I like the fact that a breakfast was offered, but wish they had more options on the food. I loved the pool area, just wished they had a hot tub. The staff that I did interact with were very friendly. I wish the parking lot was a little bit bigger. I would most definitely suggest this establishment to others and will definitely be back myself.

We stayed at this hotel for three days. I stayed with my family. The hotel is nicely, tucked back behind a gas station and is somewhat hard to find due to the location, which is not the hotel fault. Upon arrival, I asked if I could check the the room. I was escorted down by a lady who was in the room with me while it observed the room. I asked if I could check the bed and she said no. I asked why I couldn't checked the beds. The lady made remark that your looking for something. I asked checked the room which I do everywhere I stay when traveling out of town. The lady became upset, and walked down hall to have her husband come down. They both became upset, and claim I was hurting their pride. The couple that own the hotel have a lot respect and pride in their work. It is something that I respect entirely. They were going cancel my room over me asking to view and look at the beds. I never experience this from any other hotel, or had issues with anyone prior. We worked out the misunderstanding. The interaction was uncomfortable, and made me feel awful for wanting ensure my experience and my family. The room was clean. The shower curtain had meldew stains on it, but it was useable. The walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbor next store. The hotel is a great place to stay. The breakfast was good. The pool was good but need update in safety features. The pool had a small white piece lay at bottom of the pool that was not fully covering hole.

We came as a getaway. We enjoyed the pool. But otherwise spent our entire time in the room and we were not bothered by anyone. The breakfast provided options to eat gluten free.

Hotel was nice and clean! Perfect place to spend the night during the ice storm try at took out our power. Pool was perfect size and a good temperature. Pleasantly surprised by our experience.

The property was very clean & quiet. The kids liked the pool (it was a bit cold) & they had bananas at breakfast. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing is quite as off putting as a big sign that says tou can only swim for 1 hour.

VERY CLEAN. Friendly staff. If it wasn't just remodeled, it certainly looked like it, and not cheaply. Was VERY happy with this place.

Our room was comfortable and the staff we encountered was friendly and efficient. But what impressed us the most was the cleanliness of not just our room but the common areas (hallways, elevator) of the hotel.

The multiple stained coverlets on both of the beds were a major turn-off. Otherwise a tidy, inexpensive place for a quick overnight stay.

Top comforter for was dirty. Quite a bit of mold on bathroom ceiling.

Very clean rooms and very clean common areas, very friendly and attentive staff. Former hotel worker myself and I notice when things aren’t right, but these folks are doing everything well.

Very clean hotel. You can tell they work at keeping it clean and up to date. Bed and pillow very comfortable.

The shower took forever to drain and there was hair in the sink and toilet. The stopper in the tub was broken.

All in all a good stay. The interstate was pretty noisy in my end of the hall room. The pillows were not comfortable.

The property seems recently updated, and it was nicely done. The rooms had nice flooring and an overall clean/fresh feel. It is easy to get to this hotel from the highway. Overall, it’s basic, but I’d rate it 4/5. The tv in our room didn’t work and the sink didn’t drain well, but it was a nice and quiet place to sleep while on a road trip.

Managerial staff was very polite and friendly, clean and updated Hotel, the only issue we had and nothing against the Hotel chain or management, was the walls seemed paper thin, every noise from.adjacent room sounded like it was in our room or out in the hall.

We had a reservation but when we entered the room it was 78, way too hot and stuffy. It took hours to cool down.

At the time it was under construction. A/C was noisy. Otherwise good.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the bathrooms were exceptional in terms of space and appointments, which was a treat compared to other hotels.

I have stayed here several times now. This time was no different than my previous experience. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the rate is affordable. On this particular stay, I was given a room directly across from the elevator. While for many the accessibility would have made it great, I wanted to insure my sleep wasn't disturbed by "the foot traffic". My request for a room change was met courteously and fulfilled to my satisfaction. Though it didn't impact me, I noticed the stairs were being cleaned on the morning of my second day - indicative of the hotel's cleanliness. I will certainly be staying here my next visit to the area.

Staff would not give me a receipt with the price I was charged- blaming my online registration. They said I used a one time card but I actually used an account I have had since 1985. Very argumentative- talking down to me. (the woman mocked me when I said I am a therapist with 4 college degrees, which I am) The customer is definitely not right at this place.

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. I had two small grandaughters and a little friend of theirs. The receptionist was so patient with them. She was an awesome person. She smiled everytime we encounter each other. She was there when we checked in and then there in the morning. She was running the front desk, the kitchen and doung laundry. I applaud her and pray she gets a raise or something even better. We go all over just to swim. This is our place from now on.

Despite this property sending an email after booking that you CANNOT have additional guests in your room or parties, I was awoken at 330am by a full blow party occurring in the room next door. When I informed the front desk they called the room and felt it necessary to tell them a “neighbor” called. This escalated the situation and the other partying room began banging on the adjoining door yelling “i will break it down”. The front desk/ manager next came up to investigate and assure the situation was resolved, it was absurd.

Great stay. My wife dropped her wallet during checkout and we called the hotel in a panic. They had it and held it for an hour until we came back for it.

It was really bright and clean looking. We walked the 1/2 mile to Warner Vineyards for a concert, and that was really convenient. The only issue was trying to check in because the desk staff was talking on a cell phone and didn't hear me ringing the bell for a few minutes.

Very well kept property. Owners are onsite 24/7. You got a issue they will solve it. Favorite in paw paw

I was traveling from Detroit to Chicago and was very conveniently located. The property was recently renovated and was very nicely done. The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Pay the extra money and just stay in South Haven. Area was a little seedy. Hotel needs to be renovated/updated.

Was ok for what it is. Being right off the highway with little competition the price was higher than what it should be. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired: limited choices and not much hot choices. Would have been good but price too high.

Super comfortable for a weekend stay! Got stuck in the snow storm and the parking lot was clear by the time check out came. Breakfast didn’t have much but what was offered held us over until we were able to get up and moving for the day :)

Great spot to stay while visiting family in town. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast is mediocre at best - the make your own waffle station is tbt saving grace. Would stay again but will do Biggby Coffee down the street for breakfast

The breakfast was terrible. Id say atleast 15 people waiting for eggs. They had sausage soaking in oil in a crockpot. They ran out of coffee cups. There was only 5 small tables for breakfast. How is this even a thing.
