Pool wasn’t working , room wasn’t ready upon arrival

The other lobby is like a construction zone with things stacked around. Doesn’t look welcoming.

The entire property needs renovating . Plaster hanging down in the room , the walls need patching and tepairing, the corridor carpeting needs cleaning badly and or replacing

This hotel is dilapidated. Upon arriving the desk clerk, who was nice enough, told me she’d be right in to help me after she finished her cigarette (which she was smoking right in front of the doors). smoking is not allowed on the property. The entrance to the building was also littered with at least 40 cigarette butts. The buildings are filthy inside and out. Our room had the strangest smell. Nauseating. One of the beds looked like someone had been sleeping on top of it. It was stained and had strange black specks all over it. After moving what felt like a poorly home made pillow we found a pile of black human hair on the sheets which were visibly filthy. The shower was dripping and the paint in the room was terribly chipped everywhere. The dirt and mold on the bathroom floor was shocking. I went back to front desk (located in a different nearby hotel) and asked for a room that didn’t smell and for clean sheets we could put on the beds. We got a different room. It was less smelly but also filthy, shower floor looked so bad we were afraid to use it, food scraps were left in the freezer, paint chipped everywhere. I can’t believe we stayed as we were afraid to sleep in the sheets (and we never got a clean set). I have never seen such a disgusting hotel room in my life. The pool was cloudy so we did not go in. Not the fault of the hotel but police were called out due to a frightening domestic violence situation. No staff is even in the building and there’s no phone in the room.

Did not feel safe with the clientele around us. Was told you had to have a wristband to go to pool because they have issues with kids coming from across the street using the facilities by propping the door open with a rock. The room was dirty. There were 2 bugs in the room we saw in less than 5 minutes. When we were walking to our room there people outside the area smoking and watching us.

No ice machine I was expected to walk in 20F below freezing weather to another motel, no heat was turned on so t had to sleep in my clothes, and the room didn’t warm up until 05:00am. The wall sockets didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone,and worst of all the shower didn’t work.

The hotel is run down and in drastic need of many repairs. Front desk is walled off and you check in at the hotel next door. Breakfast was horrifying and I didn't touch it. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. It served it's purpose but I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

It was a clean bed. Otherwise it was worn out and felt dirty. I felt the need to wipe down the toilet before using (something I have never done before . You check in at the Baymont which shares a parking lot. All the places that you would have normally checked in were boarded up. I don't recommend. Also, WARNING at the front desk (so both Days Inn and Baymont, there was a sign posted that they will give you $10 off your next stay if you post a 5 star review. Any 5 star reviews are to get $10 off and not actual reviews.

Would not stay here again. Broken sliding door to bathroom, no towels in the room and no ice machine.

Dirty, reeks of cigarettes, carpet is torn, sheets are torn, cigarette burns everywhere, holes in the walls, hallway not vacuumed, noisy guests and riffraff mucking about the parking lot. There were piles of garbage in the hallway, and my room didn't even have a garbage can. I expected it to be modest, but this was ridiculous.

There were stains on the ceiling, sheets, walls. Marijuana roaches in the trash bin. Showers and toilets were disgusting. We checked in, went to the room, and walked right back out. It’s awful.

Room was filthy. Bathroom had human feces on the wall, smeared (as if they tried to wipe it then gave up) and big "clump" stuck to the wall. Roaches. Matress cover was dirty and under the matress was garbage. What i am assuming to be coffee was spilled on the wall. Shower had years of scum buildup.

Air conditioning worked. Building was very dirty, no vacuuming done dirt built up everywhere. Sheets were heavily stained with little dots that looked like blood. Lights didn’t work. No phone no lamps. Hallways had a very strong smell of marijuana. The customer service was good at the desk checking in.

Very run down hotel. Halls smell like smoke, room walls and carpet were filthy. Bed was semi comfy but we just didn’t feel confident it was actually clean. Pillows were old and yellow and lumpy. Dirty wet towel in bathroom and the smoke set was completely missing. Breakfast was meager, cereal, yogurt, muffins and waffles BUT waffle was cooked for us and brought to the table.

Bugs everywhere

The room was absolutely filthy, floor was a mess. Fridge had food left in it! Shower had pile of hair on the drain. I had room for 2 nights only stayed one night. I rather sleep in my vehicle before I ever stayed there again

It was beyond disgusting. Very stained carpets in halls and room. Frayed carpet, filthy overhead light, broken air condition. Scuffed up walls. Bad smell of pot in halls and outside front door.

Had to change rooms because the door wasn't on the frame. Second room had no working lights, window didn't seal, bed looked like an animal slept in it, bathroom door wouldn't close.

Then they told us housekeeping was running late and we couldn't check in at 3pm but maybe at 4:30pm. We went to dinner and checked in at 6pm.Wyndham should be embarrassed and should update the property.

Bathroom door wouldn’t close, toilet paper holder was broke. still food on the floor, horrible smoke smell in the hallway. Only 2 pillows.

Nothing, no soap, no place to hang clothes, floor feels sticky, no cups or coffee maker. And the air conitioner doesn't get cool. It needs a setting for cool inside air. And the fins make it cool the ceiling.

