Check in staff was extremely helpful, check out staff not so much, waited over 15 mins before there was someone present at check out. Room had great views clean beds.

Check in was smooth, check out no one was around the desk for 20 plus mins. Clean linens, was unhappy to find mold on the bathroom walls. Waiting to hear back from management I didnt notice the mold until the next morning when we used to shower

Great value for the amount of space. I can't give 5 stars because there were a few things... No linens for the foldout couch. The soap dispenser in the shower had been ripped off the wall and never replaced so we didn't have any. (Don't worry, we brought our own) The shower was dirty and the water pressure was non existent. The breakfast was just ok. But, the beds were comfy, rooms were spacious and staff was friendly.

The first room we were assigned smelled so horribly of dog/pet odor that we went immediately back to the desk and asked for another room. My traveling companion has some severe pet allergies and could not have spent the night in that room. The second room was better but still had a faint smell. The first room also did not seem to be cooling properly. The second one was better, and cool when we walked in. We returned to our room late after attending a concert and wanted to shower. But when my friend turned on the water, it came out in a trickle then stopped. The toilet would not flush. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. I tried the online chat feature and never received a response. This morning at checkout, I shared my concerns and asked if a discount code on the room rate or other concessions were available. I was told the person on staff last night did not answer the phone because they had stepped away to deal with an overflowing toilet in the building, and that’s why the water had been turned off “for a short time.” No discount, just a lackluster apology and an offer to allow us an early checkin or late checkout on our next visit to THAT location. That definitely will not be happening; one and done. My advice, stay anywhere else.
