No one was ever at desk. Breakfast was very limited. No oatmeal, yogurt, or options other than milk. No lock on.outside doors. Anyone can get in to hotel by side doors. Only hotel we have been.to that you don't have to use your key to get in. Dangerous. Room.was very nice.

I had an excellent one night stay at the Day's Inn Grayling. I traveled to the area for a snowmobiling trip and the hotel worked out great. The building is in nice shape and everything worked properly in the room. The beds were comfortable, nice bathroom with good ventilation, work area, TV, fridge, microwave, etc. There's plenty of parking for cars/trucks-trailers and the snowmobile trails are right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well with waffles, danishes, oatmeal, premade omlets and a bunch of other stuff. It will be my go-to place when staying in Grayling.

Little scary entering the dingy lobby with fans running and air conditioning broken. However our room second floor end of hall was newly redone it seemed. We were not told about the elevators which would have been handy with all our stuff to haul in. Lets just say it was in interesting stay.....

Had a wonderful stay here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We attended a Birthday Party in one of the conference rooms and it was very convenient and no need to leave the premises! The location is right off interstate I-75. The waffles were delicious for breakfast, hot coffee, juice, milk and a variety of toast and muffins. There was also fresh fruit and yogurt! We would stay again!

This room was immaculate! It was remodeled within the last year or so, but even so, I have NEVER seen a cleaner bathroom! Very impressed. We travel a lot around the US and Europe and it’s SO nice to be able to relax immediately in a place because you’re not worried about dirt, bugs, hair, etc. great value!!

This hotel was adequate for our needs. Very average. Breakfast was average. There were premade omelettes that were wrapped in plastic wrap and were frozen. We had to microwave them to heat them up. The bathroom smelled strongly like urine, and the sink outside the bathroom drained VERY slowly, like several hours later. Thankfully, there was a sink in the bathroom also. There are probably other rooms that have no issues, but ours needed some attention. Overall condition of the hotel is old and outdated, but it did meet our needs. My husband is a pest control professional, and he found no sign of bed bugs in our room.

Room smelled musty. Bathroom door would. Or fully open because shower curtain rod was blocking. Cob webs and full bug traps in the bed. Room decor was all mis matched, old and fridge sis not work.

My room all night all i heard was the ice machine i kept getting woke up from it. My door had some kind if drink splatter all over it, it looked like either coffee or pop i ended up having to clean it myself. I didnt check in till after 9 pm. This was the loudest hotel i have ever heard. Im on 4 hours of sleep from the ice machine. Im so glad im home

The tub wouldn't drain, as you showered in standing dirty water. The sofa had rips in several places. The furniture was from the 70's. The free continental breakfast until 10 am was pathetic , by 9am most everything was gone.

The hotel is very unorganized. I was twice given room with someone still occupied. The front desk staff is kind to cancel my stay. The same situation also happened to another lady who checked in after me with someone still in her room.

We were not able to check in as they did not have a room for us even though we booked and paid on Expedia more than 1 week ago. Staff complained other staff did not come in to clean rooms and therefore we were without a room. We tried to check in around midnight after travelling all day...we were exhausted. They advised they would refund us through Expedia and l will be following up with Expedia to make sure. We had to find another hotel at a higher cost. We felt that the staff did not really care. The just said we have a problem. There were other guests at this hotel and we did not understand why if we had a guaranteed reservation a room was not cleaned. There were 3 staff in the lobby. This was very upsetting. We definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Check in was real slow; it took 2 staff members to check in 1 room. I waited for about 10 minutes for the desk to check in the 1 room ahead of me. When it was my turn to check in, they informed me that they didn’t have any more of the room I booked….I booked more than a month in advance. Not sure how that happens. It wasn’t a huge deal since I was traveling alone and a queen bed was fine, but still. I booked a certain room, honor my booking.

This was a great stay. My dad was stranded with a broken down vehicle over thanksgiving and the front desk guy was very helpful. Everything he did was so appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

We had a very late check in at 3/00am and room was held for us. Also we were allowed a late check out so we could get some sleep. That was very accommodating of the staff. Hotel was quiet and clean for our short stay.

We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room wasn't ready (when check-in is 4:00 pm). We requested to modify our stay by one night on 8/4, two days before cancellation or changes could be made, and were told by Expedia the hotel rejected the request. The representative we spoke with at Expedia told us to ask the hotel check-in clerk when we arrived and were told because we booked through a third party he couldn't do anything for us, we would have to make that change through them. Not sure who is lying to us here. In general, this was not a satisfactory experience at all.

The “breakfast” was terrible. The milk was spoiled, there was no yogurt although it was listed as being available, they were out of raisins(the empty container was on the counter.). We asked for yogurt and raisins and were told they ran out. We showed the curdled milk in the coffee to the attendant but she did not get fresh milk nor did she take the spoiled milk out of the refrigerator. Very disappointing.

Breakfast is 6 to 10. We went down at 9:20 and there was barely anything left and there was a sign “no waffles today”. Was very disappointed. No milk or eggs. Our room was VERY nice. Spacious and clean. Appeared to have been updated.

Room was nice and clean, check in was fine. Breakfast is served until 10 am. We got in late from a concert and it was 9:55 am by the time we went down to eat then check out. They were already shutting off equipment and putting food away and people were seated and more were coming in. Since breakfast is included in the price (so we have paid for it) I believe they should consider serving until check out or at least don’t start putting everything away while people are sitting there eating.

Room was spacious and clean. Appeared to have been updated. Breakfast is from 6 to10. We came down at 9:20 and they had very few things left and a sign saying “no waffles today”. I feel if you are going to include breakfast until 10 there should be enough food until then.