Smells like cigarette and weed smoke. Bath doors are pocket doors with a hole in them so no latch or lock. Ceiling had what looked to be chewing tobacco on it. Employees were trying to sort out what rooms were “clean” or not so they could check guests in. This is almost 2 hrs after allowed check in. It took me over 20 minutes of waiting to finally have my chance at checking in. I was only 3rd in line. Bedding had stains all over and tiny little pillows to rest your head on. Terrible place to go, pictures are false, it is nasty.

The room had holes in the wall, the receptacles for electricity didn’t work, the AC did not work, the shower wasn’t usable, the carpet was filthy and disgusting with soiled stains and tears. I had come off a drive from Texas and it was nearly 1 am before I was able to get a room. I had to sleep on my blankets that I brought myself. There was only 1 towel in the room for cleaning myself. They said they were bringing towels in the morning which did not arrive. I want a full refund.

Room was filthy, in bad need of repairs. There were no supplies in the bathroom such as soap, shampoo, etc. Had trouble getting some of the outlets to work. Pillows were very small and only two on the bed. Bed only had a sheet and bedspread on it. No blankets

The hotel room was extremely disappointing. It was far from acceptable, it wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty and I don’t know when the last time the room had been dusted. The bed was hard and left us stiff. The pillows were a 1/4 of the size of normal pillows. I was quite let down for it being a Days Inn

Hotel room pictures on web did not match actual room. Room was very run down. Bathroom door broke and hanging, couldn’t use door, no privacy. Trim broke on door. Remote broke. Bed spread had stains.

Horrible. Could not stay there. First room key didn’t work. Second room 100 degrees and ac didn’t work. Dirty grungy awful. Had to leave.

We finally found an acceptable room on the fifth try. We saw 4 other rooms that were unsatisfactory before we gave up and accepted the fifth room offered. In our fifth room we had no hot water, no internet service, no telephone, no lamps, burned out bulbs but we’re grateful finally to have a heater that worked and a bathroom door that closed. The continental breakfast offered had one single muffin and four pieces of fruit, the juice was empty. This hotel was clearly in a state of crisis. I want a refund. I tried to get a refund at the hotel and they said they couldn’t refund me because I had booked through hotels.com

I loved the experience with the employee that checked me in. She was polite, knowledgeable and very professional

The beds were very comfortable and clean, the room walls were horrible, needed painted and cleaned. The vent was off P-Tec and there was so much dust in vent. We asked for more towel (only got 2 big ones) and was told could not have more than 2 a day. We had to go purchase more towels. The cheap office chair in room the arm rest broke and the microwave plate broke because microwave did not rotate. The refrigerator barely worked and was sitting on a table under where you are suppose to hang clothes

Nice rooms. Good location. Mixed levels of helpfulness from the staff. We were there 4 days and didn't get any maid service. We were promised it twice. One day they came in and just took all the towels and didn't leave any replacements. The night clerk said housekeeping was not his responsibility and we need to be there during the day to get towels ourselves. His demeanor was offensive as well. Other staff members were much friendlier though.

Quick and easy check in

I've read some of the reviews this hotel got and I was like dang it's not even that had. We've stayed here at least three times when going for an islamic event in the area and I haven't really had any complaints except maybe for not being able to get an extra pillow. Our hotel room was clean and although modest it was nice, when we clogged the toilet the lovely staff was very friendly and fixed the issue right away! The breakfast is good and a very nice gentleman makes the waffles, cereal and coffee as well as some fruits and yogurt are also some options. We stayed for three days and also enjoyed the pool. Over all it was a nice stay, even the other guests were friendly and were a pleasure to meet.

The manager was very likable and tried to help. The rooms were still dirty after being cleaned, but I saw them changing the bedding. It was very inexpensive, but there was hair in tub and on bathroom floor. I feel the hotel may have been in unison with the area.

Always eat elsewhere, slept well, good internet, good location

Bad area in general

Room was not ready 1 hour after check in time. Hotel looked dirty inside and out. Parking area was dirty. Sketchy looking people in parking lot.

I thought i was gonna get robbed. I could hear people outside my room saying that they saw me arrive alone, about 6 rooms had doors wide open. I got back in my car and spent 80 bucks at a different place. Dont stay here. Legit was scary and gross

The hotel room was fine. Could use some updates. The area was a little sketchy.

Overall I would say a big 👎. The guy at the front desk was actually the only nice thing abt the place . He had good customer service and was very helpful. Once even parking you get out of car and there are people lingering in the parking lot as well as looking out the windows. Definitely not a welcoming vibe at all . More like creepy. This hotel is in desperate need of a major cleaning and a renovation. Bed was not too awful but the marks of filth on the walls were gross . Just a No Do not stay

Sketchy area - dirty room no door on bathroom

Only thing that was nice was the friendly guy who made the waffles, he was great. There were blood stains on the mattress, stained sheets. No blanket for the bed. Non smoking room but smelled like old cigarettes. May have been nice place 30 years ago but hey you get what you pay for.

Both rooms smelled of smoke, beds were dated and lacked support. My pillow was stained when cover slipped down. Did not have shuttle service to the airport as advertised. Free breakfast was limited to 7 -9 am

It was filthy, the breakfast certainly wasn't breakfast other than for the cooks kids. No coffee, no buns, dirty and noisy. Worse was that there were a ton of ants in the sink, disgusting.

I like that Anna at the front desk was able to refund my first reservation. Breakfast was nice. Rooms are outdated, but I did not like.
