The weekend staff girls at the desk were SUPER FANTASTIC!! They went about above and beyond to help me

I arrived late as I was only staying because of a canceled flight. The staff were very friendly both on late arrival and an early departure. The room was terrible though. The cistern lid (toilet) was on the toilet seat when I got in the room. I put it back, but the flush was broken, so that wasn't great. The room was at 80 degrees so I went to change the AC unit, but all the buttons were broken off. I was able to change the temperature with some fiddling, but not great. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. In general the property is very tired and not maintained.

The entire property was freezing cold, from the front desk to the rooms. When we turned on the heat in our rooms, it smelled like burning plastic. There was chaotic construction all around the property and it was a mess. Multiple room doors were left wide open and I questioned our safety. only half the staff is friendly.

Floor in the room was a little bit dirty, but otherwise everything else was great!!!!
