would be nice if there was a ice machine on each floor

The room was clean and the staff was great but I got a rash from the hot tub and the bed was squeeky and not very comfortable. The pillowsc are very small too. If you are looking for a long term stay I would make find somewhere else but for a quick one night it was fine.

Fast internet but still need to fix or better yet replace the toaster

Very dirty, stained sheets, holes in wall, mattress actually had a big hole in it!! We asked for a handicap room and they didn’t give it to us -said 2 handicap rooms were booked already. We actually needed 2 rooms with handicap accessibility and we had a fall in the tub due to lack of help from the hotel management. Never saw anyone else who would possibly need handicap rooms, we were there for 2 nights-paid way too much and no management all weekend to help us. Front desk staff did the best he could with his abilities without having management there.

Property was very welcoming of our pet. Staff was very professional.
