Hampton Inn by Hilton Lexington Park

This hotel was well below our expectations. It makes an impression when the elevator doesn’t work, 2 of our 4 day stay the breakfast didn’t include eggs. Our room needs a handyman, floor tile loose in the bath, carpet patched together, and shower floor looked dirty but it was stains (still not a good feeling when you have to determine if the bath floor and shower are dirty or stained). Hilton…you need to get your act together. We paid over $1k for 4 days and it felt like we were camping and working around what was lacking. This is not the first time Hilton has disappointed. No more Hilton stays for us. The Hilton name is not synonymous with quality - AT ALL.

Everything was great room was nice. I found a bug in the room

The hotel was super clean. Staff was great. My only compalaints would be only 1 chair in the room. Could have used another. Housekeeping did not come to room. Had to keep asking front desk for towels.

Only thing good about this stay was that Robust coffee. The greeting staff was a little put off because we interrupted their pre-Thanksgiving staff party. Then we didn’t get the welcome bag with treats as indicated. Next we did NOT get room service except every other day. Excuse me to have to ask/beg for clean towels is below your standards. The phone to contact front desk or outside never did work, reported the next day after signing in. The bathroom air vent and s filthy clogged with fluff and hairs. The bathroom ceiling is pocked with moisture in multi areas from potential water leaks or just the condensation. No one to take interest to report it to.

Bugs in the room. Staff was aware before. Must be a constant problem.
