Staff is SUPERRRRRR friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was phenomenal!!!! Rooms are clean, quaint and serves the purpose, fully equipped by the way. Bed is extremely comfortable and clean!! We are still staying here and are loving every minute of our stay thus far. Thank you for the warm welcome and super service.

Had an issue with noisy neighbors, asked to move rooms since we don't like breaking up a nice party of 8 young girls and ruin there time. I went to the registration desk and they told me they were sold out which I'm not sure I Truly believe. I was told they would send up security, not sure if they did, but we ended up using our ear plugs. Thankfully it was only the 1st night. Our room needed a tad TLC but most parts if the room were fine. Good breakfast!

Unacceptable Room Conditions, Poor Customer Service, and Refund Still Pending I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel and the lack of resolution from both the property and Hotels.com. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, visible stains on the pull-out sofa and bed sheets, dirty windows, and a bathtub that backed up with water whenever the shower was running. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were far below reasonable hospitality standards. Hotel staff personally inspected the room, acknowledged its unacceptable condition, and assured me that I would receive a refund. However, despite that assurance, I have yet to receive my money. I subsequently contacted Hotels.com to request assistance with obtaining the promised refund, only to be informed that they were unable to reach the property and that the refund was pending. I'm awaiting a manager to contact me regarding my concerns, but no one has followed up. To make matters worse, I was forced to find alternative accommodations at the last minute during an extremely busy weekend, resulting in significant additional expenses that could have been avoided had the hotel provided a clean, properly maintained room. What is particularly frustrating is that the hotel staff witnessed the conditions firsthand and acknowledged the problem, yet I am still left trying to obtain the refund I was promised.
