Biggest complaint I had was the breakfast the next morning. The sausages look like they're made the day before the eggs were cold. The bagels are rock hard. I think I'll find another place to stay next time

Bathroom tiles are chipped and cracked. Room was chilly. No shampoo the first night. Skimpy towels. Desk is seldom manned. Construction materials stacked at entry and in hallways.

The bathroom is ultra small. I was told that the TV was a smart TV, and it was not. The worst part and the reason for the poor rating was the Continental breakfast. The bagel and bread where stail. All the food was ice cold. The eggs tasted like cardboard and ice cold. I'll never stay there again. $120 a night.....terrible. I should be refunded a night.

The shower walls and ceiling had black mold everywhere. And it's not really the hotels fault, but there were people that were banging and kicking a door screaming to open the door at 3am, and it went on for quite awhile. I would've thought the front desk would have intervened at some point. Pool was closed. We had a group of teenagers that were very disappointed.
