Stay at your own risk. The carpeting in the hallways looked like either several vats of oil or several dead bodies had been dragged along. The room we were in had a broken shower door, dirt or mold around the drain, and a chunk of broken ceiling above it that was full of mold. The fitted sheets on the bed slipped, revealing a giant red/brown stain coming from the underside of the mattress. I suppose I should be grateful they thought to flip the mattress prior to continuing to book out the room. Some smaller gripes: There were three separate remotes for the Tv, only one of which seemed to actually function. The in-room phone was broken or disconnected, so I had to call the hotel's regular phone number and go through the phone tree options to speak to the front desk without walking up there. Also, the wall art was hung above the bed in such a way that the continuous patterns didn't line up in any sensible configuration (and the spacing made no sense between the paintings; it was definitely incompetence and not artistic expression). Didn't interact with staff much, so gave middle answers for that. After seeing the room, no way was I trusting that breakfast or pool. The only reason we didn't switch or leave was because we didn't have the time or resources to. It was a landing spot for a weekend event, but I will never book this place in the future.

The carpet in my room was sticky so I wore shoes. The room smelled like cigarettes. The bedding was dirty. The cobwebs on the ceiling gave it a Halloween vibe. There were visible bodily secretions splattered on the mirror, tv, and walls. The toilet base had urine & pubic hair on it. You had to pay for WiFi that worked. The free WiFi did not work on my IPhone. The T.V. didn’t work properly because there was visible damage to the screen. The picture was very dark and you couldn’t make out faces on any of the channels. I didn’t dare use the pool because of how dirty the property was. I might need a hepatitis shot after staying for two nights. Would not recommend.

On arrival the hotel smelled strongly of bleach, carpet was stained with what appeared to be bleach and or other items, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The front door and reception area had broken tiles on the floor. The paint job was sloppy with paint smeared over light switched because masking was not done. The security latch on the door was broken and could not be used. There appeared to be mold at the top of the shower. Either we got the worst room in the hotel or some quality workmanship is required. Very disappointing at the rate charged. The staff were resaonable consider the conditions they had to work with. They at least acknowledged us.

This must be the worst hotel in Ann Arbor. Terrible Smell, dirty, old. Sleeping beside a garbage can must be a better experience than sleeping the hotel! I had to spend money on candles and anti smell spray just to sleep one night there. There was blood on the curtains, too!!! Someone probably 💀 right there when they caught the smell of your hotel.
