-in counter is all behind glass similar to a prison, lobby & room reeked of pot/marijuana, wall thermostat didn't work, bar by pool is closed, no ice machines (in July). There was a lot of drinking and smoking outside of the hotel by very unsafe looking people. I checked in late at night and it was quite scary and I almost left. When I left in the morning, the same people were hanging around outside. Do not stay here. It was disgusting.

It was off putting as I walked down the hall and heard a woman yelling obscenities at her child. The walls had areas that were repaired but not repainted. There was an apparent smell of marijuana throughout the hallways. There were potholes all over the driveway to the closest entrance to our room. Our room was cleanly though. Had to run out to my car, but waited because there was an intoxicated man outside. I probably will never stay there again.

Horrible place. I got there and the place was surrounded by people just standing outside. Inside the facility was noisy and a bit dirty, the hallways were dirty and i dont think they have AC in the building, it was so hot inside. The property smells awful. I planned to stay there for 2 night but i left 5 minutes after checking in. The place made me feel unsafe and i just couldnt stand the smell. I would not recommend this to absolutely anyone.

People walking around until 5AM talking in normal voices. Was a drug dealer across the hall? Constant activity. One "almost fight". Large amounts of people between 15 and 25 wandering around the property. At least my car wasn't broken into.

Indoor pool was far too cold to swim in. There was no breakfast. They didn't have a roll-away bed. The room phone didn’t work. Luckily we arrived later in the evening and left early in the morning and only needed a place to sleep.

This is an old hotel, being operated by foreign nationals who have very different and much lower standards of guest care. They advertised a full breakfast bar, ther was none. The pool was closed. There were construction materials stored in the lobby. The reception counter had a glass barrier across the entire length with small pass through slots. The receptionist was curt. The tops of the tables and dressers were greasy, the toilet was constantly filling with a loud squealing noise. The pool was dirty on the bottom, so we didn't use it. We were also informed there was no breakfast on memorial day... Will not stay again.

The actual room is a typical room for a low-cost hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the actual hotel is in pretty bad shape. You can tell that it was gorgeous back in its day. The pool is amazing. My kids played there non-stop. However, everything else in the hotel is falling apart. None of the ice machines work. There’s no breakfast area or gym. There’s definitely a smell in the hallways. Many of the hotel doors are broken (not the ones that go to your actual room, but the ones going outside or to other parts of the hotel). There’s a lot of people hanging out drinking and/or smoking, or screaming profanities (that part was extra sad…I didn’t feel unsafe, but my 3-yr-old had a lot of questions). Honestly, for the price, I would stay there again if it wasn’t for the other guests. The other guests make the place a tough spot. I had two separate guests ask me to their rooms in front of my toddler. WILD.

Room was decent and clean…no problems there and the price was decent! BUT the place has a bit of a drug problem! Most people smoking weed and were intoxicated. One guy with obvious mental issues approached us several times asking for cigarettes. Front desk personal no where to be found while checking in and checking out! All kinds of craziness happening in the main area at 3 in the morning disrupting our sleep. Never again!

I have went there and there was dirty linen, the floors didn't look like they was swept or washed, the blankets smelled like someone's body odor, they never have towels or wash rags. It's definitely not worth 89.00 a night, they should have people who actually know how to clean!!!

The hotel was VERY dirty. The sheets had cigarette burn marks on them, the comforter had dried blood on it. The walls the the bathroom had drawings on them, the bathroom door had a big hole in it. The tv/internet didn't work, the FD guy had to come to the room and try to fix it and when he did, nothing still worked. Behind the bed was FILTHY, I found a packet of tuna behind there. You can definitely tell cleanliness is NOT their best asset. The lamps on the end tables couldn't be shut off without having to unplug them. I will NEVER stay here again. We should get a full refund for staying in this dump. Hookers and prostitutes walking around the parking lot. If you're thinking of staying here, I'd stay in your car instead
