Everyone at the dront desk was so helpful and accomodating to our large family's needs. The breakfast was awesome. The pool area was great, the wading pool was perfect for my autistic special needs daughter. The only thing we didnt like and didnt end up doing, was the arcade, the cost was too high.

We would have appreciated it if the public hot tub temperature would have been turned down. We noticed that most of the people could not sit in it for a long time. We mentioned it to the front desk staff. Also, the configuration of Room 301 should have the ability to watch TV from the hot tub. Otherwise, a great place to stay, and would recommend it highly!

Fabulous staff and excellent pool area that somehow is not hot and humid. Lovely and spacious. Here for soccer tournament and it was so well managed and cleaned for a hotel full of youth athletes.

This hotel is surprisingly quiet for where it’s located. The pool area is amazing and the hot tub is large. It’s located near shopping and many dining options and is a nice northern stay, closer to our return home.

The computer wasn’t working (also the case last time we stayed there), so I had to wait. We were assigned a the room next door to the pantry. It was very damp, the rug felt moist and there was a strange odor in the room. Then in the morning, noises from the pantry. Probably our last stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was very good, the best I've had at a motel. The room always felt damp and the floors were dirty and sticky. The parking spaces around the motel were very small for a full sized pickup.

It started out good. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We only asked that our towels be changed daily. We made the bed which was what we wanted. When we returned to our room it stunk like a locker room. Wet towels were still in the bathroom. The first time I took the soiled towels out myself and hung clean ones from the receptionist. It was downhill after that.

The tub was had a bit of mold in places and the shower head was caked in something. The size of the room was great but the lack of an ability to properly close the window curtains on the first floor was a bit weird. The curtains stayed just open enough in the middle to feel uncomfortable with how close the bed is to the window

I was impressed with the cleanliness. Cant say that very often. thoughtful layout, amenities in the room... told my wife i really liked the place but that i was reserving judgement until breakfast... and that was again, impressive. very good selections, layout, plenty of room and seating... i just really like this place and will certainly add BW on my go-to places when looking for a room.

Property was just okay. We enjoyed the space within the rooms. The toilets appeared to not have been scrubbed well. Additionally, there was also a stain on the toilet seat. Parking was fine but one of the side doors was not working which required guests to walk around the building. Nice little pool for the kids and a small arcade and being next to Target was a plus. On the day of check out, we had a cleaner enter our room at 9:00am which was a little awkward considering we did not check out yet. Check out time was 11:00AM.

i liked everything about the hotel except for the room was too warm. I had to turn on the AC in March. And the hotel prevented the curtain from closing. So we could not darken room for sleeping.

Fabulous choice of rooms--we opted for two kings with a queen pullout couch. All beds very comfy. Room very clean. Spacious bar area in the room so all could spread out a bit. Conveniently located near restaurants (Culver's next door, Five Guys within a block or two). Safe neighborhood.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Great location close to sports, shopping, and food. The only negative was that the rooms were really hot which made it difficult to sleep well. We eventually had to turn on the AC even though it was 40 degrees outside.

It needs a little upgrading. The beds are horrible. Carpet seems old. Bedding is worn. Pulled the extra bla ket out and it seemed old and woen. The breakfaat they offer is excellwnt. Hreat choices. Food was hort. My stay was good it just needs a little face lift with beds and bedding.

Charged $20 for early checkin when the room was already cleaned and available! Did not fill shower dispenser and failed to fill when asked and scheduled a time to do ..room did not get cleaned until 4:30 and we had to find staff to get fresh towels to shower for our evening out …stayed two nights. Did not receive a $50 gift card either for a two-night stay promotion by Best Western Plus.

The staff at the hotel were awesome! Rachel at front desk helped us out when our A/C in the room want out. She got us another room, when temps reached the 90s in the room. The pool area was great with the zero depth walk in for the littles and the bigger pool and hot tub for the older kids and adults. Breakfast was great! Good variety of food. Very clean! The only little down fall was they don’t have enough luggage carriers.

We love staying here every year for the USA soccer tournaments. The hotel and the rooms are nice and spacious and the quiet hour is nice for all the kids who have early games. The staff is friendly and accommodating with any questions or needs.

I did not like the fact that you couldn't get a hold of the front desk to ask questions the pool closed way too early pull out couch for a mattress had a thin thin piece of foam rubber not even a mattress and the bed wasn't made I'm handicapped it's hard for me to do these things probably will not be back

Very close to National Sports Center (hockey and soccer facility). Property is newer, rooms spacious, linens clean and crisp! Breakfast setup and choices very good. Only 'complaint' was the access into and out of the hotel property (which is one way around), and road engineering in this development is meant to make navigation slow, not intuitive and inconvenient. The front entrance is very close to the Culvers drive thru next door with posted 'No Parking' and chains. There is adequate parking on the other side however. All this being said, if you want to be close to this athletic venue and want quick access to Culvers for the kids, very convenient! Before this development, hotels for tournaments were very inconvenient and sparse in this area. Recommend.

This is such a nice clean stay. the staff was amazing! and the Breakfast is the best I have ever had. Eggs, Bacon or sausage,O'brian Potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, Oatmeal. All the pastries you could ever want, yogurt, Juices, Coffee, tea.. Lots of decent eating joints in the area and only 6 minutes to the Four season Curling Club/ Fogarty arena. Totally coming back to this hotel, nest time we curl at Four seasons!

Once again, another great stay at Best Western Plus in Blaine. We came as a family for the World Cup youth hockey tournament and choose to stay l at best Western again. They have a great breakfast, clean facilities, friendly staff, and very nice rooms. With a hotel full of Hockey families they were very accommodating. We will for sure be back next year!

Overall, it was a nice hotel. I would stay here again. We didn't have an issue with parking, but another hotel guest was towed for parking in the Culver's parking lot next door. They warned us not to park there. I think there should be signs posted so people know it's not allowed. Perhaps the hotel could discuss this with Culvers. We were visiting with our relative in the lobby for about an hour. We have two kids (ages 3&6). The kids were pretty good the whole time. They did get antsy and started to go upstairs twice. Both times we followed them, corrected them, and brought them back to the lobby. The second time, the staff member told my husband we need to please watch the kids and not let them go unattended / run the hallways. Again, they were never unattended. This was a little irritating, as we were clearly about to leave the lobby anyway. However overall it was a great stay and we would stay again. The breakfast was okay. Waffles were great. The meat options were okay but could be better. Very clean rooms and smelled fine.
